The agent, Arthur Tkaczyk, is attempting to sell an occupied two story building with just three apartments. He has failed to give notice on numerous occasions. One instance resulting in the illegal entry of the basement unit. He is, in my opinion, doing the client a great disservice in many regards. We have had more no shows than actual viewings and when this happens, there is no courtesy call or text to let the tenents know there will not be a viewing. We have allowed the viewings thus far without the legal written 24 hour notice, just text messages, which are all brief and telling us when the viewings will be, not asking. This courtesy we have given Arthur and Century 21 has not been appreciated. On multiple occasions, Arthur has accused us of changing the locks but has also admitted that he and Century 21 are not in possession of working keys. I find Arthur s personal conduct and that of his superiors, who have been made aware of his unprofessional conduct and harassment, to be lacklustre and far below industry standards.
