SEBASTIAN DZWONCZYK Is a waste of time. I inquired about a new build in Summerside area. I am from Toronto. I asked him about upgrades for the proposed property. He told me we can discuss it when I meet him at the open house.

I drove down from Toronto for this. When I got there he was on his phone at the same time talking to me. I asked him about the upgrades, he tells me no upgrades, it is a cookie cutter house, you have to choose from the colour palette . So why did you waste my time? Could ve told me over phone or email that there are no upgrades available. He then becomes arrogant and says the model sells and continues to be on his phone again.

How to do you expect anything good to come out of an individual who shows no respect?

This child should be fired and stay out of the business. He carries a bad image for agents.
