Century 21 Department Stores Review

The quality of products and variety changed over year. Not much to pick from

Century 21 is about 21 blocks from where I live and you know you're going to see me there shopping it's awesome especially in the perfume section and the woman's clothing section and the pocketbook section and the shoe section and the children's clothing section I'm there awesome place to shop and great prices with great brand names!

It is not a place for a man to get bored with his partner and his partner will be excited by the clothes and accessories

This Bay Ridge location is much better and less congested than its Manhattan and Queens counterparts. The department store is divided into two buildings. The housewares building looks exactly like Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Make no mistake. Century 21 is a one stop shop. Use your frequent buyers card for discounts and points.

They need more cashiers. To slow. I was waiting to pay 20 minutes.

This is an okay location compared to the other Century 21, I would only go here if you are in the area. If you are traveling, I would recommend the Manhattan locations then the Fulton location.

HIt or miss on its stock, as its mostly closeouts. I may be too old for its fashions.

Terrible customer service,nobody pay attention to customers ,a special cosmetic department sales personals.They are too busy to talk to each others. Totally disrespectful actions.Never stop by this store.

The Bay Ridge location of the now legendary NYC chain selling designer clothes and household goods that go for much more in higher end stores. This location occupies 2 buildings and has a parking lot.

Went in for a pair of sneakers. Found them quickly and had a smooth and fast transaction. Cashier was very friendly.

A hit-or-miss place, like an upscale TJ Maxx. But when you get a deal, it's uplifting and worthwhile. Definitely try the clothes on and inspect for imperfections.

I visited it at New York on my vacation (july 2015) I've been heard about there so I choose it to buy some new clothes. I got very disappointed, when I was trying shirts in the fitting room the guy said me that I could not try more than two pieces, so I let one piece and try the other one (I understood that it was because, there was a line, and trying more than one piece I could delay the line...) but when I got the line again, to try the another shirt the guy said me that I could NOT try more than 2 pieces and I've tried already before!!! How can I buy something without trying !??! I never see this before !! I talked to a manager of the store and he confirmed !! So disappointed, I gave up to shop there.

This is my favorite store to buy clothing and shoes. They have a lot of kitchen ware and bathroom accessories. Everything's always at a discounted price. It's easy to spend the whole day there.

One of the best discount designer shops in bay ridge and a long time staple. They have really upgraded through the years and become a pretty big discount store. They even offer a parking garage since it s the worst trying to find parking on 86th. The home store on the next block is amazing, definitely check it out if you want home decor and aren t looking for clothing

It was pretty good. In and out, I went looking for something specific and I found it easy, then waited maybe 5 minutes on line before I paid for it. The counter person was polite and professional.

Sometimes the staffs are rude and other times they are nowhere to be seen lol. Overall, lots of variety of brands and is a good department store!

Most of the time I had good experience with them. You may find luxurious brand clothes or shoes. Also they sell antique/used Louis Vuitton bags.

Only place I go to buy watches. I am old school and must have a working watch at all times. They have a nice selection of quality affordable watches at all times.

It is very clean, organized and has a great selection of various items. I just wish there were more children (boys) clothing to shop for!

Very complete shopping center, with a very good price and discount offers. They sell from clothes, suitcases, shoes, furniture, etc. Everything very well presented and with very good attention and treatment of employees. It is recommended if you are looking for offers. Brand and fashion clothing.

2.17.2020 (WOW, disappointing since my last visit, went looking for a new pair of shoes, wrong sizes in every section, limited selections and the prices that are not worth buying)...I like the discounted price tag for many dress shirts and ties, there are some sales that are worth shopping for as you can get quality products for low cost. The men's suit selection can also be considered, but a bit more expensive

Massive store, two stores in fact. Always packed and a nightmare to park around. Great prices and excellent goods. The last good discount brand name department store in NYC

Very very dissapointed with their service. Last week I was waiting for the price of a beauty product for half an hour. Then the lady who works there was looking for the item that I needed for an hour and when I got home and opened my bag with purchased products I got the eyebrow pencil instead of what I told her which was eyeliner pencil. Plus the color was wrong. Very dissatisfied with service. They need more motivated people who will WORK there and who know what their customers ordered. Not buying anything in that floor again. Sadly.

Today, with my wife (because my wife's birthday just a few days), I am happy to go shopping, I did not expect (buy 50 yuan for 2 hours of free parking) because more than 4 minutes hard to pay us $9 parking fee.

BEAT THE CHRISTMAS RUSH GETTING THERE EARLY ON A MONDAY MORNING. THEY ALWAYS HAVE A GREAT SELECTION. STAFF ALWAYS COURTEOUS & HELPFUL.
IF U CAN'T FIND STREET PARKING, THEY HAVE A GARAGE ON 88TH STREET CONNECTED TO THEIR HOME GOODS STORE. SUBWAY 1/2 BLOCK AWAY.
LOTS OF GOOD SPOTS TO GET A QUICK BITE.

Amazing place to buy there are many offers and discounts (note that there are very expensive items)
There are cheap brand watches of course before the end of the year successfully and pleasant shopping

Huge stores. Clothes and bags are in one building. Bedding, housewares, shoes, and luggages are in another building.
