Such a great variety of products at great prices. I shop there often.

21st Century clothing store is an institution. Med priced clothing store with reduced prices on designer cloths. I think the store runs buy purchasing some odd lots from the major retailers. So getting the exact size you are looking for might not always be possible. But the deals are great. It's a great place to shop if you are looking to discover something new and exciting!

I love everything in the store but, shopping there was a bad experience because the cashier didn't take the censor from the dress so I wasn't able to wear it but, when I went back they apologies and I was able to make another purchase with no problem

Parking is a bit of a problem, but there is a garage and that solves it for my future visits. Everything is easy to find and good quality of product.

Big quite department store. You can enjoy shopping here and find a lot of good things in good price. A love it more than another C21 stores.

They have this policy that you cannot try a shirt. You could use a sample shirt to try and they didn't have the exact size I wanted. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because I found everything else I wanted.

i like this location, down Brooklyn is like walking in Great Adventures to the other side of the park. great values though.

I loved this place, but then last year in December I went to buy something with my husband's credit card, and I had Power of Attorney over it, I asked to speak to a supervisor because they weren't taking the card, and they told me they didn't care about a legal document! And rudely told me to leave, even though I went to use a debit card, they told me my money was worthless there. So I didn't go back, but this year I went back, this past Wednesday, and they were just as rude! I went to try one something, and they told me that I wasn't allowed to try things on! Now I am a white person, so I didn't see any reason for me to be turned away from any racist reason. But I asked why, and the lady replied "It's just our rule, now leave." I was completely shocked! I turned around told my husband let's leave and I am never going back there. Their customer service is more than lacking, that would be an understatement, and they don't care about a legal documentation of things, makes me wonder if they are running a legit business. I love this place and their selection, but they aren't worth being treated like dirt.

Always fully stocked. Sales people are usually Nice and Professional. The security was Even Pleasant.

The store lost it's class , I live in the neighborhood of 86th street in Bay Ridge , so we used to come down there often with my family . Not anymore. They still have some good designers cloth , but mostly only in small sizes. The home section has shrank and moved to the back of the store. The majority of products in the second building is some cheap stuff for kids , low level toys , and some items that we can't even describe. Most important , they have eliminated the VIP check out , so our platinum cards have no use anymore. And this is for our 20 loyalty years of spending tenth of thousands of dollars there . The shoes they sell are so cheap and ugly , you definitely wanna stay away from that section . Long lines, rude sales people , annoying security - welcome to the new 21st century's Century 21 department store! Feels a huge kindergarten with low-quality stuff and no choice of right sizes. I can definitely see them seizing down their operation in a next future. Used to be an A-class store with designers cloth in a past and a huge variety of good products for home . Good buy , C21!

Stock store. There are things at very competitive prices. Something more or less fresh diverges very quickly, but the old collections and classic clothes are full.

They have everything you need except food and tools.

You can get alot of clothing and other things here. Staff are helpful and nice.

Their perfume selection is out dated. They never seem to have Burberry Original.

This store is not as cool as one in downtown Manhattan, but still has a plenty of great high quality brands. Got 30% off on Memorial day! Can't be better :)

Good store to get quality clothing at a good price. Many name brands available and usual savings are available. 2 stores on opposite ends for variety of clothing and shoes. Convenient to find whatever clothing or product you're looking for.

This store is a mess! Its so hard to find anything when this department store is being treated like forever 21.

A relatively local chain in the NY/NJ area. There's decent shopping deals to be found here but you have to look. Definitely a place where even i can spend hours looking for things i might need. Exercise some discipline and you shall be rewarded with a good purchase here and there.
