Never had any issues with the agency I would recommend them. They always came to fix something when we need it. We took care of the place. They will work with you.

Seem like nice people until the time comes to receive your security deposit. They will nickel and dime you for every issue with the house despite their terrible contracting work. Mold was growing out of my bathroom wall upon move in due to an unsealed seam in the shower but yet I get charged for them to clean my tub. All I can say is good luck if you plan on dealing with them.

Money is all that matters to this company at the end of the day. Terrible customer service, rude, unfriendly, they don t care about their tenants at all. Owner is the worst in the bunch. Don t rent with them!

Seem alright so far, but they hit me with a hard credit check during my application. 6th landlord in 6 years and the only one to ever do a HARD credit check, which will be on my credit report for 2 years. Kinda ridiculous imo

I was reading Catalina's review about the secretary (Patty) and could not agree more. And O'Neil's response could not be further from the truth. They will never address the issue, because she has been there for years with many complaints. They will defend her all day long. I do not recommend renting from this company by any means. I'm giving 2 stars only because the maintenance team was great, but I could not have been happier to be done with that lease!

This company is a mixed bag. Their rent portal system was easy to use and maintenance requests were timely. However, the people working in the office are unorganized, rude, and rarely have answers to questions. They also have pretty draconian move-out rules and like to throw legalese at you in response to reasonable requests. Fortunately the actual owner of the property we rented was a great guy and kept the place up.

I have rented from this company for 8 years. It's a family place woth a family approach to business. Only reason we're leaving them is we're leaving the state. Never raised my rent in 8 years, Sean became a part of my family too. A soft spoken professional gentleman with a great heart.

Asked several times for maintenance to fix issues in the apartment, they give excuses instead of solutions. Rent is very high considering what mess the place is in. Won't get into details considering they might get mad and evict me.
Very strict and somewhat rude when you go to their office. Do not rent from these people, they will make your life miserable. You will never get any problems fixed (holes in the walls when I moved in, broken vents, broken shower and windows).
Front lady at least is nice. Shoutout to Patty, you're the best one there.

I've done business with the O'Neil family for years. They truly know Clintonville Real Estate, to purchase, sell or rent.

What can't I say about this company. Whole place is falling apart.
1. Owner had smart idea remove a section of wall in the master bedroom and refuse to put it back up.

2. After renewing ask was there any new changing to the lease they said no so when we tried to change residents they said it'll be $100 change out fee plus $25 application fee.

3. Maintenance crew is awesome group of guys, when the company let them actually do their job.

The realtors are very professional but their secretary is probably one of the rudest most unprofessional people you'll ever have to deal with. She acts annoyed whenever you ask her for any information and will hang up on you with out answering your question. My other friends who rent from the same company have had the same problem I've complained to her superior and nothing has changed. I'll never rent from here again because whenever I need anything I have to go through her and she doesn't make anything easy.

C.R. O'Neil & Co. is a fantastic real estate company! They are extremely knowledgeable within the real estate market. I would high recommend friends and family looking to buy or sell a home to work with them! They truly want the best for all of their clients.

I have mostly positive dealings with this business. Whenever, I have a service issue, they will have it resolved ASAP. I would recommended them in the future.

Not a good property management company at all! Warning to all property owners looking to rent: this place will be happy to take your money, and use any excuse to get it, invoicing you for any and all things they deem "necessary". It'll get to the point where you won't see rent for SEVERAL months!! Oh, and forgot to mention that I had contact with my last renters before I sold, and they were complaining about them not doing essential work for them! I was FURIOUS! Owners, just do yourself a favor and do the management yourself. Sure it takes some time and effort, but you'll have control and not have to deal with blood suckers like this company.

Everyone is so rude. The front desk lady has yet to be nice to me or my roommates who have never had any issues. One of my new roommates has tried to call and ask questions and the lady is constantly trying to hang up on her. If it wasn't my last year I would never have gone through this company unless they had nicer employees.

Dealt with a realtor from this company that was totally unprofessional, unethical, and lost me and family 4 different deals with houses that we chose. We spent the better half of a month convincing the realtor for our dream home to take the house of the market just so we could close not to become HOMELESS!! I reached out to the owner of this company and I haven't heard from him since!! I'm so over this realty group and the realtor will be hearing from our attorney.

I m not sure yet about this company. I ve lost 70% of trust so far and I ve yet to sign a lease. This company will not accept my OSU service dog because it s not specifically MY service dog, but simply a registered service animal. Instead of accepting the dog as a service dog, they ve made me pay the deposit and additional pet fees. When I submitted my deposit, I also submitted a substantial portion of the rent that I now cannot get back if I do not sign the lease as the application states all monies are forfeited if the lease doesn t get signed. This company told me I could move in on the 18th, then changed to the 21st. On the morning of the 20th, the company emailed me and said the unit wouldn t be ready until a later date while I had already scheduled and paid for the movers on the 21st. When I suggested I m not interested in dealing with companies that do not do what they say, they were able to (magically) have the carpets cleaned. I emailed a question two separate times with no response and when I called to get a response, Mr. O Neil gave me a list of things he had done for me but really, would have had to be done for any tenant. From 6/4 when I submitted my deposit to 6/20, the for rent sign stayed in the yard. I feel this company is much more concerned about profits than an actual tenant. This is my last rental before I purchase in UA.
