This is the worst real estate office I have ever dealt with. They are all smiles until they find out you do not have a lot of money. If you are struggling to get a mortgage I would stay far away from these people. They only want to deal with people who have money. If you think about it.....that is not a smart way to run a business. The average American may be struggling to buy that dream home. They may need a little assistance in pursuing that dream. You won't get any assistance here. As soon as they find out you don't have the big bucks they won't return your calls, they won't return your emails, they hate answering any questions you may have. There are many really good Real Estate and Loan Officers. You won't get that here. Be smart. Shop around. I am a hard working RN who is trying so hard to get into s small home. As soon as they run your credit, see the numbers, and if those numbers aren't big, you are nothing to them. Run and find some good, honest, hard working people. You won't find them here! They don't even deserve one star but I had to give it to them!

I wouldn't use Century 21 to shovel manure let alone sell anything.

I been calling since April in regards to the classes leaving messages with receptionist and voicemails and No call back. Since i already paid why would they call back right

Unprofessional, liar's, deceitful business practices

Walked in this real estate company and I was empress on how well organize they are. Very professional.. Keep up the good job guys..

My dealing with one of your agents (Ramon Acosta) has not been pleasant
after the purchase of my home there were issues that he and I had agreed on. I have this in his own words to follow through and get this behind us.
This started 3 months ago. He does not return calls or text. when he has he says "I'm sorry " I'll send the check out tomorrow ($645.00), this includes $100 extra because of time lost, originally I ask for $545.00. That was 2 months ago STILL WAITING . NO CALLS NO TEXT.
To me this makes all realtors look bad.
I told him my next move will be to go to B. Realtors and Better Business.
then he says "I'm threatening him." Not at all I want this over and done.

I had the pleasure of working With Agent Marilyn Martinez & she was a wonderful! Very professional and guided me through the entire process of selling my house in Downey! 5 Stars and she delivered on everything in my better interest! I recommend asking for Marilyn Martinez if you want a true professional to help you sell your home!

The people are friendly and they are quick on doing there jobs

Very very unprofessional!! 3 different realtors from this company came to property today, there was banging on door, knocking hard on all possible windows, looking over fences, yelling out in english & spanish to be heard by neighbors, wasn't enough that they did all that, they left brochures on door, slipped thru crack of security door and put INSIDE mailbox. I literally almost called the police with the 1st realtor, I was afraid to open the door, I didnt know what was going on....This behavior wouldn't get my business, even if I was looking.

Accidentally pressed a star while looking at reviews. I have no experience with this agency. I am looking for a real estate school in my area

We worked with Gustavo Lua to buy our first investment home. He is very approachable and friendly, and we felt comfortable with him right away. We made a quick decision that we wanted to place an offer on a home, and he worked quickly to put together an offer. We were exchanging emails and texts almost everyday, that's a big plus!

One of the worst unprofessional agents and managers including but not limited to Lucerne Sanchez and the office manager Kyle Estrada. Never pick up or answer clients questions, never return calls as promised never return emails. I heard a lot of reviews on how shady their business practice is specially during the market crash, but now it is confirmed as they prefer to double end their transactions which really conflict with their clients interest. I would never recommend them to any one who is serious about buying or selling. They currently have a property on Indian Ln, Norwalk that is been in the market for 12 days that has multiple offers but the Realtor won't respond or present any of them because he is looking for a buyer himself. I can't imagine how the actual home owner feels if he only knew. I hope he will see that. #SCANDALS AND #SHADY .

Beautiful Office! Our Agent Marilyn Martinez was the best! Very professional & elegant agent! I loved that she spoke Spanish too and got our house sold fast. I recommend if you want a good agent you ask for Marilyn Martinez!

STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS FIRM...All the negative reviews here are right on point...the 2 realtors I dealt with ronald and zully morales are lazy dishonest and basically cheated me out of an investment...I made a deal with an insurance client of mine then those 2 people go door knocking 3 days after and sign the old couple with a 6% comm... I call them to represent me even though I'm licensed..they take deposit check everything thing is signed and they set me up w additional addendum to get me out of escrow...THEY SET ME UP..THIER BROKER RICHARD IS ALSO ON THIS SCAM.....cheaters...they cheated me and the poor old couple they took advantage...hopefully DRE will suspend your license Morales for misrepresentation.

When you hire a Real-estate agent you need to find someone who is loyal, determined and driven to help with ones needs. ALVARO BAUTISTA ISNT THE MAN TO TRUST! Even if I were to be paid a million dollars to say an ounce of good about this man Alvaro Bautista I wouldn't, not even a bit. This man lacks the skill in all aspect in home and business sales. Instead of helping one sale there business or homes he would just sit back and watched his money roll in. Every day I would call and see our progress and he's would say sorry there's no news, no ones been interested, no calls came in, this would be his answer for a couple months... After confronting him in regard to his effort to sell the business, out of anger he mentions that the only reason he hasn't done much is because he felt as tho I would switch agents.. The only way that would have happened is if & only if the man I hired Alvaro Bautista didn't put forth the effort to sell my business.. As thought he didn't do so. After going to 21 Century AllStars to talk to the main manager and explaining my situation all I received was lies. The only thing I can say in regard to this man & this company is to avoid them at all cost he helps buy and sell businesses and homes.. But don't trust him with your own! It's a waist of time and money. Good luck finding a wonderful agent to represent you but this man and this company isn't it.

Tony Cruz is awesome!! He pays attention to detail, meets deadlines, all while keeping the clients best interest in mind. I know this well, as I am him. J.R. Raygoza is knowledgeable and experienced. He worked diligently in the purchase of our residential income property last year. Through the entire process he was accommodating and instantaneous. We're in the process of purchasing our next property and we know he will enthusiastically succeed.

Hector Benavidez from this office is a shady agent. He leaves you hanging and gives you false promises by telling you they are renting you a home then hangs up with you to only give it to someone else before you can sign the lease. He lies to the landlord by telling them that you declined the offer after the landlord made the decision to rent to you. These people are very untrustworthy and unprofessional and only out to make a buck off you. These people will not take checks or credit cards, only cash from you, I should of known at that point when I was in the office with them that something wasn't right. Either the interoffice communication among co-workers is crap or this guy is truly shady. Be careful dealing with anyone from this office, just because this office has awards doesn't mean everyone who works in it is worthy of the award. Watch out when either purchasing a home, renting a home or using them as your agents in selling/renting your home out through them because not everyone in this office can be trusted.
