When you hire a Real-estate agent you need to find someone who is loyal, determined and driven to help with ones needs. ALVARO BAUTISTA ISNT THE MAN TO TRUST! Even if I were to be paid a million dollars to say an ounce of good about this man Alvaro Bautista I wouldn't, not even a bit. This man lacks the skill in all aspect in home and business sales. Instead of helping one sale there business or homes he would just sit back and watched his money roll in. Every day I would call and see our progress and he's would say sorry there's no news, no ones been interested, no calls came in, this would be his answer for a couple months... After confronting him in regard to his effort to sell the business, out of anger he mentions that the only reason he hasn't done much is because he felt as tho I would switch agents.. The only way that would have happened is if & only if the man I hired Alvaro Bautista didn't put forth the effort to sell my business.. As thought he didn't do so. After going to 21 Century AllStars to talk to the main manager and explaining my situation all I received was lies. The only thing I can say in regard to this man & this company is to avoid them at all cost he helps buy and sell businesses and homes.. But don't trust him with your own! It's a waist of time and money. Good luck finding a wonderful agent to represent you but this man and this company isn't it.
