My dealing with one of your agents (Ramon Acosta) has not been pleasant
after the purchase of my home there were issues that he and I had agreed on. I have this in his own words to follow through and get this behind us.
This started 3 months ago. He does not return calls or text. when he has he says "I'm sorry " I'll send the check out tomorrow ($645.00), this includes $100 extra because of time lost, originally I ask for $545.00. That was 2 months ago STILL WAITING . NO CALLS NO TEXT.
To me this makes all realtors look bad.
I told him my next move will be to go to B. Realtors and Better Business.
then he says "I'm threatening him." Not at all I want this over and done.
