Stay in August 2017 very disappointing and regrett...

Stay in August 2017 very disappointing and regrettable:
* Missed medication twice, forced to ask them!
* Error in drug delivery, intended for another patient!
* Refusal to give me a medicine that fell under the bed!
* Transmissions not made
* No fresh water in the room in the heat wave (tap water from the bedroom sink ...)
* 400 euros deposit at the entrance !!! 80 deposit for the TV remote control; 6 per TV day
* Compared to the dedication and kindness of the hospital staff, it's day and night!
* Voluntary exit subject to discharge ...
