Horrible. Kevin (the owner) was difficult to work with and did not provide the work requested. The work accomplished took longer than the firm deadline agreed upon.

Had Tom from Central State today in my home He was professional, polite and thorough. Very pleased with the work and the service. Highly appreciated.

Central State Electric (Kevin) is top notch in this field. He is professional and timely. He shows up when he says he will; something I found lacking with our GC and some of his subcontracts. Kevin took over the job from the GC's buddy and we could not be happier with that decision! Since then Central State Electric has done another large job for me and I could not be happier with service, quality, knowledge and followup. We really appreciate that he sends the same guys out as often as possible. We have had Rob and Shane here for most of the job and they are quality guys. Professional and personable.

We love Central State Electric. They are highly responsive and do excellent work. Any time I have a need for electrical work, I never hesitate to call them.

Do not believe in calling potential customers back. Very poor on the 24 hour follow up. The two month follow up for that matter.

High level of integrity and quality work. Professional and great follow through. We feel so lucky to have ended up working with Central State Electric. We built a new house and the contractor had one of his friends doing the electrical work. It did not take long to figure out that the contractor s friend was not qualified. Based on recommendations from a few highly respected community members, I called Central State Electric to take over the build. They proposed so many great ideas, made necessary corrections to original electric work, and charged a very fair rate. They are professional, clean up after themselves, and keep notes about the project. They are highly knowledgeable on code, requirements, and safety. We recently used them again for a new workshop/barn and had no worries or stress about the electrical aspect of that build. We will continue to use them for our electrical projects in the future.

Very friendly, professional and quick. Power went out and we had it back in less than 4 hours. We will use them again in the future.

Central state does excellent work, but they're awful at following up and scheduling customer requests. We've had to call two or three times to finally get someone to come out.

We went back and forth on the phone once or twice , despite the massive storm damage our area they were there in two days which was great service. I did find it a bit strange that they don't give you a bill when they leave it is sent via email

Central State Electric has worked on over 20 jobs for us. They do great work, are always professional and have on multiple times had to come in and finish a project that another electrician screwed up. There is no company I trust more than Central State Electric.
