Good viewing experience, very intimate, clean and bathrooms are well kept. If only the food was better or more abundant...

This place has all Government offices and well maintained nice buildings

Apart from the line outside, once the bank opened, it was a quick and smooth flow . Very pleasant staff.

No parking provided and parking is not allowed on the surrounding streets.

The Auditorium was spacious and comfortable. They had a state of the art security system and friendly staff.

My experience was great..I went to an event that was held in the auditorium the staff were pleasant n the area was clean parking was also very accessible however the ground was very rough which made it difficult to wake from the car park to the location

I was very surprised at the efficiency of this bank. Things moved very well for my folks. My dad was offered a wheelchair and was well taken care of. Kudos.

Went to CB on some business. I was impressed with the service from entry to when I got to the section I needed to visit. Great job!

The staff was warm and highly knowledgeable. The money museum was very engaging and interactive. The visit was worthwhile and rewarding for my students and I.

Part of the children travel home school history class. They had a great experience so did I. Great place to bring the kiddos when visiting the country. There's not much to do on the island for children , so plan for week days visits . The sad part during the weekend if you visit this country most or all museums are close.

Pro tip. If u want to change old hundred dollar bills don't go early in morning. Much shorter lines at abou 2PM. They close at 3.

A big wait to exchange to the new 100ttd notes. Cost us 3+ h.

This is my fourth year hosting my events at the auditorium and I have the best experience with the staff. Joanne Jovon Jeffrey and the tech team keep it up.

There is a new Trimidad and Tobago Money Museum at the bank. It is fantastically done and while it is targeted towards school kids adults will surely also enjoy it.

Extremely efficient, courteous, well organized process. Great customer service guys - a refreshing public service experience!

What is going on...no parking today...no notice only notice wrecker in operation around bank

Showed up to exchange old ccurrency.This transaction is now only done Tuesday through Thursday. Forms are available any day. Dress codes aren't being strictly enforced for customers which is helpful. There are queues outdoors to fill out the forms. Once complete and a five minute wait there's a seated queue to see the people who process your request. The wait from the end of this queue is 10 minutes.
Things move quickly once you get to the request review stage. The required documents include: completed form, passport and having proof of residence isn't necessary but could be useful. After this information is verified then you are directed to the tellers upstairs. The queue there is very short and very few words exchanged before you are being directed out of the building.

Staff i came into contact with in need of customer service training. Walked away feeling that i was of criminal intent, after being berated by staff member, who did not know me or my srory; smh

Museum was very entertaining, educational and well maintained. Entrance is free. Highly recommended.
