Port Zelande is a great park, especially the proximity to the beach. The park is well-kept and very quiet, despite the many residential units. The houses are functional and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there are enough dishes, glasses and pots of reasonable size.
The employees with whom we dealt were all very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately there are almost only indoor offers in the park, although the weather was nice, the terraces were also empty and there was no service in the evening hours. In summer I don't like to drink a cocktail in a dark hall with a bar atmosphere, which is also quite expensive. We have therefore switched to the restaurants in the area that offer a great atmosphere.
There are many offers for children, but apart from the swimming pool, they cost extra. Often these were also in the dark Adventure Factory, right next to the slot machines, one I wasn't so successful. The playgrounds are decentralized in the complex, and are more for small children. Our 8 year old daughter found this rather boring. There wasn't even
A trampoline or jumping pillow without any extra money. It was difficult to find contact with other children, something we have already experienced differently in other parks. I think if the children had a playground near the restaurant, they would be generally better attended, and if there were family-friendly prices it would be much better.
Despite these shortcomings, we have recovered well and recommend the park to others.

The service at the bowling alley was that sad. 4x ask for drinks and snacks. Nobody comes. They would send someone. After 40 minutes the glasses were picked up from the previous bowlers. She couldn't take a Marar order. At the bar we were told that they would send someone. But never been with the others.
Called someone on leaving. We were told. "I am only a temporary employee." That bar doesn't deserve a star.

Very great park very clean many activities but high prices so -1

Unfortunately, compared to the other parks, the park has relatively little to offer for preschool age. Indoor play is really limited to the air cushion and the playgrounds are sparsely furnished. As a result, we spent less time at the park than we would normally do.

In terms of restaurants, there is a nice selection. The new Evergreenz all-you-can-eat concept is comparable to the old Food Market restaurants. One day you can just order a glass of tap water, the other day you MUST have the mineral water. A pity, because I also want to pay a small contribution for a glass of tap water. The mineral water is really overpriced. During my visits to this restaurant I also regularly missed the tickets at the buffet. There was always plenty of choice and there was also room for the children to play. It was a shame that this new restaurant was partly equipped with heavily worn toys.

In the central hall there is a general play area with huge fake LEGO blocks. These are also extremely worn out. The cracks are in it. The beautiful HD TV sometimes shows old recordings of Sesame Street, but does not hear them. There is really something more to do with this.

The Snack facility has an impressive menu. First we received our take-away meal on a tray. Then in a bag. Upon returning home this turned out to partly be a different order, but it was fortunately in our favor, because the price is relatively high.

The supermarket is nice and complete. The prices are, except for the meat and baked bread, not overly high. This made it uncomfortable to occasionally get a single message from the store.

We spent more than a week in an apartment on the water. On the lower floor. This feels very safe with small children, but the frame is not fitted with a fence. So leaving the children playing outside unattended was not among them. In terms of noise, we only suffered from contact noise from the upstairs neighbors. Furthermore, it was completely fine.

As long as I have very young children, I would not return to this park.

The house is totally dirty, the water from the shower runs into the bathroom, the windows are partly moldy or broken. Value for money underground. The staff is sometimes very rude

Very nice pool if there are children, but if you only come with an adult group, you will not have much fun in the pool. For the rest, super nice park !!

Strange that many restaurants were closed. So there was very little choice in terms of food. Partly for that reason we went for dinner outside the park in the evening. The game hall was very cozy and fun for children.

It was great. You can rent bikes, boats and golscars

I'm here the second time. The first time was 13 years ago and this is my first time here with my wife and child (1.5 yrs).

Staff: The staff is very friendly and helpful. Until now I hadn't met anyone who didn't speak 3 languages. Dutch and English / German at least as good that it is enough to help.

Aqua Mundo: Of course, it's a bit older, but it doesn't change the fun you can have. Something has happened over the years. There are 2 slides, 1 slide with tires, 1 white water river / slide, wave pool, outdoor pool and a pool for toddlers / babies with a fun slide for their age. The highlight for children and small children is the water playground, which is new to me. Simply great. When we were there everything was clean.
The only thing to complain about here are the very few changing rooms for parents with small children and someone could often run through the puller and peel the tiles dry.

Terrain: The terrain is clean, nicely laid out but with the potential to make more of it. What I have to complain about here is the fountain next to the volleyball court. An employee could have removed all the greenery, algae, etc. in less than an hour. Was not nice.

Fun Factory: Nice arcade with mini golf, air hockey, billiards, pinball and whatever other games are here. Trampoline for a fee and a small bouncy castle for the little ones, free of charge.

Food and drinks: We were only there for breakfast, got finger food from the Fun Factory and the bar. I personally think prices are good. Beer for 3.50 to 4.50 is a lot for some but normal prices in town. I come from the country and live in the country, so I know both sides. Finger food prices ok too, club sandwich for just under 10 euros too. What was absolutely underground are the prices for kibbles with fries. Almost 17 euros ... No sorry. At the sea at the food truck for 3 euros and even at the restaurants right by the sea for 7 euros.
What is still exaggerated was the all you can eat. 27 euros is not acceptable for what there was in quality.

Shopping: The supermarket is slightly more expensive, but still ok. You can also go to Jumbo in the neighboring town there are prices as you know them. Even cheaper in some cases.

Room: We had VIP renovated. Absolutely top. Clean, adequate equipment and very nice. Above all, childproof. The stairs on the first floor are a bit steep but that is a complaint at a high level and there is no deduction.

The beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot, bike, stroller.

We will definitely be back!

4 stars because of the aforementioned points of criticism but they don't disturb a great vacation.

Aqua Mundo: Nice for kids. Swimming masters looked bored and disinterested (if there was jumping where you were not allowed was only watched). Relatively small and the slides do not knock me over. The Aqua Mundo at Bostalsee is bigger and much nicer.

Very good center parc, too bad they speak very little French

Compared to other parks that we know from Center Parks, this is compactly designed, so that the houses do not really have privacy.
The bedroom is so small that you can hardly walk around the bed (comfort).
The water activities are fun.

First time at the center park disappointment cottage not clean .. Pool quite small .. Staff do not speak french ..bref

Swimming pool is wonderful, especially with small children. But staff is a bit incompetent ... more than 30 minutes in a row to order fries and it took another 20 minutes to make. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Looked like 13 year old interns .. nice and cheap Center parks.

Super nice location to experience everything and friendly staff

Relatively small water park in relation to the number of guests. Nice outdoor pool and very friendly staff. The water in the toddlers' pool was just slightly warmer.

Stayed 2 weeks in a POD on the campsite. Camping with a little more luxury, without the hassle of a caravan or camper. Had a very nice holiday.

Nice swimming pool for large and small. Wildwaterbaan was just not very wild.

Really in need of a very thorough renovation, painters paint with very thick brushes and without prior treatment, now looks more like filling with paint. Everything looks as if it has not been given attention for 20 years. I was very shocked, used to be quite a beautiful park

Visited this place mid December. Our stay was ok, but expected more. We had a premium cottage: the kitchen was good, but the sofa was horribly uncomfortable, also the dining table was cramped in-between the wall and sofa and you couldn't sit comfortably. The beds were very hard and with sloped roof. On the positive side, the park was nice and quiet during this time of year.

We have only been in the pool and this was a lot of fun. Partly because my kids can now also go in the whitewater course (swimming certificate A), which is great fun.

Great environment for bike rides but aquamundo too small especially after the 3 forests! Nothing in French and cottage too dark

Nice park with a very good swimming pool where the children have fun for a long time. Only the house where we were was very dated! Is actually out of date.

Many activities for all ages. However, almost everything is charged at hefty prices. Houses OK, but not more.

Nice park, a bit of faded glory. Cottages are quite small, but comfortable enough. Where this park particularly excels is activities and facilities for entertainment and of course its location by the sea and the lake.

Location: quiet location, close to the sea, cozy environment
Bungalows: OK. They are certainly in good condition but were dirty on arrival (dust swept under the seats, windows very dirty, ...) The infrastructure is also on the old side.
Entertainment: swimming pool, indoor minigolf, bowling, animation, ... all good but again old and often worn material / infrastructure.

Conclusion: nice center parcs for especially young families, worth it but after 4 days you have seen everything.

we come 3 to 4 times a year. the place is beautiful. beach nearby.

the aqua mundo and the park are very good but we feel that the park has a few years behind it.

we always go there with the dog in a VIP room and it feels good.

The park is getting old.
The dirt in the harbor is not a nice sight.

In itself, the park is beautifully located only a few minutes to the sea. This is already our 5th stay here. We had a children's holiday home for the first time and can recommend it with small children there is a separate playroom and outside the slide. Since we have extended then we moved to another house in what unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke and very unpleasant was and in my opinion with 2 small children a no go. The activities are in the plan partly the prices are not there is for example a boat trip in it should be free (which we could not imagine anyway) and arrived at the ship it costs 14.50 per adult should you possibly plan times change because it is misleading. I would not recommend shopping in the park now because it is just too expensive. Otherwise the staff is absolutely friendly and helpful.

Tropical swimming pool Aqua Mundo visited. Surprised by the wild water slide. Very nice! However, expensive entrance.
