Good morning
We have been with 2 couples and found this park wonderfully peaceful.
A great park for people who want to walk and cycle in the winter.
In the summer it will be a bit busier.
You can then perform and learn all water sports.
We will definitely go back

Impersonal dirty house and nothing to experience a waste of my money

CenterParcs port Zeeland is really a beautiful park.
I think the cottages are very well maintained and clean this has recently become our favorite park and we will return in May.

We went to the waterpark with the children, we all had a great time

Comfort bungalows are ok and big enough. Cleaning is often superficial, dust and dirt under beds and behind doors. Nevertheless, a total recommended.

Beautiful place to recreate in both the bungalow park and the campsite.

Nice neat apartments. Nice swimming pool and good facilities. It is aimed at children up to the age of eight. Despite that nice for everyone.

I was positively surprised. We went there as two families of friends and I was expecting a weekend that would be like any other, only in a strange place. But then it turned out very differently. Now, after about a month, I'm still enthusiastic about the show that was presented to us on Saturday evening! A musical, by 4 entertainers, who in my opinion are unparalleled. I am an amateur actor myself, I also do dance and exhibition fighting and could very well see things that others did not notice. The show lasted 1.5 hours and the 4 were extremely in sync. As they told me afterwards: after only 9 evenings of training. Hats off for that. I assumed they were from a musical school.
So here again my thanks for the great show: Dankeeeee
The rest of the time everything was ok, yes, you can tell that it has been around for a few years. However, if something is defective, one comes within half an hour and repairs it. The children were also very enthusiastic about the slides in the swimming pool.
The 7 of us would go there again anytime.

The sea side and harbor is nice. The infrastructure is outdated. Compared to other center parks la.piscine is really small ...

might be a good place to stay for families with young children, but as my friend and I are two bike travellers who just needed a patch of grass to camp on close to the beach, it was not a very good choice. the "trekkersfeld" was like a roundabout where cars, bikes and pedestrians circle around the tents all day and half the night, children racing their bikes, scooters etc, of course screaming and constantly ringing their bells, it was not the quiet, peaceful place we were looking for. really noisy bc of all the children, really expensive for a camp ground and not a lot included, not even electricity. the staff was friendly, the toilets were ok, but we got a lot nicer and quieter spots for less money in the area

Not cheap and could use a style update. Nice people and neat. Enough to do.

The range of activities is large, but the cleanliness of our house leaves much to be desired. Despite the new kitchen and bathroom, the house looks old. Although you are directly at the sea, you hardly notice it. The park looks very compact. So let's dive into the activities with the kids ...

To make matters worse, my beloved bike was stolen from me yesterday in the park.

I visited this place for the first time, we stayed for 3 nights in Fall. Got a good offer 20% discount. The Villa where we stayed was clean und fully furnished and also close to beach. The Atmosphere was also nice, there are restaurant, shop, swimming pool, play ground for children. This place is really ideal for family with children, i recommend to stay in this place.

It was a nice time . Beaches for activities within easy walking distance. So you can enjoy the fresh sea air. Really nice helpful people on site.

Nice but old bulky. 1 disadvantage is that the shower sometimes completely blank there because the floor just does not drain enough. Furthermore, the park is super fun for children. And with a nice cozy swimming pool.

Even in winter a nice park. Extra attention for Kids. Good food with remarkably friendly service. Super furnished VIP houses. Highly recommended.

Visited over half term, as we fancied a change from the UK Center Parks. Very different atmosphere, a lot more relaxed and really friendly staff. Didn't feel like you were being fleeced for everything, either. The stay included some free activity vouchers which we redeemed against bowling and adventure golf. The accommodation is OK. Recently refurbished, it's a bit less plush than the UK ones, but the upside is you're only a 5 minute walk from the main plaza. In total, including the ferry and driving, it still worked out cheaper than the same week in the UK. Pool is good, turbo slide is fun, rapids are great for families, slides are OK. Not quite as full-on as the UK ones, but a great week nonetheless.

It was great there. Beautiful houses, beautiful surroundings and lots to do. Nice place for the grandchildren. And the sea air ...... just wonderful. Would do it again soon.

A CentrePark, but unwise beautiful location. Unique in the Netherlands. Nice aquamundo although it is all a bit outdated. But with the current range of swimming pools in NLD a front runner.

The houses are extremely old. The stairs are a disaster for the children and also for the adults. The patio furniture is bad too. A small table so that you can't even have breakfast outside on vacation. For the money it is really a disaster in my opinion. You have to pay for almost everything on it. The restaurants are all really bad.

The park itself is very nicely laid out and located. Very close to the beach (I've never seen such a large, wide beach in Holland) about 15 minutes on foot, the Grevelinger Meer with its surf station about 10 minutes.
The swimming pool is not a hit for us. Recommended for families with small children.
Anyone who has already been to other centerparc will miss the great planting.
The service in the park is very good. Swift and friendly. The breakfast buffet was way too overpriced, 4 people. 55 is very expensive. The buffet was very slimmed down by Corona. Creams were made each to the fat from the fried eggs. Brand spreads are used for advertising, but there was none. A shame for the price.
The steak restaurant in my opinion for families also not to pay.
We found a restaurant that convinced us in everything. Zout and zuid. Right next to A Seal the seal sanctuary. Definitely worth a visit.

Been there years ago with a lot of fun. So looked forward to going again. Unfortunately it was very disappointing. Many overdue maintenance which did not benefit the atmosphere.

We have been back to Port Zelande and apart from the friendly staff some disappointments.
We had expected a well renovated house, ((Premium cottage we had booked)) which unfortunately was not. Windows upstairs difficult to close, floor not clean, your stockings are black after walking around, cleaning without water will be the process here. Hours no TV and no internet, problems with the mini golf, terrace and garden not maintained, so green service sad set. Going food has deteriorated sharply, expensive and less choice than 2 years ago. Toilet's reception not clean.Or we will go ... I do not know,. is the friendly staff and that may also be mentioned.

Had nice days, we had good location on the harbor, apartments are in need of renovation, especially the floor and baseboards. New stove and hood would also be allowed. In the week the park was what a construction site, during the week end was and not worked and it was quieter (quieter .. no birth, no knocking etc) .. so people are renovating. The staff is really very friendly. We go back again .. yes, we think so and hopefully then the renovations are over.

The beautiful beach is an absolute plus. The AquaMundo right small.

Nice park, feeling compared to other center parks is a smaller market domain and smaller pool but everything else is good and present.

For the money we had to pay, I thought it was an outdated park. The cottage could certainly use an extra cleaning turn. However, there was a lot to do for the children!

Our house for 10 people was renovated and although high-quality furniture was used, the processing was rather poor. So it looked nice, but it was badly placed.
It was very humid in the house, we were lucky and because of the good weather we could hang everything outside. Everything you need is in the house. We only missed a pair of grill tongs.
I can't say much about the prices in the market, as we always went to the supermarket (about 15 minutes by car).
The Aqua Mundo was our highlight. We went swimming every night and had a lot of fun. The only thing that would have made the bathing fun perfect would be a deeper pool, where you can jump in.

We had booked 1 midweek (Mon-Fri).
Due to the arrival and departure times, this is a completely wrong description. Barriers open at 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. There you can then in a

Then unpack, etc. Start of vacation after all, around 5.30 p.m.

Comfort Bungalow 447 / renovated. Bathrooms ok. In the bedrooms, the floor was probably forgotten during the renovation. Carpet with lots of stains.

The cleaning team had probably also forgotten some corners, so that we found things from our previous residents under the beds and in the closet.

Proximity to the beach, selection in the supermarket and the swimming pool are great.

The trees and bushes in the whole park urgently need to be cut. Then the terraces might be usable again as such.

The snack bar is a disaster. Unfriendly service and the price / performance ratio is not right at all.

When leaving, it would be nice if you could bring the car to the park the evening before, for example to assemble bicycles, since you have to leave the bungalow at 10 a.m.

We will not be back!

Comfort cottages are dated and not that practical. Facilities at the park are sufficient. Well located for excursions (beach, cycling, ...)

Park is ok food better make yourself. Clean Well you can live with swimming pool nice but also very old. Park would have to be drastically redeveloped man knows it otherwise. For children it is okay to play free time so say 2 stars more is not in it for me.

Small house and super expensive! His swimming was also disappointing compared to the reviews and they had thrown in so much chlorine that we could barely see after 2 days!

Super nice environment different from other centerparc because we are on a peninsula between lakes and sea.

The houses are very clairaudient and the neighbors complain at every opportunity. The park employee was very rude and treated us like little kids just because we were there with a group of friends and not with kids. Bad value for money !!!

Worse than bad. Uninviting messy look in the park. The houses are very disappointing, with stained mattresses, dirty duvets and huge drafts throughout the house. In the house it does not get warmer than 19 degrees and that with the stove on and the fireplace on.

Definitely not recommended this park. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere but definitely not here!

General:

Unfortunately I have to subtract a few points from the rating for this holiday from 1.5-5.5 2017.

When we booked the holiday, we did not receive the information either on the website or when booking that 2/3 of the park is currently a construction site. With this information we would have thought again whether we really want to stay there at this point in time.
The park is currently renovating a number of houses, some are finished, others are in the middle of renovations, which led to trucks and cars from some companies driving through the park. That reduced the holiday experience a bit.

The House:
We booked a 2-person VIP house (renovated) and the decor was really nice. King size bed / infrared sauna / whirlpool and a rain shower. The kitchen was also modern and equipped with everything you need to cater for yourself.

The house was renovated as described above. Apparently we were the first to live there after the renovation. Unfortunately, it didn't really seem finished yet. The balcony on the first floor was poorly "renovated" some boards were rotten the area not trustworthy we decided not to use it. The terrace has been re-poured and dusted and the garden furniture was apparently sunk in the "Mafia way", because the concrete was omnipresent here too. Which brings us to the next point. Where other renovated houses had the new garden furniture on the terrace, we still had old, aging green plastic chairs and tables. Uncomfortable and not inviting, we found it a shame because we would have liked to sit outside while grilling.

Cleanliness: Remodeling makes dirt that everyone knows, there is a lot of dust and it is known to lie down everywhere. And yet I expect cleanliness in a holiday home that unfortunately was missing in some corners, so I first wiped through the house. Bathroom and toilet were clean! But apparently you have forgotten the living / kitchen area because the floor was covered with dirt.

Catering:
With the necessary change, you can fully cater for yourself in the Center Park. There is a supermarket and plenty of dining options. But the prices have it all, just articles that you somehow need and you could forget. Toothpaste / shower gel etc. are massively expensive so you can spend up to 6 euros for a shower gel.
Our professional tip. If you can't go shopping in the park with little expenditure of time, there are some shops nearby where you can stock up really well and money-friendly, whether hygiene articles or groceries.

There is also a Lidl right around the corner. A little closer is the PLUS shop -> Boutlaan 1, 4322 Scharendijke, the Netherlands. Those who shop there save up to 70% compared to the supermarket in Center Park. And then it's worth the drive.

In short, no construction sites (with an info when booking it would have been one more star) and with a little advance planning via Google Maps, you can spend a good time there. If you really want to take a spontaneous vacation, you can also save money. 2 days before our arrival we checked the prices again and lo and behold, last minute our selection would have been cheaper again for 100 .

Fair park.
Whitewater course is simple compared to other parks.
Floor at swimming pool changing rooms is often dirty.
Swimming pool is small in relation to the number of houses.
We ourselves had a VIP house and you can expect it to be okay, but unfortunately there was mold in the shower and the infrared sauna was on top of the bedroom and not by the shower.
Furthermore, it was not tidy outside.
Too bad because you pay enough for it.

Just great. We had a 4 pers. House which was newly renovated, the house was clean and nicely decorated.
The whole park is beautifully designed, with the small harbor and greenery. The Market Dome was also convincing. In the Aqua Mundo the highlights were the turbo-tire slide and the whitewater canal.

On the whole, a lot is offered for all ages.

Old houses everywhere the paint off, once but never again.

Just relax in Aquamundo. The tire slide and whitewater course are especially fun. Also the fast duo slide is fun to do a contest together who is first down!

If you call when you lose something, it takes half an hour before they answer or sometimes they don't answer. Really super annoying if you have lost something. Especially when there are many memories.

Swimming pool very expensive. The offered on the Internet 3 hours tariff did not exist locally. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Nice park, everything good and tidy. Modern kitchen in our house and good facilities. TV reception very bad downstairs. Good beds, bit noisy as far as the neighbors are concerned but not annoying.

Stayed in lodge tent On extremely hot days, the warm air accumulates in the tent and the temperature in the tent is very high during the day. Many activities to do in the area and at the park.
