A very nice park - the jungle cathedral is worth seeing - you can stay in it too --- exciting for children - we like to go there

Everything very well !!! Swimming pool a little less for the little ones

We were only day guests in the aquamundo.
Parking lot completely overcrowded and far away, you first have to go to the reception and then into the park, very stupid with toddler and baby and bag, stroller not an option, as this is not allowed in the swimming pool. Would have to stand in front of it unguarded ...
Very narrow turnstiles, impossible to go through here with a child.
To greet us, we ran into a large cockroach in the changing area of the swimming pool. Overall, very old and dingy. In the actual bathroom there was a big beetle and a mouse ... Shouldn't be in spite of the usual planting.
Very warm, 31.6 degrees, pools a bit dirty in places, often pending tiles. Partly very slippery. Only cheap plastic chairs, except for a few heated loungers, no other. Small but beautiful, but not harmless children's area.
There was a stink in the dome. Food was ok.
Showers disastrous, public, not separated or hidden from view, no shelves.
Overall, large and beautifully laid out, varied. The area with the fish was the most beautiful. Unfortunately with the shortcomings.

A very nice swimming pool. Nicely dressed. Lifeguards in the correct position. Cool whitewater course and 2 cool slides. In short, a day full of fun!

I think it is mega shoot that the wild water channel is spotted

Beautiful, clean, newly decorated and cozy cottage.

We had rented a VIP cottage and there really is no sleeping because of the insects and mosquitoes when we arrived at the cottage it was so called cleaned but I walked for 2 minutes without shoes around and under my feet I had a black low dust and dirt !!! When it comes to cleaning, there definitely needs to be an improvement because we will certainly not make a booking after what we have seen. Park was reasonable you have nice things to do etc but the house (cottage) was not to do !!

We were eight people and many things were only available for up to 6 people. The house is also very tight for 8 people. For the rest it was fine.

Bungalow needed new carpeting. Sat among the stains. Sanitary wash. clean. You shouldn't look too well in the corners and cracks.

Sure dated, but also renovated. Very spacious, hygiene is fine. Beautiful bathrooms and a super nice park for children. Really enjoyed everything.

Auqa Mundo is really nice, could have a little more seating. The Market Dome is also nice, but the restaurants and cafes are very expensive, as is the supermarket. Very friendly staff everywhere who spoke German very well.
Unfortunately, on the day of arrival we were only able to enter the house from 3:45 p.m. instead of 3:00 p.m. We found wifi quite expensive.
And then unfortunately there was a very musty smell in our house, if you were inside for a while, you no longer noticed it. The shock came now at home:
That I had to wash the same laundry twice after a vacation because the musty smell wasn't gone when I was on vacation, that has never happened to me before. Has already been to Het Meerdal (Netherlands) and Erperheide (Belgium). And there, too, we had only booked a Comfort holiday home.
Even our travel bags stank terribly.
There are only 3 stars, also because the mattresses of the box spring beds were very saggy.

Rich in amenities, birds and squirrels. A top destination for the whole family. Houses are neat, but dated.

Stayed here on a youth football tour. Can't fault the pool and restaurant area.
However the cottages were FILTHY. They have not been cleaned properly for a considerable amount of time. They are old and extremely shabby but would have been adequate had they been clean. One of our wardrobes was infested with large spiders. The toilet smelled of sewage and there was no hand basin at all meaning you had to walk through the kitchen to the bathroom to wash your hands after using the toilet!
There was a leak under the bathroom sink which was flooding the floor, this caused a puddle under the sink which attracted frogs!
Main issue here is the fact that they are not in any way clean. My advice would be to give this place a big miss until they improve the cottages. They are no longer fit for purpose. Definitely not good for small children as the floors are FILTHY.
Took me 2 hours to clean it on the first day. Not good.

Nice holiday park with a great swimming pool and other facilities. The supermarket on site is of course way too expensive, but there are more than enough activities for children and adults of all ages.

The poor fish ... Park is now unfortunately very neglected!

We stayed 1 week in a VIP Eden bungalow (unfortunately now with several defects) in Het Heijderbos. I've been going there for several years now, but unfortunately the system is getting worse from year to year ...

The VIP Eden Bungalows are the only ones that can still be booked in my opinion. However, the prices are way too high.

What bothered me the most, however, were the pools that are dirty. I feel sorry for the fish here. In front of the Park Plaza is a pond, without any water movement ... There are still 2 fish that (cannot) move as well as everything is overgrown and littered.

A shame for a park that supposedly cares about the environment!

Prima holiday park directly at the German border. Almost countless offers for children to run around, climbing and swimming. Big Jungle Dome and a huge swimming landscape. Of course, the park is not the newest, which you can also see on some things, but that does not diminish the fun factor.

Treated badly, they've made a mistake and we've got to get blown out. House not clean at all. Price quality is very poor!

Such a narrow and tight parking lot have not seen at any Centerparc. I know so far 6 different parks, but never had to leave everything several times to be able to park my car after pouring. The houses are standard and clean. Wi-Fi is a disaster. Constantly is asked for the access code. Several hours of failure during the day are probably normal. On a call of the information in the park because of the WLAN problem I was suspended for 15 minutes in a waiting loop. As "help" was explained to me
., I should contact myself with the company KPN Hotspot? ? ? Great service.

Not really clean and everything a bit old! Green area could sometimes be kept in good shape! Car parking too far away! House for 6 people a bit cramped pretty small rooms !!

Very cheap accommodations for a week's holiday and you can do enough with the family business and it's not far to the nearest town

A bit old but still a nice park. Houses are old and traditional. The swimming pool is nice.

Unfortunately the bungalow (VIP) was very dirty.
Leftovers in the fireplace, floor and couch dirty.

Food in the restaurant was not ok for the money. (Lukewarm chicken), staff were not of great help in solving problems. Only the manager listened carefully to the problems.

Will unfortunately not come back.

Breakfast and rackette (for an extra charge) was ok.

Unfortunately, very old. Cottage and grounds not very well maintained. Swimming pool in order. Staff super friendly.

Tons of fun activities for adults and kids plus plenty of places to explore in the park. Large swimming pool with different parts and several water slides. There are several restaurants and snack bars which I thought had ok quality but were over priced.
The cabins are basic - decoratiins are getting outdated. Cleaning was not as good as I would have liked.

Nice family-park with lots of facilities for children. As parents you can just sit back and relax. :)

As in all the parks a great swimming pool. But it could do with a renovation ... like the whole park. You can tell it's the oldest park of all. The bungalows are ok. However, the hygiene leaves something to be desired. It smells musty and somehow moldy. The prices for the activities are ok. Partly but also overdrawn. I can recommend the escape room. Was well done. But even here you could renew the utensils again.

Basically very nice CenterParc, but clearly getting old. The majority of the bungalows you can see the decades, unfortunately, significantly. But facility and offers are great ...

Relaxing, quiet ... Pleasant lodge in the woods ..
However, there is a slight neglect of the household.
The lodges deserve a touch of nine.
For snags of Wi-Fi, it's a bit expensive.
On the other hand, it would be good for people to be cleaner, especially in the changing rooms of the pool.

Nice park, gardens of the houses they should be better maintained.

Nice holiday park. With aqua mundo and jungle dome. We had a children's cottage which was really nicely decorated. With bunk beds with colored lamps and beanbag.

Very friendly staff very tasty and very extensive breakfast buffet pleasant stay

Had a great stay. Not really our thing .... Sauna in the cottage was wonderful.

Anyone who complains that cobwebs are found in the bungalows or mosquitoes complicate the stay, the Basically the meaning of Center Parcs did not understand. It is and will remain an investment in nature, with all its advantages and disadvantages. I came back after 20 years and was surprised how little changed. The swimming pool was a masterpiece of the builders and was a bit old. The fact that it is still a place that puts a smile on children's faces speaks for the original idea. Even the tarzan who announces the wave pool is still the same! However, one should not complain about the volume, because that is something to be reckoned with. 4 stars for the swimming pool. The Jungle Dome is unique and a wonderful place for children up to 12. (5 stars) The bungalows I am a drawback, because they are really outdated. If you are not a camper, take at least premium. But that does not mean that the equipment is premium. Mold in the joints, holes in the curtains, stains on the walls must also be endured there. It's okay, but not more. 1.5 stars. In two of the four borrowed bikes, the lighting was broken. They were also not in good condition. 2 stars. The high wire climbing garden was perfect for beginners, the instruction very good. For experienced climbers, however, no challenge. 4 stars. The bowling alley is not worth the money and quite expensive. The shoes are not disinfected, which actually does not work. 1 star <br/> Why do I still give a total of 3 stars? I love the concept in nature and the children were thrilled despite all structural defects. Center Parcs, please invest in this aging facility!

Oubollig park ...... bungalows from invaded nicely renovated

Decent CenterParcs, very good service. Cleaning may really be better, the cottage was fine, but the 'public' areas were pretty dirty. A dirty diaper lay in the pool the next day. The food was well taken care of.

We stayed there for 5 days, and were very disappointed with the cottage and the services offered.
The cottage was really dirty, the floors, the bedspreads and whatnot.
We have two small children, who walked barefoot or in socks, and ended up with black feet and that from the start.
In addition, there is a grill inside the cottage located in front of the extremely dangerous bay window. One of our children tripped over it and hurt himself badly.
Then let's talk about the proposed activities, which concretely lack indoor parks for children, open for long periods.
There is indeed the jungle expedition (the only strong point of the park) but which is dirty and which opens from 10 am to 5 pm. What do we do with children outside of this time slot except the swimming pool?
Yesterday before our departure we would have liked to go bowling in the morning but this did not open until noon.
Finally, we were very disappointed with the swimming pool and more specifically with the wild river that we were impatiently awaiting because we love that of a French center parcs. This is dangerous and we can hurt ourselves very badly.
In conclusion, we are disappointed with our stay at this Center Parcs in the Netherlands.

We were in the 1990s with our children already more often in Het Heijderbos and were now as grandparents back with the whole family there. Unfortunately, little to nothing has changed - and that is absolutely not meant as a compliment ... Whether it is the decor of the bungalow or the changing rooms in Aquamundo - bad to renovate. The cleanliness of the bungalow left a lot to be desired: in the Dolce Gusto machine stuck an old capsule and in the toilet bowl the brush .... Probably our last visit there

Best Aqua Mundo I know. I always liked to drive here as a child. And now I drive with my children. Price for the day ticket is fine. Unfortunately, it is often very busy at the weekend.

Park was nice and the park offers lots of activities. However, the bungalow was small, dark and very outdated. Very disappointing given the rates Centerparcs charges. Staff service and enthusiasm varied significantly.

It is like in all other Center Parcs we have visited. We were satisfied and enjoyed our vacation. Of course, the bungalows here are also shabby and no longer the newest. However, everything is there that you need.
Aqua Mundo clean. Great flume. Food was good and affordable too.

We were here from Saturday (arrival from 3:00 p.m.) to Friday (departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest) to the fourth here on vacation (2 adults, 2 children one and three years old). All in all we were very satisfied and think we will come back again. Naturally, there was little to do for the 1-year-old next to the playground, but that wasn't a problem since she slept at noon anyway. During the week she also made a cuddly toy with mom. For the three-year-old, on the other hand, there was plenty of choice: playing princess or knight, kettkar and cycling or a children's car. We still had enough to do with the whole family. Small boat tours, swimming, two and four-person bicycles. The covered wagon tour was unfortunately very wet due to the weather, but was still fun with a stop for a delicious little coffee.

Why not 5 stars: Unfortunately, all of the bicycles (two and four) that can be rented are practically impossible to use for people over 2m tall. The sink in the toilet was blocked from Monday evening, reported on Tuesday morning, unfortunately nothing happened during our stay. It didn't matter, you could switch to the kitchen or bathroom, especially since there was no towel rail on the toilet.

The accommodation was good, comfortably furnished. The television has no internet connection, so Netflix only on the mobile phone / laptop. We had 2 double bedrooms and a children's room with a loft bed. A vacuum cleaner was available, we would have preferred a broom, as the vacuum cleaner was also a bit weak on the chest.

All in all, a clear recommendation on our part! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Very nice and great offer the staff are very nice except at the barrier they are so rude and rude as I have never seen.

We went swimming with our family in the Aquamundo swimming paradise! Wonderful to enjoy with our two boys aged 10 and 7 all the top slides and the whitewater course !! Highly recommended!

It takes some time before you have the ordered drinks

We really liked the jungle dome in the Center Park Het Heijderbos. For a moment you don't travel to Holland, you feel like you are in the jungle! (Only safer! Because there are no poisonous or dangerous animals here, we have only discovered different birds and turtles.) As soon as you feel the fogged up glasses, which provide a clear view under the hair dryer provided when you enter the dome, you feel like in the jungle!
The humidity is high and it is very warm in the dome, so that you should definitely spend your time lightly dressed here even in winter so as not to sweat unnecessarily. In the entrance area there is a cloakroom and lockers where you can stow your valuables (with 1 coin)
There are picnic areas where you can strengthen yourself and also the opportunity to buy one or two snacks and drinks. For children and everyone who wants to be active, there is the opportunity to explore the jungle through various climbing stations. A very successful jungle dome!

I like Center Parcs ... there is a lot to offer ... especially for children ... but you can tell the park the years gradually and there is a need for renovation here and there ... and I also give an important tip ... go out of the park (eg in Gennep) shopping and take care of yourself ... the prices in the park are just overpriced ...

+ Aqua Mundo in a spacious design with the wildest WW job from Center Parcs.

- Market Dome has less atmosphere than for example Huttenheugte, Kempervennen, Vossemeren

I think the houses are "ok", they are not super. And sometimes not clean either. The swimming pool on the other hand is good with 1 good slide and a fast whitewater course. It is very nicely dressed.

Pretty much a lot of good activity is at your disposal but the gray problem is the cabanon it is bad to clean see for yourself

Cool a week away from your own four walls! Kids and adults come here to action, fun and rest!

Swimming pool good, possibility for children good.
But: Management should sit down urgently and think about the form, what and how it works.

Soap on the toilets: Empty. Personnel planning: You save where you can - this is reflected in the satisfaction of the employees
Cleanliness: okay.
Quality food: You hardly know anything more than deep-frying.
Quality cocktails: Uh, no, that's even worse than you could imagine. Ready mixes from the pack, loveless
Quality of the houses: in urgent need of renovation
Cost: 15 euros for mini golf? Unfortunately we had to return the clubs, I thought they were bought at the price ...

We were really looking forward to this stay. Have been often in the center parcs and also in Hed heijderbos. Something but never experienced. The bungalow did not seem to have been cleaned. Let alone because the bungalow was getting very old. After a very friendly complaint we got a voucher for cake and coffee, which I found very heavy for the seriousness of the impurities.
What was great was that the cleaning service came 10 minutes later. It was better, but still not clean.
The stay in general was nice, but as I said everything, even the pool was getting very old. Has high renovation needs. Service otherwise in the whole park really friendly.

A great park, have been there more often. Class of employees who remain nice and friendly even in case of problems and react directly. Great cottages are very clean and invite to relax. Great bike paths and it is worth exploring the park. Pure nature. The swimming pool is great and invites you to linger .... the fun factor is great.

A lot to do. Nice plaza. Houses or apartments less luxurious. May be a little bit of maintenance!

When we arrived we were a bit confused about our check-in. They said we were allowed to go into the bungalow from 1 p.m. (according to the booking confirmation), but when we arrived it was suddenly only 3 p.m. because the bungalows had supposedly not yet been disinfected. Since we had no other option to stay anywhere else, we waited for 2 hours in front of our hut and it was not disinfected and, as it looked, not cleaned. When we were finally allowed into the hut we found an unequipped hut. There was no toilet paper or disinfection kit, although this was stated in the brochure. The kitchen is not optimally equipped. It lacks an oven and a dishwasher and a few other things ... I do not understand this under a "FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN" as advertised. In addition, the bungalows should really be renovated again. Furthermore, you are not allowed to unpack yourself in the park after shopping, but have to carry the whole shopping through the park ... we walked up to 15-20 minutes to our bungalow. Furthermore, many activities are restricted, which is not pointed out. The language diversity of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. At least English would be good.
As a family, you should really be careful when sliding in the Aqua Mundo, as the lifeguards don't really pay attention to whether something happens or not and you underestimate the slides. The park is not recommended & the website / app has not been updated.

House is insufficient, environment is nice, pool is average and Italian Nonna's is very good.

Jungle dome is super nice, plaza is as you are used to from CP, but the houses are very dirty and old :(

Beautifully situated park. We stayed in a renovated cottage and we liked it very much.

I think it's great that the cars are parked outside the facility.
The complex gives a lot of opportunities to do things.

It is always nice here, only slowly should be renovated. The hotel rooms exude a worn 80s charm. But otherwise really nice here.
