Horrible company. Don t waste your time with them. They don t pay their bills. We ve had constant communication with them and they just say they ve approved our bills but don t know when they re going to pay. Their bills with us are over180 days. Their own contract says 60 day terms which we never agreed to and they aren t even in line with that.
Horrible company. They need to educate their drivers on basic road safety. I nearly got ran off the road by a truck from the Swedesboro location. Plate # ending in X51 :) Driver was weaving in and out of traffic and cut me off so sharply that I had to do a panic stop to avoid rear ending him. Next time I'm calling the cops.
Driver for the company in Hagerstown MD completely cut me off on the 70 Maryland Highway. Not only once, but twice.

Centerline called us to come out and service some of their HVAC units. We were reluctant at first but decided to move forward. We found about $2000 worth of repairs had needed to be done. They rushed us to provide the quote and then told us we would be paid within a couple of days and through American Express. This was in February. Still no payment. They had the nerve to call us and have us service another one of their locations. We went out to do a service(no parts this time). They continue to call us everyday to have the quote sent in for the work. Once we inform them that they owe us from a previous visit. We get "the person that handles the finances is not in" or "we will have a check cut for you on friday" we have been told that one twice. If you are a contractor beware of this company. When you call them they have babies screaming in the background and no one can help you.

As others have expereienced, they practically beg you to go on a service call, and will agree to any terms you give in order to get you to accept the work order. Then once you submit the invoice you are ignored. The work we did for them was completed in November 2017 and we are still fighting for payment. Keep being told the same thing as the above reviewer, either "their person who handles finance is out" or that they "will be cutting a check on Friday." We have also been given the option to be paid by American Express but then they never call back, as promised. Has been a horrible experience working with these people and has, unfortunately, caused us to no longer accept service work from ANY third party companies.
This is the worst company when it comes to paying their bills. Chris Grant begged us to come out and rescue their Edward Jones Advisor that had no heat. We did the work that was asked of us and approved for us to do. We did not get paid. We have had many promises from Chris that the check is in the mail and to call back for a credit card and back to the check is in the mail. Bottom line is it is all lies. I tried to get Edward Jones to help and they are just as bad. Shame on both of you. I really expected more from Edward jones.
0 stars. Horrible company to work with. They have ignored us for months and refused to pay. We followed all of their protocols with work order numbers and such, we had our technicians promptly at the location where the work was needed, and completed the work so their client had heat on a cold Chicago day. We have been extremely patient with this company. They have promised us for months the "check is in the mail", yet 0 form of payment has been made. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.
