We delivered a load on time on 4/28 for Ryan Transportation. We requested detention for the driver on the day of delivery. We have yet to hear back from the broker regarding the detention request. We have called and emailed the broker multiple times with no response. Our drivers work hard to get the load delivered on time and they deserve to get paid for there lost time caused by delays at the shipper of receiver. It's unfortunate when the broker doesn't respect and appreciate the hard work done by the driver delivering their load.

No regard for the amount of detention time involved.
I would not recommend doing any business with Ryan transportation unless you d like being left high dry

I have pulled a few loads with Ryan Transportation and can only speak highly about them. Anytime I see their postings, they are one of my go to first. Decent rates, good and easy clean loads and the staff is easy to work with. Heather Rice is great to work with and very responsive when you need to contact her. I like this company and how they work!

As a small time 1 truck carrier I avoid working with a lot of bigger brokerages. Ryan transportation is 1 I don t mind working with. Most loads have gone pretty smooth and the 3 that didn t work out I was taken care of fairly for my time being wasted. Conner Jumps is a good guy to deal with, and I also just dealt with Collan Payne on a Load. All pleasant to deal with. Like any big brokerage you will get low ball offers, I hold firm to what I like to run my truck for though, and that s how this business works anyway if you are running the spot market.
