Decent place to load. They are strict with safety rules. They have a 15 minute safety video to watch. Follow directions and you will have no problem. I showed up at noon for a 1330 appt. Got a door right away got loaded within an hour and out the gate by 1400.
Not a good place to pick up appointment time and minimum 2 hours.
I had horrible experience! Try to avoid this company. At least 2hours and bring mask with you if you don t wanna get cancer. Plus you need long pants, glases and safety hat, and temperature there is 100+ degrees(Louisiana). Good luck!
I give it a star because I have no option to give it a zero star. My appointment was for 3pm and they called me at the door at 6 pm, here I never come to carry more in my life even if it is the only place that exists.
You need appointment but it doesn't mean nothing.
You have to check at guard to register after watching a safety video you wait for them to call you they don't call in the order you arrive they call in the order product is available to be loaded will be cases when other drivers behind you will be call before you. When they call you they give you door #
Follow speed signs after you park at door u have to walk to shipping office and leave truck key on the office, then you have go at driver lodge and wait there they will call you on phone line when your trailer is loaded.

As many have stated no point coming here before your appt they just make you wait. After a 20min or so safety video they let you wait on the side of the driveway and call you for door assignment @ appt time. Loading is slow and takes about 2hrs and you have to be in the driver lounge area.
