Fabulous performance - we had great seats. The seat, lighting and sound was spotless. The performers could not have been better. Recent renovations take what was already world class venue to something more. Don't miss an opportunity to see a show here!

I have been going to Center Stage for about 5 years with my now fiance and we love it. We always have a wonderful experience and look forward to every show.

This is a review of the cafe. It is convenient for theatergoers, but no frills. This time I ordered the Shrimp & Grits, which was good. They don't offer dessert in the cafe but diners can go downstairs to the bar and order dessert there. Instead, we went upstairs to the free Toast Bar where I had toasted raisin bread with Nutella.

I love the place, parking is a hassle. So have someone drop you off or get lucky with parking.

Spacious seating, but not for those on the heavier size

Great theater with good sight lines everywhere. There are no bad seats, you can hear everything, and there is enough legroom even for a tall guy like me.

Went to see "Twisted Melodies" The Donny Hathaway Story. It was my first time seeing a one man show! The actor kept the audience engaged and captivated. I think we have created a Mother's Day tradition! We really enjoyed every minute of it!

Cozy, upscale venue. The production I saw was thought-provoking and well-done.

Beautiful design and experience. I have yet to see a show that I didn't love.

Did business with the prop department recently. Highly professional staff and were amazing. Anyone doing business with them should be confident that they are stand up folks.

Show was good as always. Drink prices have gotten outrageous anymore. Pretty much $10 across the board.

The facilities are modern and well-maintained and the staff are nice and helpful. The bartender complimented my partner and I's outfit and was super sociable, and the show selection is a great variety of important and mature shows. Highly recommended theatre!

We are subscriber for the past 18 years! all the play are highly professional and interesting. Definitely if you like theater you need to go!

Always a great experience to come into Baltimore arts area to see great theater

Center Stage hosted a professional event. They were friendly and attentive to our staff and made everyone feel welcome.

Nice place, intimate stage area, cocktails and wine in plastic cups for 10 dollars. It's not the price, it's making martinis and putting them in plastic. Silly. Would like to see more here.

Starkly disquieting and eerily prescient production of Orwell's Animal Farm

Wonderful play and great remodel. Loved staff and great seats.

Great theater and building. The concession stand is pricey (when are they not though...) but they take a dollar off your drink at the next show you come to if you bring back the reusable glass cup they give you.

The performance was great and they have great handicap seats. Parking for the handicap is poor. Street parking is the only available parking. The garage is not convenient.

I've been attending performances at The Center Stage since a teenager. I love the art, the aura and awesome customer service provided during showtime. As long as Center Stage is up and running I will be more than glad to be a part of the audience.

Enjoyed the bar and the take-home sippy cup (drink discount if you bring it back). The renovations are a bit too modern for this beautiful building, but the performances are top notch - thanks to the artistic director for the continually surprising lineup.

First thought...seats you can actually remain comfortable in for an extended time. The sound was excellent and the lines of sight unobstructed, even for the person sitting behind my well over 6 foot frame! Easy parking and a cafe should you chose to snack while waiting. Look forward to finding another show.

Great venue. Parking located directly across the street. On the inside the venue has a modern lobby with multiple areas to socialize, appreciate the space and get food and beverage before, during or after the show.

Once entering the theater there are no bad seats in the house. You're close enough to feel like you're part of every moment. I definitely enjoy this venue and will continue to support.

Excellent theater. We were in the Head Theater. Show excellent and theater comfortable with great views.

Wonderful experience, as always, in this recently remodeled theater.

This venue has a great ambience, it is upscale yet accessible. (I watched a play for $20 with a student discount.) I appreciate them doing a great job of supporting local artists and stories and making efforts to promote students to take part in theatre.

Saw FUN HOUSE this past weekend. All the performers were excellent. The Head Theatre is a great venue. We were in the mezzanine and had a fantastic view of the show. I will be back.

It was great the entertainment in the lobby of the theater was great with the DJ and dancers. Stax Soul was being proformed there. Everyone was very happy with the all of the performers.

This is a wonderful venue. There really is no bad seat in the house. The acoustics, lighting and production values are excellent. We enjoyed a musical which is among the more complicated productions. We also enjoyed the wine selection at the bar and the they appear to let patrons bring drinks into the theater using special re-usable cups with lids. If you bring the cups back, there is a discount on future drinks. Parking is available across the street and on the night we went the rate was $5 payable by cash or credit at a self-service machine.

Had a great night out at the Baltimore Center Stage. This particular evening we caught a show in the head theater. Specifically we got tickets at the last minute so sat in the balcony. These seat would normally be the less desirable, but we found them to be great. The obstructive view was not all that bad at all. As for the show itself, we found the theme engaging and the actors wonderful. Bottom line- a great night out. We hope to be doing it again soon.

Seen Mayhem Poets at the Baltimore Center Stage. Very intimate setting and parking is within walking distance.

Awesome theater. The Under-Forty youth discounts are an absolute steal.

A fabulous space for shows..the venue is not huge so the viewings are great

The actors are fanominal!!!!! They also act with the audience which makes the experience more fun and memorable.

This Venue has been remodeled. It is an excellent place to see a Play.

I loved my visit to The Center Stage and I would love to see The Musical Stax . again. There is not a bad see in the house.

Elegant, yet modern decor. Intimate theater with plenty of leg room between rows. Great acoustics. Loved the show!

This is the best little gem around. They really get some high-quality performers with some amazing shows. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house
