On arrival it was raining extremely hard
Hard even. Because we are friends we were allowed to check in at 1 pm and go to room 9001 on the 9th floor, when I arrived there I heard a tap running or so at one point the rain appeared to come through the window in three places and sprayed on one point it through the windowsill into the room there was a large puddle in the room. Filmed this and I wanted to go to the reception with this, however, both lifts were out of order (9 th floor) one for preventive maintenance the other lift has been in trouble all week. called to the reception we send someone like that after half an hour but only 9 floors down and went up the movie show yes first the td must come. Sorry the water sprays in. We need another room, so we don't have any other nice rooms. At 3:20 pm the TD arrives (check in at 1 pm) and says yes you have to have another room this is not possible ..... no I did not know that after 2.5 hours I was sitting in a room where the water passed the window is blowing and leaking. Fortunately again now with a working lift aligned look a new room 2004 here also towels on the windowsill because something water enters but this was to fix with the towels. What annoyed me the most was that the receptionist was alone. One of the three was a trainee and not a manager who should be standing there and playing tricky shots but they let the three girls solve it. No apologies yet, no cup of coffee in the end, we were not installed until 4.30 pm, so once again I had nothing to do with my friends' advantage. Furthermore, as mentioned, the entire week 1 elevator far too little for the number of rooms. No a very big disappointment, I also filed a complaint about this, this was just bad and CP unworthy no more a second time.
