A nice park within walking distance of the sea. With a swimming pool and mini golf and market dome, it is good to stay. In the neighborhood you can go to the Zandvoort circuit and jump city

A beautiful park near the beach. The staff is always very friendly and hard-working.

Easy check-in, everything is easily accessible! Gladly again!

First house was not like in the photos and for 4 persons is too small - get to claim a home, which meant for 6 people has been preserved. Establishment from the last millennium. No warm water at the sink in the toilet, let alone soap. In the bathroom you have to wait minutes for warm water. Door to the garden can not be opened. For the 6 people there is a roll of 1-ply toilet paper. Plaster is peeling off the walls. Ants run across the ground.
There are virtually no sockets.

Pretty basic bungalows but a central location (both downtown and the beach). Each bungalow has a small garden area, so you can relax barbecues or make smaller games. I can not comment on the park activities as we did not use them.

The individual houses are getting old, the windows are not very tight, furniture is partly ancient. Sockets were hardly installed, things like spatula, scissors, liter measure, even oven etc. missing. Wi-Fi prices are outrageously high. To mention positive is the floor heating and TV. The cleanliness and the swimming pool are okay.

Nice cozy holiday park on the lively beach of Zandvoort.

Like every plaza of center parcs. No further use made.

Well-tended park with friendly staff, the beach is within walking distance even with small children. A local supermarket can be reached within 10 minutes on foot via the promenade. 5 minutes by car. Parking spaces are behind the market 0.50 / 30 minutes.

We waren in de plaza om wat te drinken . We stonden op het punt om ook een broodje hamburger te bestellen met wat frietjes . We schrokken ons kapot welk bedrag er voor gevraagd wordt . RUIM 20 euro !! En als je dus met z'n viertjes bent komt dit met drinken erbij op bijna 100,-
We zijn gelijk richting Mc Donalds vertrokken .

Pretty much everything Oldbaken and in the years. Room and beds unacceptable. The anticipation of the family has jumped into horror. Change within the park was not worth it because the other bungalows did not look better either. At least negotiated a small discount.
From the other visited CenterParks we are used to much better.
From Zandvoort we can only advise against. Sorry

Take care of your cars. Our car was stolen from the Center Parcs by the paid parking lot supervised by camera with barriers !!!! And as if that was not bad enough, Center Parcs was completely inflexible and threw us out of our house !! Just disappointing!

It is easy to reach.
We only went swimming. Staff very friendly and helpful, but I think the price was disappointing that I would rather have driven to the Eemhof. Lockers outdated and it shows. But all in all a nice afternoon

Park with a nice location in the dunes a stone's throw from the beach. A downside is the sound of the racing circuit.

The people who write here are very clean and tidy have either got another house, are blind or reviews bought by the owners. The houses are old, the sheets (the extra cost !!) have holes, cracks on the walls, tiles and cracks and and and. Not again.

Everything has shrunk here, the park the cottages. The beach is wonderfully close just like the circuit

Center park a little older, maintenance of medium spaces but very well located.

Quiet and above all freshly renovated

For the old bungalows incl. Bad cleaning absolutely overpriced in the summer. Only the soft mattresses I found good. Recreation good and location by the sea nice. But noise from the adjacent race track.

It's perfectly alright. There is a nice swimming pool and good places to eat, but is overpriced.

I thought for a long time whether I should give two or three stars.
For the location, the park and the beach hotel get 5 out of 5 stars. It takes about 20 minutes by train. In Amsterdam, a cute little town is nearby, the beach right in front of the door and everything around it. However, the hotel is in very old condition. From the outside it was not exuding as well. Windows are not tight. That means in strong winds it whistles very loudly at all corners and edges. The beds need to be replaced. For a lot of little things, this hotel could be very good.
This hotel needs improvement and then it's my favorite.
P.s. At breakfast, the scrambled eggs have a very questionable consistency and just don't taste good.

We had a VIP house which was not really VIP. The park is desperately in need of a thorough renovation

The location gets 5 stars and then nothing comes for a long time.
The pictures on the homepage unfortunately deceive about the actual condition of the houses. Feels like 20 houses have been renewed there, 400 not ...
The majority is definitely on the 70s (all old).
With us was added that not well cleaned (hot socks after 2 hours) and we had a lot of ants in the apartment (according to the park a known problem). Swimming pool is on the small side, but good from the fun factor. Unfortunately very impure water (better not with goggles look) and dirty pool walls / floors. Showers only open in the passage ...
Minigolf, pedal boat and bike rental would also have to be overhauled. Bowling, tennis, squash and XL jump are in the unventilated hall. In the summer you do not keep it there ...
Had we not had perfect weather consistently, we would have gone home ...

The beds are terrible the mattress is quite hard and the pillows are just like a piece of fabric with some air in it. Furthermore, the house look old and not really of this time anymore. At the park itself there are only a few activities that you have to pay for. The prices in the camp store are quite high compared to the nearby supermarkets.

Location very nice, especially the beach, the Market Dome and the Aqua Mundo are already getting a bit old, as a base for trips to Amsterdam and Haarlem well suited.

The park itself is in a beautiful location.
The houses are no longer of this time, in other parks it is better.
The swimming pool may also receive a metamorphosis.

Somewhat dated plant. But everything worked and was clean. Playgrounds are more for small children. Pharmacy prices in our own shop. Nice kids disco (1x per week). Short way to the sea.

At the cottage everything is complete, but curtains are hanging loose and it is not the most beautiful. Plaza is beautiful and the food is good. You are close to the beach, but you have to climb a whole climb. Recommended!

Super, fishing straight from the couch, carp to 15kilo, pool, sea, golf and so on.

Old house, calcified faucets, smoke tank inside, view, shitload of German Germans. Be short on the beach. Not recommended, no return!

Great for a holiday with the kids, a day of swimming or a dinner party.

Center Parcs Zandvoort is one very beautiful park. It is currently being phased in renovation. The whitewater course will soon open in the Aqua Mundo.

I think Center Parcs Park Zandvoort is really super beautiful and super cozy.
The staff including the lady who cleaned the cottage (nr 73) in my area was also very friendly and really helpful.
All staff are really available day and night for the guests, and what I appreciate so much is that there is a 24-hour check in the park, so that there is a nuisance in whatever way, that an immediate end is put to it word, so that everyone can enjoy a wonderful carefree holiday.
In addition, I had left my dress hanging in the closet and there was someone so neat and friendly to give it back at the reception. I am so incredibly happy with it.
For me it was the first time that I was in Center Parcs (Park Zandvoort) and it was so good that I will definitely go back to it again.

We were the first and last time in Centerpark in Zandvoort, we were extremely disappointed. Normally we go to the Centerpark in Port Zeeland, but there were unfortunately no houses left.
The bungalows are dated, the park is not clean and the staff rude. Our bungalow was dirty on arrival, in the coffee maker was still moldy coffee in it from the previous tenants. I swept through and picked up a pile of dirt. The bungalow is extremely small, the garden furniture obsolete. There is a lot of dirt around the house. There is no sunscreen on the terrace, not even a parasol! The complex has its best years behind it, everything is dirty and outdated.
The Aqua Mundo was very disappointing if you are used to the Aqua Mundo from Centerpark Port Zeeland. Price performance was more than disappointing, we paid a lot for dirt and unfriendliness. I certainly do not recommend this park any further and will never come back here.

For holidays with children really nice but very easy

Park layout is very beautiful. Bungalows are however very outdated. Houses where you can not get the cigarette smell despite good skies. First house smelled of weed. Many things are missing (pans and other kitchen utensils). A bin of dust in the bathroom above the curtain rail. Very sorry

Have been here more than 10 times now. Is simply wonderful to relax. Are all very friendly and can speak German very well. We tried hotel and bungalows and are very satisfied with everything. The beach is directly accessible from the hotel and can be reached from the park in just a few minutes. The city center of Zandvoort is not very far. Everytime a great holiday.

Outdated houses. Park is soberly decorated. At the same time it is all practical and sound.

Little dirty house and not really luxury but great to do

Housing a little viellots. Aquamundo quite big and clean. Close to the sea. Unfortunately very close to the city of which we see the buildings. In addition it is placed right next to a race circuit quite noisy.

The whole city seems a bit like the best time left behind. This also applies to the Center Park here. For families certainly very nice but a bit old.

A nice decorated room, with a violent view of the sea!

unlike the cottage cottage on the Kempnennen, this looked much better. Super clean and the decor better too. Yes, renewal is there. beds were good. Nice park, nice location. Aqua mundo nice for the smaller children. not really challenging for older youth.

Found the accommodation a bit poorly maintained. And there was not much open. Which also makes sense for the time of the year.

The park with its little houses initially made a rather unkempt impression. The standard cottage itself is old, run down and especially very noisy and tight. Nothing for vacation with claim. For what you get offered is very expensive. The associated hotel is a bit upscale, and here also optimizations would not be bad. Broken window seals or extremely tight toilets in the rooms. The advantage of this park is that you get somehow busy by affiliated leisure activities such as the leisure pool, small children in bad weather. Wellness, however, is hardly implemented here.

Never seen anything so backward, rancid, dated and desolate. Gatverdamme what a sad appearance. The only thing that looked good was the inside of the elevator.

Park with many facilities and beautiful nature. Cottages dated, beds great!

Neat house with a nice view. Good location. You only hear when the wind comes from the direction of the circuit racing cars.

Nice place to spend the night. The beach is within walking distance and there is a middle section at the reception in the area where there is a restaurant and shop. There is also a swimming pool on site that is free if you sleep here, and you can also play mini golf, bowling and a few activities at or near the park. This is for a fee. What is less is that there is also a racetrack in the neighborhood and when you walk through the park you can hear the sound of racing cars clearly all the time, hence 4 stars.

Beautiful park houses all newly furnished. Location is great in 10 minutes you are on the beach. Even during Corona time. We had a great vacation.
