Hotel .. Excellent rooms, sea view and due to the adjacent bungalow park also the extras such as aqua mundo, bowling, squash, mini golf, jump xl and more!

Slightly run down. The swimming pool is a joke. But it is right on the sea

Everything is good here, you can walk everywhere quickly and if you go shopping in the village it is just as cheap as in Germany at rewe or so and for kids it is great

The parc is actually OK but it will be time to renovate. The renovation of each house is underway. But if you get a house that works next to the renivier, it's hard to find peace. Unfortunately the staff is a bit overwhelmed. If all the houses are finished I can only recommend it and will come back again. Otherwise it is too expensive.

The price for the apartment was good, but the cleanliness was missing something. The staff was friendly and eager.

Rarely so disappointed. Staff partly rude. Bungalows totally come down. Prices in the market meeeega overpriced. Early departure was the only way to somehow have a nice holiday. Absolutely never again!

House was clean, beds or mattresses too soft.
The swimming pool was extremely chlorinated.
Great proximity to the beach and short walk to the train station for trips to Amsterdam.

Incredibly horrible staff. The fact that the houses were dirty and everywhere spiders and cockroaches are running around, was not even the problem with this very short "holiday", as we were kicked out unfounded on the 3rd day (of 8!) And will not see our money again. Since it is the beginning of the holiday, the houses were probably reclassified directly. The people there are absolutely not talk to and threaten immediately with the police, if you want to use his good right to stay there. They are simply looking for reasons to throw out school classes and thus make room and earn decent money.
Absolutely outrageous and definitely not recommended !!

The Parc is very centrally located. 5 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the car racing track and 15 minutes to the train station. He has beautiful houses with the most convenient to spend a nice holiday

Park prima, aqua mundo staff very unfriendly and uninterested!

We did not like the accommodation. Although it was clean and under the apartment was well equipped (microwave, tv, u.s.w), but it is very run down and old. You did not feel comfortable on the sofa or on the bed. There is a plus for the equipment for children (high chair, cot) without extra charge. But we did not feel comfortable by and large.

We are always happy to be in this Center Park. Unlike other parks, this is close to the beautiful beach of Zandvoort. If you love fresh air and long sandy beaches is right here. The park itself is also good if the weather does not play along and you would rather go swimming.

Staff friendly, multilingual and helpful. We had a great vacation despite the corona restrictions.

Beautifully situated in the dunes plant. The great beach can be reached in 5 minutes.
Zandvoort is always recommended!

The park itself is great, unfortunately, the houses are getting a bit old and our terrace was contaminated by the predecessors with cigarettes and joint stubs ... The patio furniture was old and angegammelt ... But it is positive that you can see the park gets back into business. Would go back because of the great location and the beautiful surroundings.

Pros: the beach is close. Cons: the stalls are really old and you can now act as an investor. Who has 160,000 to 200,000 euros, gets now a few years a guaranteed rent. If it is already so far at Center Parks, the end should be close. From that on, the bathrooms and above all the stairs to the top are always very tiny .... there is a risk of falling pre-programmed. Overall ok. We were there for the DTM and the short distance to the racetrack and the city proves to be another pro.

I've been only to the swimming pool and it was uncomfortable, the pool was dirty, food was bad and shower was not working properly. The staff were friendly but they weren't enough.

Everything was very run down, dirty holiday homes, bad service.
With small children among many drunken teenagers. Stalked here is widely used and broken pieces in the sand of broken beer bottles

Dirty, rotten place which has seen better days be it very long ago. Seriously stay away from this place unless you are either in the cleaning business or construction business and want to see examples how not tot do it.<br/>It will spoil your holiday and won't fulfill the 'home away from home' idea. The whole parc breaths 'don't bother, don't care' when it comesto cleanliness and/or maintenance. Does not meet the center parcs standard. Service from helpdesk however was outstanding. We were willing to drive another 115 km's and ended up in another location of center parcs. Welcome there was very hospitable and accomodation definitely up to par. Bad start; happy end however not in Zandvoort as planned.

The park is really down / rocked for the prices that are called there are really better? !!

Good campsite, we had a VIP cottage so it was fairly luxurious and comfortable. Fresh bread daily and the sea within walking distance so was super!

Nice location. Walk to the beach. Typical town. Beach walks with dog a dream

Worn and dirty. The house worn. On the other hand, not cheap :-( Good location but the houses are too meager compared to what one expects. Was here 10 years ago and still the same interior just 10 years of use and wear inferior.

Price, performance is not given here. The houses are old and the furniture has also seen better days. On arrival also not clean.

Short way to the sea and the city. The beds were unfortunately pretty laid out even in the "VIP" bungalows. But all in all for a short break to be recommended.

Nice park with houses between the dune landscape. Close to the sea (200 meters). Lots to do for kids. Houses fine.
Possible downside: proximity to circuit. Really against the park. If there is something wrong there, the noise will be deafening. And Zandvoort, with its high-rise buildings from the 60s and 70s, well, that must be your thing. ...
Park seems to attract a lot of party kids in the summer, so don't go with your family in the summer.

Very outdated, house was "clean" for the time they get for it. Kitchen was a mess gathered together. Dirty walls. Price quality ratio is totally unbalanced. They are trying to find investors, but they are late with that. They have to move with the times sooner and more. And ask deposit, maybe people / customers treat the house nicer.

The park looks very nice on the pictures. However, when we arrived on location, we were a bit shocked by the condition of the houses. For the rest, we had a great time and at least it was clean. Unlike other parks of center parcs, this park needs to be renovated.

We were there with a child, I wouldn't call it family-friendly, neither at breakfast nor anywhere else.

We are working hard on the renovation of the houses. The pace may well go up, in May F1 is in Zandvoort it would be nice for everyone that everything is ready, neat and tidy.

Top location on the beach. Delicious breakfast. Hotel rooms are now being renovated and that is necessary.

Price performance is not right. Old, shabby and clean looks different. We were there from Fridays to Mondays and in the time was the whole time a bag of dirty linen in front of our house was not cleared away. We are 9 women and travel to Zandvoort every year but the Center Park there will never see us again.

The beach and the wildlife reserve nearby are really great. We've been there in april, but i wouldn't go there in summer, it will be very crowded. The center park huts are very basic.

The Zandvoort Park Center is very old. The facilities are dilapidated. There is very little greenery and forests nearby. For example, it is not possible to ride a bike in the park. The pool is relatively small. To access other activities, such as squash, tennis, bowling, you have to get out of the park, cross the road, and enter another building. The only advantage is near the sea. The staff is not always aware of everything, the check-in was laborious because of the layout of the car park. If you have a choice, visit another park. Otherwise use it as a base. There are other activities to do around the park outside.

swimming pool is out of date and in need of renovation, small, cold and dingy, leaking water slide, dead plants ... in Amsterdam you can go for a third of the price to a better bath. we are 45 euros lighter (family with 2 children) and the children were looking forward to it after 2 hours. The sauna is not connected to the swimming pool and also costs an additional 12 euros per person. You also have to pay for parking. in short, you don't have to go there for the "subtropical" swimming pool. Very disappointing, center parcs do something about it!

It's not the newest park / hotel, but it's neat and clean. The staff is nice, helpful, speaks English and often German. The food in the Hotel Market Restaurant tastes delicious, there is a good deal of choice and it is not overcrowded.

Renovations must be done. Restaurants not so good, food ok, but service very bad!

Great park right next to the circuit. Plaza beautiful, nice swimming pool with beautiful whitewater course, sunbeds etc. Premium house booked near gate passage circuit. Centerparcs has just closed this gate, so with my limping leg, going from the park with dog is not there. It makes no sense to pay special extra for preferred location. Complaining does not help because they do not respond. Cleaning house mwah. Don't be a whiner and understand many things, but tip ... lift the cushions off the couch on the cleaners. Otherwise complete and okay. Supermarket looks okay, but no eggs, yogurt and other daily things at half past nine in the morning. Biggest flaw in the bungalow .. no stair gates !!! Pretty link with young children and incomprehensible that this is not just there. All in all a nice park, close to the sea and the circuit in a nice atmospheric town. And for 250 a night you can't complain of course

Mediocre, expensive and old park, absolutely not worth it. There are many, much better CenterParcs for a much lower price. It may be better after the major planned renovation, but that will take a few years. In the swimming pool, continuous parts are out of use.

Very in need of renovation. In the swimming area the plaster crumbles from the walls. The houses are all very much worn out. The mattresses were all completely through.

It's for families, but I find it too expensive! Especially for families! We rent and find a house there because we have smokers with us. The houses available through a terrace.

Great, perfect for families, beach close. Everything important to reach on foot.

Somewhat old, but very nice. Everything there, what you need and more. Ideal for families with small children .... playgrounds, petting zoo, water park, shopping market, .... Beach about 500 meters away. JGAs and school classes are also there. The management seems to be quite well sorted in the park and get separated, so it works really well together.

No luxury, we have a VIP house, but there is nothing special about it.
