I have to go in on 12/14/19 to have both a tranvaginal and pelvic ultrasound done. I was very apprehensive because of some childhood trauma. I could not even get papsmears done because it was to painful. However, the ultrasound lady was so kind and amazing. I felt comfortable and was able to do the proceedures. My fiancee was in the room with me and she was also extremely impressed. I wish I could remember her name, but she was so kind and sweet.

The door behind the check-in desk that went to the patient area was left opened. Because of this, I sat in the waiting room and could see people in patient gowns walking back and forth. Apparently patient privacy is not a high priority. Will never get an MRI or Imaging done here

Over the past 8 years I have been a repeat patient at both locations of Center for Medical Imaging, undergoing various types of imaging exams. Each time I've noted that the facilities are clean, the staff is competent, expedient, friendly, and respectful of my privacy. Once registered, the Techs have routinely made me feel comfortable during the sometimes arduous procedures. I have always been properly gowned in dignified fashion such as "scrub gear" similar to what the Techs wear, and never was I provided with a "gown" as described in an earlier review. My total experience with CMI has been professional in every sense of the word.

Staff was nice short wait without an appointment for an x-ray

Had to have my infant daughter's hips x-rayed here, and later my knees, have no complaints.

If an appointment time is set then the appointment time is the set time.

Don't tell me I'm 20 minutes late when I'm 5 minutes late. I understand I was late, I accept that I was late, but please have some understanding for the person who is 5 minutes late(rough traffic). I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who gets stuck in traffic here in the NorthWest.

Terrible Service a woman named Stephanie Terry was so rude, racist and discriminated towards me. I ve never felt to threatened insulted in my life!

Awesome place. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Nice reception area and changing rooms, and the technician was friendly and kind. Everything was very clean. They sent the results to my doctor immediately and I heard from him within the hour.

I went to this establishment because my Dr. said they have the best out of pocket cost for my insurance. They had great staff, quick appointments, clean professional environment, an all around positive and easy experience.

Such a hassle to even get an appointment.!!!

Update: Increasing to 3 stars since the experience was professional once I could get an appointment.

Very disappointing place. We were told that we could arrive as late as 6:45pm without an appointment. Arrived at 6:45pm and they would not see my Mom. It is very difficult for her to get out and she made this trip only to be turned away. No accommodation or anything. Have your doctor send your orders somewhere else as this place is horrible to work with.

I just had two consecutive MRI's this evening and was very impressed. The staff was great and went out of their way to explain the process. I do admit that 90 minutes in an MRI was plenty though.

Everyone from the person who scheduled my appointment over the phone, to the person at the front desk, to the x-ray tech, provided exceptional customer service. They were all incredibly friendly yet efficient. Each of them went above and beyond my expectations. It's refreshing to go someplace and feel compelled to leave positive feedback. So often the only time I feel driven to leave feedback is when I've had a negative experience. Nothing negative to say here. I was thoroughly impressed.

The abdomen ultrasound tech was very rude an short with me. She asked if I had anything to eat this morning an I said no. Then I said I had a cup of coffee an she said well that's something. I didn't know I ate my coffee. I was very nervous for the test and she made me feel horrible. The results say I didn't do what she said when it came to her telling me to hold my breath. If she didn't mumble I might have heard her. If you have an option go somewhere else.
