If You Want Job You Waste Your Whole Day There But Result Is Zero....

Well it's handling the work for top reputed firms. Like swiggy chat process, Airtel payment banking and other like ICICI calling process. The staff is okay busy being busy behind the desk on white screens. Salary offer to the job posting it's kind of weird. I wouldn't discuss what happened in the interview process but if it's your first job I'll suggest you to take a trip and you might learn something from it as experience gaining process. Good luck.

Worst bpo company i share my experience...i went on 16/03/2019 for interview at morning 11:30 am out of 4 rounds they only took 2 rounds and the rounds of versen test and client round they skipped they instructed us that if anyone asks then tell your all rounds are done we sat till 5am without having food they didn't gave us break and made u sit idle for 4-5 hours after getting done they said you are selected your training will start from 18/03/2019 and you will get offer letter on 18/03/19 in your email then on monday i went for training the trainer named sarbjeet kaur she misbehaved with everyone and behaved so rudely with everyone the worst trainer ever and she talks with high pitch with trainees scolds like as if she is kochar's CEO today 23/03/19 i wanted to go home for some person work 3 hrs before the shift end time she behaved so abruptly raged on me so i left and till now i didnt got the offer letter in my mail id i asked everyday from HR that i dint got offer letter mail till now i havent recieved so pathetic company they lied to us told us in interview shift timings were 3pm-12am and later on they told us 5pm-2am and training time they also keep different everyday so pathetic service never ever join this compamy in life

Good company, i learned so many things here but one negative aspect is carrier growth is not here becoz i already completed my 3 years of experience but now also m working as agent only not as a senior TSE, disappointing.

Wrost company I have ever seen the leader it self tell us to leave without resignation and then company not appoint us again.
I am not recommend anyone to get employed here.
They even not understand the problem why we left the job, the loss of family member is much bigger than this job. So disappointed.

They lied to me about job profile I applied knowing it was email writing process job however they told me after 5 days of selection that I have to make calls also with email writing. LIARS BE CAREFUL

Okay okay. But the job opportunities here are not so good. They will try to get to work and won't pay appropriately. Work is more than the money and the cheating they do to save their money from giving you your complete salary. Many loopholes are there.

Doesnt give holidays to staff in festivals very bad in staffing

Its a call centre. So for mainly for undergrads an hsc passouts. Pay less. Good for less educated guys.
