I would give zero starts if I could. No pool in our complex this year due to their negligence in maintaining it, not to mention they haven't communicated anything to anyone regarding when it will open...if at all. These people are an absolute joke.
I have lived for the past seven years in a community managed by Centennial Management Co. I have had many occasions to work with Chris Gripe, and his staff both as a resident and as a board member. Chris is often found in our neighborhood looking after projects and responding to the issues that arise with our 18-20 year old buildings. It is a true testament to the high quality management skills of Chris and Centennial that our community has retained their services for over ten years. It gives me great peace of mind to know that I can count on Centennial Management to promptly answer our calls and emails and to respond quickly when we have questions or concerns. I appreciate this management group so very much.

I have consistently asked the management to clean the common areas of the building, which according to the contract, that is their responsibly. I have gone to meetings, left emails, talked to property manager, and the board chairman. The last property assistant hung up in my face. Think she is gone now. This is my second review. The basement is horrible, the front entrance has not been cleaned this year, the cement porch and steps are crumbling, and I cannot sit on the back patio because of the nails protruding out of the banisters, the peeling paint, the limbs and bugs from a tree that needs to be trimmed, and just overall horrible upkeep. I would sell and move if i thought anyone would pay me enough to cover the rest of the mortgage. If you are thinking about buying because of the low property cost, think twice or three times. They make up for it in the condo fees. Very expensive and they do nothing for upkeep, except the swimming pool. It was not always like this. I have lived here for 18 years and this is the worst. There is standing water in the parking lot around the cars, green water, so I do not know what is in the water. Don't let all the flowers fool you. That is the outside and they are planted and kept up by the owners,
Happy they have changed Portfolio Managers.
Had to take Centennial Management to JoCo Small Claims court. Chris Gripe did not show up to defend his non-action.

Horrible, horrible Customer Service! Innocently called seeking help, asked for information on how to change my home owners association fees withdrawal. Left two messages with 'bookkeeping department' with no response. Finally connected with person- very sorry that I did. Melodie was incredibly rude, condescending and couldn't have been more awful. Simple question- simple answer. Instead I'm left with a terrible feeling. I'm an 18 year resident of my housing area. All she's done is inspire me to run for the board to try and enact change in management companies. There is most definitely better representation out there!!
Cannot get hold of anyone. Calls mostly go to voicemail. One of the most inept group of property management team that i have encountered. They do not process payments on time, send delinquency notices even when payments are made way before deadline. They have lost a cheque and never apologize for any mistake. They need someone who is good in customer care, service and is not arrogant. I speak on behalf of many residents that we do not have much faith left in this group and they need to really start treating their customers with kindness and add some professionalism to the mix.
Our manager knows how to run our HOA meetings and keep our property looking stellar. Centennial Management has been quick to address issues and deliver professional services at every level.

They don t do anything about the ice or snow on sidewalks ever. This is part of their contract with where I live. It is impossible to get ahold of them. I ve contacted them since it started snowing and everyday since it s been icy and got no response or anything done about the ice. If your looking for a property management company choose another one!!
