Horrible, horrible Customer Service! Innocently called seeking help, asked for information on how to change my home owners association fees withdrawal. Left two messages with 'bookkeeping department' with no response. Finally connected with person- very sorry that I did. Melodie was incredibly rude, condescending and couldn't have been more awful. Simple question- simple answer. Instead I'm left with a terrible feeling. I'm an 18 year resident of my housing area. All she's done is inspire me to run for the board to try and enact change in management companies. There is most definitely better representation out there!!
