Terrible service. Was seated and waited 20 minutes before I up and left. No water / greetings / service at all during that span. All the while waiters / waitresses all casually standing around.

Terrible service. I ordered takeout for a football party at around 12:00 and they assured me it would be available to be picked up at 1:10pm. They have a status checker and I kept an eye on it and the pickup time continued to get later and later. I finally called at around 1:50 to check the status. They said the meal had been done for a while and I could pick it up, so they just were not updating the status checked and let my food sit for a long time. I brought the food home and they gave me bone-in wings instead of boneless and everything was cold and soft. I ordered a few pizzas for my guests (because the food was wrong, cold, and gross) and we are having a great time, but this was a nightmare. I will never visit this establishment again.

Awful service. Even though it wasn't busy, we were seated at arguably the worst table in the place. Waited 20 minutes for our drinks. The only employee who seemed to be the least bit motivated was the manager. We won't be back to this restaurant, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The boneless chicken was cold to the touch, my family fries were cold wasn't fresh, had to be sent back, boneless chicken was cold to.. Horrible experience.. Would never visit this one again..

The security guard here is horrible arude and disrespectful. He mistreated us and was being completely out of order with us and we never got the chance to sit down and eat.
This causes me to never go back to this location ever again

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. We have taken our family here for either lunch or dinner about 5 times since we moved to this area to watch out-of-region sports events, but each visit has been progressively worse than the prior visits. We will never go back to this BWW after last night. Out latest Bayshore BWW disaster consisted of a rude host, who when we requested a table near a certain TV so my husband could watch his game was told "no" (the dining room as practically empty), almost nonexistent server (drinks served almost 20 minutes after being seated and food 40 minutes after and then we never saw her again), order wrong (husband ordered traditional wings and was served boneless), and cold wings all around (not even lukewarm; these were cold wings). Never saw our server again to even send it all back and had another server collect our bill for us to pay for our cold, wrong food and leave. Keep in mind that most tables were empty; the restaurant wasn't even close to busy and there were plenty of employees standing around aimlessly. After looking at the other reviews, this location clearly has multiple staff and management issues that have never been addressed. Save yourself the misery and eat somewhere else.

This place has become over-priced and the quality seems to go down just about every time we're there. Sadly it's become a gift card only restaurant.

While sitting at the with only 5 people seated at the bar the bartender Moe is too consumed with her phone. At one point I was looking at the menu and had it next to my beer and as she was cleaning she picked it up and put it back with asking if I was hungry per wanted to order. I put the menu back closer to.my beer and it's been there for half an hour and she has yet to ask me about even after getting me another beer. Horrible service

TLDR; If you want wings from here, order them to go. On more than 1 occasion a meal for 2 (with nearly identical orders) has taken over an hour (we ate in 15 minutes, the rest was spent waiting). On this last trip the table was dirty, we cleaned it with a wipe. We asked for sliverware, then ended up going to the host station to get it ourselves. There were 3-5 employees in a group at the bar at any one time, chatting, but it took 15 minutes to place our order and another 30 to get it. I always get blue cheese, while my partner gets ranch. We placed the exact same order, he got 5 cups of ranch, I got 1 of blue cheese. I asked for 2 more blue cheese's and was told I would be charged $0.60 each for extra. Petty, but still annoying.

Though, this is all if they let you eat there. My fiance and I (both 27) took my younger brother (15 at the time) there for a meal at 3pm while shopping. We were first asked if we wanted bar or dining area. I said we preferred the bar (I just like the seating more), the host excused herself for a moment then came back and asked if I was my brother's parent. I said no, and we were told we could not eat there at all because I was not his parent. We then drove to the BWW in oak creek and were seated and served in the bar area. I like BWW, so I'll continue to get take out, but I'll never dine in here again.

This was a horrible experience. I ordered on the app and came in 4 minutes early to pick up my order. I was in at 5:36PM and my order was supposed to be ready at 5:40PM. No one was at the counter and the security guard went to check on my order. He told me it was not ready and I waited. About 10 minutes goes by at it s 5:47PM now. One of the staff tells me that the issues was that they had just put wings in so it would be ready in about 5-10 minutes. After this time passes still nothing. More and more people are coming in and getting their orders before me. I was waiting and waiting and having people check on my order since it was past ready and no one even came back and told me where my order was. Once 6PM hit and I saw the man, who came in and ordered his food in the restaurant after I did, receive his food first, I called for the manager. The manager came out and did not even apologize to me. He was speaking to the other woman (from door dash) who just walked in and was also upset that her order was not ready. He proceeded to say to everyone who was standing there that they are short staffed and have 2 cooks. That was all he said. This was awful customer service. I received my order at 6:10PM which was 30 minutes after my app told me that the order was ready. If they are that short staffed they should no be accepting orders. The lack of customer service and empathy for the situation will have me choosing a different location. Awful experience.

Terrible service. Terrible food. They are always trying to find ways not to be available to help.

Ordered for pick up, stood at the counter while an employee was on the phone for about 5 min (not his fault) while two employees stood 10ft away swinging their badges on a string and shooting the bull. Finally paid for my food and sat down near the hostess stand to wait as I was a little early. Male employee, I assume the manager, was talking to the guards right near me and speaking about how bad the employees are and some are a waste of space. If that conversation is to be had it shouldn t be in earshot of customers. Food order was accurate and timely.

This particular place givers bw3 a bad rep. I haven't been to this bw3 in a year because of the horrible experience I had. I went today hoping they had improved but boy was I wrong the manager( Charles) is soo rude and could care less about how you feel the service takes for ever shut down already!!!. Never going there again!

First of all I waited on hold for 15 min. without anyone returning to the phone, so I went inside and placed my order. When I went inside I had to let them know that they were able to hang the phone up because I was the person on hold! Secondly, I got home only to find that what I was given was incorrect. If I wanted Traditional Wings I would have ordered them, which I did not, also, part of my order was missing. I was asked by a manager to come back to the store, which I refused to do because I don't live close to where I picked up the food, so he refunded the difference between the types of wings and the missing food. I, on the other hand remained hungry, the kids had to eat! Don't know if I'll be returning!

Not impressed. Sorry guys, but that was the worst food I ever had.

Server AND manager SUCKED. We ordered immediately when we sat down. Got our drinks at the 40 minute mark - after asking our server for them. Spoke to the manager at the 1 hour mark. She was totally nonchalant about it so we walked out and went to Kopp's. This BW3s is in desperate need of NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!

Dont even want to leave one star my daughters card was ripped off by an employee and they used it to purchase items from pandora. Shady place

Slow service. Our waitress mumbled and was hard to hear whenever she talked. Took a while to get our drinks too...soda was flat first time around. Food was good and served up quickly after ordering at least. Average restaurant at best...I've been to better Buffalo Wild Wings in the area compared to this one at Bayshore Mall.

bad service.! several time i had try to order on the phone and they put me on hold, i try again and they still put me on hold... After that i went to the restaurant and told them that i had that problem and they said that cant resolve that ant take my order with actitud so my recomendation is go to the 27th St or 108th St Buffalo. they have a Better service

I would have gave Buffalo Wild Wings a 0 star, but that was not an option. I had a horrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight - it was super disappointing. I am a long time customer of the sports bar and tonight was a disaster. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings hoping to have some wings and a drink. When I arrived - it was a disaster throughout the entire restaurant, not to mention the fact that they have to have a security guard at the doors, because of the recklessness that has been happening at the BWW's. I was seated quickly - I ordered fried pickles, they came out fast and exceptional. I then went through the drink menu and found the section where there was liquor shown - and above says "add any of these to a NON ALCOHOLIC DRINK. therefore - I ordered a strawberry lemonade, hoping to have Malibu added. I was shortly informed they could not put the alcohol in the drink, and the Malibu was served to me in a shot glass which I was not allowed to put in my drink, being 21 I found this a bit ridiculous. I was then told I could not split a snack size wings between two different sauces - which I have done before, forcing me to get a small. Next - when I was served my wings, the wings were barely warm and I was not given carrots or celery and I was told to add them it would be sixty cents each WHEN HAS THIS EVER BEEN A THING? because honestly - i have never been charged before, and also in the menu it claims that wings are to be served with sauce and also with the vegetables. I think this is so ridiculous? I had a terrible experience, and will never eat at Buffalo Wild Wings again - there are many different places in Milwaukee that serve exceptional food, with exceptional service. Make the right choice and do NOT go to this Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be disappointed.

Nice B-dubs. I carried out. The only issue with this location is the parking. Not much around but the food was on par with other Buffalo Wild Wings

The food during this most recent visit was the best I can remember from a trip to bdubs. Wife and I each had a 10 piece boneless, I had wild sauce and thai curry, both amazing. What wasn't amazing is that, during a pandemic, not a single employee was wearing their mask properly. I could see the nostrils and upper lip of every. single. server. At that point don't even bother wearing a mask. Perhaps they could wear gloves too? Just a thought. Seeing as how the mall is really struggling these days, a large chain restaurant like this should hold its employees to a higher standard.

This place went down hill fast. The managers seemed to change, then the staff changed. We just had to leave when it was not very busy because us and three other tables were waiting 8 mins + for a drink order. Very disappointing service.

Not a half bad place. Wings are pretty decent. Service is alright. A little pricey but that's too be expected from these kinds of chains.

The food took 35 minutes and was cold. The waitress did not pay attention to us at all and gave me a dirty cup.

Last two times I ordered pick up I noticed a major decline in quality and quantity for the cost. Almost no sauce on the wings and were over cooked then the nachos was pretty much a pile of chips in a box with a sprinkle of almost no toppings. Sad cause use to be great.

As chain restaurants go, this is one of the best if you're a sports fan. Lots of big screen TV's around the place, good beer for those who enjoy a good beer, and swill for those who think they know what good beer is but clearly don't. There are many different flavors of sauce they can toss your wings in and the place has a fun vibe.

The steak quesadilla was really delicious but do not ever order the french fries here. They are more like shoe strings and they were served cold. I sent them back and they came back 60 seconds later and I'm pretty sure that they just nuked them. So..never order the fries ever. Lastly, the portion sizes are alot smaller now where if you bring your appetite you will need to order your dish in a large size which you'll have to pay more money of course... but I remember when a large was the actual regular sized meal.

Horrible experience! waited 45+ minutes for an order called in. when talking to the manager he goes to check the kitchen and then comes back out and says nothing. Seriously at least apologize. Other times at this location we have asked for specific seating at open booths when they aren't busy and waitresses have argued with us. Our mother has joint problems and chairs hurt. Also every drink even when given specific instructions has tasted horrible, guess only water can be made right. They also usually forget our carrots and celery but still charge us for them.

this 1 star is more than the tip I left. this location should look into a self serve buffet style for food.

Food is alright, but service is slow on quiet afternoon.

We took grandkids for their favorite food, wings, we just went shopping for school clothes.
The service and food was very good. We normally go to West Bend but the one by Bayshore was closer to where the kids lived. We would go back, the mozerella sticks and cheese curds were better than we thought. The wings were fabulous.

Ordered carryout. The wings were over seasoned and undercooked. A couple of pieces were still cold on the inside.

Poor service.... burger tasted nasty..... wings don't have any meat

Food was excellent but the service was horrible. We were never offered refills on our water or drinks. Server was rude and slow. It felt as if we were interrupting their day.

Waited for a server for 15 minutes. None of the servers around even acknowledged us. I then got up and asked the host that sat us, a server next to her said he'd get someone. 5, 10 minutes later still nothing. We get up to leave the host sees us and didn't say anything. Terrible place.

Waiter brought us both wrong flavor of wings, not a big deal but then asked us multiple times if we were sure about that. Idk why you would argue with customer. Then they shorted me a wing. NICE

They were sooo slow. The service was rather poor. They never gave enough napkins, ketchup, etc.

Been to Buffalo Wild Wings in many locations, and they are usually great atmospheres and acceptable service. Here is an objective account of my experience at this BWW: Two of us arrive at 8:30 pm on a Thursday, and the reception area is congested with several groups waiting to be seated. We ask the wait time and we are told it will be "15 minutes to be seated, but then an additional 30-45 minutes for our food" because it was a busy night with half price wings. We said it would be no problem and decide to wait. As we wait with other parties to be seated, we can count at least seven empty tables: a few waiting to be cleaned off and a few completely ready to be utilized. The waiters and waitresses all convened around the hostess podium to socialize while the empty tables sat and the people waited to be seated. After the fifteen minutes, we were seated in one of the aforementioned empty tables, and our food came out at a normal rate. At any given time, there were 3-4 employees just socializing and getting a little unruly at the hostess podium. Our waitress was a very nice young women, but inattentive. We only got one refill on our drinks, and we had to flag her down to ask her for it, and we also had to get her attention for our check and our to-go boxes. When we got our check and were waiting for her to come get the credit card, the waitress and I kept glancing at each other from thirty feet away (me with my credit card and bill in hand, ready to be paid), but she never came to get it. I had to flag another waitress down, who then walked the thirty feet to get our original waitress, who then ran the credit card. Those are the facts. Now are the opinions: If you have never been to a BWW, go to another one so you can enjoy an experience that is representative of the chain, and if you have been to a BWW, go somewhere else because this one will not meet your expectations.

Great wait staff. Food was well prepared and exactly what I wanted - traditional wings extra crispy... And they were .. perfect!

Late night service has a lot to be desired,but Otherwise the food is good.

We were seated quickly and mer with friendly host staff. Unfortunately, once seated the waitress said "I will be back in 10" and left us with no menus or offers for drinks. Finally, upon return she was not knowledgable of the menu and fired back with an attitude. Poor experience, mediocre food, high prices. Definitely do not reccomend this restaurant. Will not be returning.

Way overpriced, and they didn't even have the game up.

Me and my boyfriend attended Jan 18th 0f 2021 and the service was okay but the food was horrible we got the buy one get one Tuesday deal and there was a weird smell on the chicken when you bit into it so I didn t eat anymore so we took the rest Togo and when we got home my boyfriend got a really bad headache and he started to not feel well saying he was cold and it was hot and then I went to sleep for like 30 minutes and woke in a pool of sweat and we had the air on and kind you it s cold outside so we didn t really think anything of it at first... around 3 am my boyfriend was feeling better and he was hungry so he ate his left overs and that s when we figured when he got sick again it was the chicken so won t be going back.

Clearly the staff pays no attention to online order instructions, I had asked for No Bacon but I got two strips of bacon in my sandwich. Had to ask for Pepsi that came with the order. The box was over sized and the sandwich fell apart while getting it back home. God, it is awful.

Worst service I have had in a while. Took 20 mins to get our drinks and another hour to get our appetizer. On top of that our food was cold. Do not go to this location. To top it off our waitress has 5 tables. 1 left and the others already had their food !!!!!!!!

Second time coming here and it's a problem. Today there was no host to seat us and the place was practically emty,smh. Then the power went out & it took employees 10-15 minutes to say they couldn't take orders. I use to love this place but not anymore.

This was the absolute worst BWW restaurant we have ever been to! (Our local BWW is amazing in comparison) We (table of 2 adults and 3 children) had to literally ask for everything. It took our waitress (Sage) over 20 minutes to take our order. We had to then wait for another employee to walk by to ask her if she could take our drink order.(our waitress walked away in the middle of taking our order to take another table order). We had to ask for straws, then silverware and napkins. Once our drinks finally got to us, the waitress said they had to wait for the bartender "to find the chocolate milk". Once our food got to the table. It was literally all room temperature! We then had to ask a 3rd waitress for the chocolate milk that had never gotten to the table. It took 40 plus minutes for us to get our room temperature food, milk and cold fries! (one plate wasnt even the correct order) We then had to ask for ketchup, additional napkins, and refill for a drink. Mind you, we had to stop her while she was walking by. She never once stopped to ask if the food was ok... nothing! 100% dissatisfied

My friends and I was racially profiled by the waitress. And her name is Rachel. Rachel assumed that my fellow colleagues and I wasn t paying for the food that we ate. Also, I was profaned by Rachel, the same waitress, and she called the police. Also, My fellow colleagues already paid for their food. Let Along in the beginning, Rachel served us more that what we asked for.

Walked in, used the bathroom and washed my hands. Then got told to choose where I wanted to sit, OK, all is good. Sat at a table and literally waited for over 15 before I stood up and walked out. Not one person spoke to me, asked me what I would like to drink, not even an "I will be right with you." Meanwhile I see servers just hanging out and talking with each other. Oh well, I guess you don't want my money that bad.

Great customer service with a kid friendly atmosphere...

Terrible customer service. They wouldn't let my 17 year old sister eat there on a Saturday night. I guesd you have to be 18??? Ageism much? Will happily take my sister out to eat some place better, nicer, and more "age" friendly.

It took a long time to receive my order but because they were short staffed it took way longer than normal about 1 hour to 1 1/2 for wings and fries and when I did receive it it was cold ice cold not happy but they were trying their best.

The food was adequate. The service was quick and attentive. The closed the grill 1 hour before closing, severely limiting menu choices.

I would give zero stars if that was a possibility. We have asked multiple wait staff for additional ranch with no response. No refills. Our waiter took our order and then disappeared for half an hour. We will not be going to this location again.
