I called about having a battery replaced and was told they had them in stock and could do it when ever I was ready. I went right over and it took less then 30 minutes. The service was great and the price was lower then expected. We should all support local businesses like this one.

Bill was honest with me when I wanted a new screen for my iPhone and said it wasnt worth spending the money for a new one. He put a different screen on my phone, which was cracked but worked, and didnt charge me. At least I had a working phone until my new one comes in. Thanks Bill!

Perfect place for a screen fix. They had it finished super fast and the display was good as new. Very kind operator of store, gave me a free screen protector (after qualifying time period expired) and answered all the questions I had.

I've used Cell Phone City to fix my phones for the last 4 years. Most recently they replaced the camera glass. 20 minutes.

I was back most recently in October 2016, at their new Northcrest location! They took great care of my phone and I paid much less than I expected. Glad to see their hard work and value paying off!

Took my IPhone 7 in to replace the cracked glass and LCD screen. I dropped it off and picked it up about an hour later and it was as good as new. I called two other places and chose Cell Phone City because the price was fair and the owner was incredibly nice. I would refer anyone here and will return for any future repair needs.

This is an excellent cell phone repair shop in the fort wayne area. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and they got my problem solved quickly and with expertise. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who has a phone problem!

I ve had a couple phones repaired here now and both times the service was EXCELLENT!!!! He was very fast, extremely knowledgeable, honest and even saved me money doing less than what I thought it originally needed. I d highly recommend their service and will definitely use them if the future if needed.

My experience here was great. The owner worked with me personally and explained what I needed to do. I had a severely cracked iPhone 6s and he fixed it in 30 mins and then helped me find a case. He also helped with another device I had that he wasn t sure he could work on. I walked away satisfied and would go back anytime.

I was in town for work and broke my iPhone 6s screen. I called this repair shop because it was close and the owner was very nice over the phone and gave me a time expectation and a very reasonable price! All expectations were met and he did a great job! He uses quality parts unlike these other places. Big thumbs up to cell phone city.

My wife dropped her phone in the lake l found it on the bottom of the lake after a half hour search. By the way the rice thing doesn't work, after 3 days in 2 pounds I could still see water. Everyone else said get a new phone, but my wife wanted some things off of it. So I looked at some reviews and had my wife take it to Cell Phone City. He tried everything he could think of and would call and keep me posted and talked over options, he even ordered parts in to try other options. After several attempts he could not retrieve the information from it. So my wife went in to get the phone and there was no charge, now that is a honest gentleman who get my business and my referrals.

Today I had my iPhone 5s screen repaired in less than an hour, for cheaper than I had found any place else. Not only that but he offered to fix my front camera and charging port while he was at it. It was an incredibly polite and pleasant experience. I would strongly recommend using Cell Phone City to anyone.

My wife Linda and I stopped in because her iphone wouldn't charge. It only took a few minutes to fix the problem. I highly recommend this business and will be a repeat customer when repairs or a new phone is needed. Thank You!

Awesome customer service. I m not one to write a review but my experience there was great. Bill was very polite and professional and couldn t be more happy with their work. I have an iPhone 7+ and it in my opinion was beyond repair. Cracked screen could see the LCD board just basically destroyed but within and hour my phone looks brand new. Was scared about the price but got a great deal. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Incredible experience! I came in with an issue with my aux port on my phone, and they fixed it in no time at all. Honest people with incredible customer service. Don't go anywhere else in town for your repairs!

The service I received was very professional. He explained everything in easy terms. Told me what to expect (had to order a part.) Had the phone repaired very quickly after he received the part. Communication was great and fees were reasonable. I will definitely go back.

I am so grateful for Bill. I called the shop worried sick; I dropped my iPhone and the screen broke (not the glass, but the internal LCD). It was a total black screen but I knew my phone was still on, because I could see the personal hotspot option on my laptop's wifi. I thought I could fix my phone at home after watching a couple YouTube videos but it turned out to be WAY more complicated than I could handle. :( I was SO worried I had ruined my phone as I had pried the glass screen off of the phone a couple millimeters and knew I was out of my league. I called the shop and Bill answered with kindness, positivity, and knowledge. He was clear and upfront with an estimate for not only the cost ($80) but also with the time it would take to fix the phone. I appreciated this since I was driving from 45 minutes away. There aren't a lot of phone repair shops in my small town, so I feel SO grateful for the Cell Phone City shop completely SAVING my phone. Bill was efficient, friendly, and spot on with the repair. My phone hasn't looked better since it was new out of the box almost 2 years ago! This cell phone repair shop is a hidden gem in such a large city. Not only is the customer service personal, kind and outstanding, but also genuine. I have been here twice - both due to cracked LCD screens, and both times I have left 100% satisfied. I was given multiple options and never pressured to make any outrageous purchases. When I cracked my screen the first time, I had irreplaceable photos of my dog who had suddenly passed, and the owner worked with me to get my out of date phone fixed and showed nothing but sympathy and respect. I originally came here because of the reviews, but I will continue to come here because of the experience. Nobody likes breaking their phone, but great customer service and product knowledge left me feeling like I was in the best hands possible. I won't go anywhere else!

They've repaired a charging port on one iPhone, speaker on another and replaced a screen on my iPad. Great workmanship and very professional. Highly recommend.

I am from South Carolina and was visiting my girlfriend in Indiana when my phone decided to break. I took it here and he had my phone fixed within twenty minutes for a very reasonable price. Almost two month later my girlfriends phone broke so she took it here and he remembered who I was. And again he delivered a great quality of work. This was by far the best quality and customer service I have ever received from a phone store and I wish I had a place in South Carolina that was as good as this place to take my phone when it breaks. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My sister took her IPhone 6s Plus there to get her screen fixed.....25-30 minutes later she was back on the road! Very professional! More so than any Verizon store! Great experience with Cell Phone City. I went in to get help with a phone I had started to repair myself. The owner was extremely helpful and even removed a stripped screw that I was having trouble with. Repair prices were competitive and I wish I had brought them the broken phone to begin with. Honest and trustworthy, good place to do business with.

Came here to get my screen fixed on my iphone X and i it was done in about 40 minutes. He threw on a new screen protector for 10 bucks and even fixed my charging port issues for free. The owner has a passion for his business and I don t think you will find anywhere else in our area that offers the same level of customer service and satisfaction. 10/10 will be recommending to all family and friends.

Absolutely terrible. I ve taken my phone 3 times and it seems that it is more broke everytime I leave with it. First I had a shattered screen so I took to him to repair it. Fine for 2 days and the OLED came apart from the screen and my screen went black. I paid to get it fixed again and the screen is pressing on the screen by itself touching buttons. And after that he put a new one on for free and it has been fine for 2 days. When I took it the second time he said, must be your phone then. Well that s why I m bringing it to you to fix and obviously he hasn t done a good job.

Went there today to repair my broken iPhone 5 screen. Service was quick, friendly, and affordable (cheaper than some of the other repair shops in the area). Best of all, the staff members didn't try and pressure me into signing up for this or that ---it was a pleasant exchange.

I shattered my iPhone screen. As a mom of three kids I was worried about waiting to have it worked on. Was not a problem at all. So quick, it only took an hour. The quality is amazing & I'm so thankful to have it fixed. Would definitely recommend this place. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and easy to work with.

They couldn't help me with the issue of battery replacement of my phone.

If I could post 6 stars I would. This was my second time going there and both times John was there and he was very helpful and was able to fix both our phones both times without a problem. The prices are very fair and I would highly highly recommend everyone to come here it is worth it!

What a find! My daughter wrecked her iphone 5C's screen somehow. I called them this morning asked for a price to replace the screen, got the price, no appointment needed. Walked in dropped off the phone went to lunch, came back and viola! Phone looked and worked perfectly. Excellent service. Other places I called were 50% higher to make the same repair. I have visited twice and have had excellent service. The first time, my iPhone was separating and he fixed it and did not even charge me.

The second time, he replaced a cracked screen protector while I waited, for a nominal fee. He is always pleasant to work with and provides the ultimate in customer service. I would highly recommend Cell Phone City.

Bill was extremely helpful by explaining the help he could provide as well as how best to efficiently use the power usage on my cell phone. He changed the battery in my phone quickly, 6 times faster than Best Buy could have completed the work.

AT&T said my charge port had corrosion and I'd need a new phone. $100 with insurance. Called this place and they said it'd be $75 and 2 hours for them to fix it. Took it in and he took 1 look at it and said there was no corrosion, gave the port a good clean and works like new now. $20 and 10 mins.

He could have easily charged me the $75 and put in the new charge port knowing that wasn't the real problem. Props for the honesty and the quick service.
