Incredible Experience! Saved my iPhone!
I am so grateful for Bill. I called the shop worried sick; I dropped my iPhone and the screen broke (not the glass, but the internal LCD). It was a total black screen but I knew my phone was still on, because I could see the personal hotspot option on my laptop's wifi. I thought I could fix my phone at home after watching a couple YouTube videos but it turned out to be WAY more complicated than I could handle. :( I was SO worried I had ruined my phone as I had pried the glass screen off of the phone a couple millimeters and knew I was out of my league. I called the shop and Bill answered with kindness, positivity, and knowledge. He was clear and upfront with an estimate for not only the cost ($80) but also with the time it would take to fix the phone. I appreciated this since I was driving from 45 minutes away. There aren't a lot of phone repair shops in my small town, so I feel SO grateful for the Cell Phone City shop completely SAVING my phone. Bill was efficient, friendly, and spot on with the repair. My phone hasn't looked better since it was new out of the box almost 2 years ago! Thank you, Bill, and Cell Phone City for your expertise and quality job, AND for treating me with kindness and respect. I wholeheartedly recommend this business!
