Calm lab during weekend.....don t know about the weekdays. AC is fine for the visitors who are accompanying the patients for the tests.
Sounds expensive.

Services were too good and timely reports. Staff and Doctors were very kind to us. Centre was spic and span.

Best place for diagnostics, been here a few times and the staff are extremely professional and helpful. They follow the prescription requirement and also enquire with patient about the reason for disgnostics. During covid, they are also following all precautions to keep visitors safe. Definitely recommending this place.

Good service and staffs all very polite, place is clean and report quality is very good.

Had to wait for 3hrs to get the scanning done.. They didnt tell upfront that we will need to wait for hours, but only told us after swiping card. Neither receptionist nor other assistants cares to answer properly apart from saying ur turn will come in another 5-10mins, but that comes after hours and hours of waiting.

Lab and ambience are quite good. But receptionist and billing staff's attitude are utter worst. People who are suffering from illness will come to diagnostics they may be hurt. Attitude really matters when come to health care firm. You must change.

Good experience so far. I have come here two times,experienced faculty members. You will get our reports early and detailed scanning and explanation will be given to u.

This is pathetic. Even if you book a prior appointment you need to wait here .

They make u to wait for a long time and no proper response. They will promise you that they will call you when to come for MRI . But they won t call at all until we call them back . Worst diagnostics.

THE MRI facility is really great. Doctor Radesh saw my case and was really good and patient. It was comfortable being here. All in all good experience

One of the worst Diagnostic Center. These guys don't know how to treat for Emergency/ regular patient. My cousin had sever pain and they made him wait for more than 2 hours for a scan.

I don't know how good is their scan our Doctor referred us. we came here for MRI which dint happen even after waiting 4hours.
They have huge inflow and send patients in between. When we ask they continue to say we are sending as per the numbering and not jumping ques.... God knows how they do but for us it's not a great experience.

If the front desk says, it is 46 mins to 1 hour, actual time is double than that.....

For a new setup like this, their arrogance is high... And they are not cheap....

Will make you wait for hours. I did a mistake by choosing celara diagnostics. Wherein there are other diagnostic centers who are very punctual in their timings and providing the records over email and hard copies both. Shouldn't have come here.

Best place to WASTE your time. Staffs are not bothered and will not even care for your concerns. All queries have just one answer please wait we will check. If it was not suggested by the doctors I would never recommend these place to anyone. Doctors have tie up with these centers and get commission from them.
And the way doctors black mail you about the reports not up to the mark if we get the test or scans done outside.
The whole medical industry is corrupt and relies on you getting sick and they will suck you up all your money.
Doctors are even worst than vultures atleast vultures leave bones........

Facilities and ambiance are very good, but staff there are not that proactive need to work a lot on softskills. The people there made me to feel as if I'm entering a lab in some village government hospital.

Very worst place to go for scanning. Although you have appointment they will not care. Worst customer service

BIG LIER Mr.Chanda he sees the client and fix the price in front of me he told to take 3k for one client and for others he told 7k for me he took 8k bad service and for report we have wait for 3days really very worst...

Really nice lab for all comprehensive test. Very clean and hygiene entire lab including all examinations room. Staff is very polite and cooperative. Physical consultation is nice. Overall best place to do all clinical test and examinations.

Very good staff, interactive and very supportive...good and quick service.

The front desk at this lab is pathetic. They are least bothered about patients time or convenience. Even when they are free, patient is asked to wait. No respect for the time schedule they have told over the phone. Better to go to Raghv or clumax.

Service in Celera is good, staffs are very cooperative and helpful. Good facility and friendly doctors.
Since the machines are highly recommended quality ones, felt very happy with the treatment.
Even the patients were provided with free tea and snacks.
Would surely suggests my friends and family to visit Celera for all diagnosis.

It was nice experience.
Initial day patient fell down while taking CT scan. However Celara team immediately given medical necessary and asked to visit next. Praveena and Pallavi ma'am are really helped a lot in next day. Overall good experience. Thank you!!

The diagnosis center service is excellent and staff was very good, and I went for ultrasound and blood test it good service, I have referred my friends

This diagnostic center is actually not bad. It's on the main road work good visibility so easy to find. The reception area it's busy mostly but the staff is helpful. The place is pretty much neat and clean. The loos are clean too. But the wait for us was for almost 2 hours for an MRI appointment which was annoying since we were there on time.
But the procedure and everything else was just fine. They emailed the reports to us so that was convenient. The films were given to us in a few minutes.

One of the worst diagnostic center. They take more time what they tell to give reports. For me they told that they will give reports in the evening.In the they called me and told reports are not yet ready will give after 2days. I think they will take scannings but they are intelrested to give reports on time. They are not prefessional enough to provide services. Now,I need to cancel my doctor appointment. Fully,disappointed.

I had severe claustrophobia. Mr. Bhargav was helpful. He helped me over come my fears and helped me get the MRI scan done. At one point I was considering to take sedation to get the scan done. This gentleman was so nice to me that I did not require the sedation. Infact through out the process he held my hand and supported me. The scan machine is super nice. I did not even require cotton to tolerate the sound. It was very minimal. I would definitely and strongly recommend this place. Thanks Bhargav avare.

Good diagnostic facility. People are generally good. They try to accommodate special requests (within their constraints).Make sure you have enough time on your hand. Since MRI scans for each patient takes 30 - 60 minutes, you may end up waiting for hours for your turn.
Small underground parking is a mess. My parked car was blocked from all sides and I had to run around half an hour searching for other car owners with a patient waiting. Better park on the roadside somewhere nearby.

Pallavi a staff from Celara was so helpful and the doctors were super cool.

My husband scan done but waiting for film one hour they are not responding properly I ask the reception wait wait they r telling like that lack of communication.

Good and efficient staff.. clean premisis. They provide ambulance for gree of charge for the patients for whom mobility is a concern..

If you have lots of time to waste come here...wait time is around 2 hours...most shockingly they don't have online appointment..so 1st come 1st basis...you have to b prepared for a day outing if u visit here during Saturday..at least if you have appointment then you can plan your day and come accordingly at the specified time...very poor service...

I would like to share my experience where in I was referred by my doctor for a MRI scan over here. First of all people have to wait for hours together to be treated. Literally I have never come across a poor service than this until now. Either they have to increase the equipments and hire efficient staff or they should take minimum number of cases per day. Clearly this is such a poor management of work.
I had to wait for a whole 5 hours just to get in a MRI scan. Waiting for reports is something which I can even understand but this is terrible.

Just after updating my review, the staff called me right away and apologised for the inconvenience caused. I think that is really good on their part. Apart from timing delay, the quality of the service is really good. Hope they continue to respect their customers just the way they did with me.

Myself and my husband got our master health checkup at the center. The state of art facilities at the center , the friedliness and cooperation of the staff was highly impressive. They made us very comfortable and the cumbersome process of health checkup was converted into a pleasant experience. I would recommend this to our family and friends. Lot of care has been taken to keep the premises spic and span.

Excellent Service ever had at any diagnostic center. My Aunt suffering from Cancer since long and staff were very courteous attended to us very well and on priority they helped us to get the MRI and LAB test done. Inturn reports also we got at the earliest. Thanks for your courteous service for Suffering patient. Overall experience was Excellent !

The facility is good, however patient management is pathetic and one has to wait for hours even with an appointment to get your MRI/CT scan done.

An absolutely terrible place - I had asked over the phone yesterday for IgG test for Measles, Mumps and Rubella. I was told it will cost Rs. 2000 for all three put together. I verified three times over the phone. I was told it will be Rs. 2000 for IgG and 2000 for IgM for all three tests. We needed only IgG for all three. Yet when my son went there today morning he was charged Rs. 4000 for only IgG. I don't know what you would call this. I am trying to avoid strong words but at the very least it is unprofessional. When I called over the phone and mentioned what I was told yesterday, the lady at the reception kept saying she does not know who said Rs. 2000 and insisted it was Rs. 4000. I went to this place thinking they will be more cost effective than Manipal hospital but they were almost 50% more expensive. Not only that, they said something on the phone and charged more. I had to call and cancel the test. If you are going please beware that what you are told over the phone and what they charge you could be different. Be prepared for some unprofessionalism.

My wife and I visited this lab this morning after taking a prior appointment and quotation from Ms Maria in the front office.
She was waiting for us at the appointed time for a master health check up.
She took us to the doctors, lab technicians, with whom we had the tests to be conducted.
The doctors were very courteous and showed great concern towards us.
All the tests were completed quickly without our having to wait unnecessarily.
The doctors were willing to respond to our queries patiently.
We could collect the reports in time.
The laboratory and the waiting rooms are kept very clean. The staff had strictly maintained covid SOPs.
We also found the charges reasonable compared to the similar diagnostic laboratories in and around Jayanagar and Basavanagudi areas of Bengaluru.
I would like to particularly mention the friendly services rendered by Ms. Maria . As a senior citizen and as a person involved in many organisations , I feel that she is an asset to Celera Diagnostics . She has all the wining manners and dignified executive potential to assume responsibility to represent your organisation s interests that will surely result in enhancing customer satisfaction.
I wish her the best in her work that she does with such concern and care.

Not recommending for Endoscopy! - Even if the doctor suggest you to come here.

I took a prior appointment on phone call for "Endoscopy" here for my mother on 1st Dec. Reported the center half an hour ago and kept waiting and waiting. The doctor who performed the endoscopy came approximately 1hr 30 min later. And don't blame bangalore's traffic for it. It was a decent amount traffic on a Saturday morning in Jayangar. On phone call , the staff reported Rs 2500 for endoscopy , but took Rs 3000 at the center, Upon asked , they said we gave a ball park figure ! Say what ! Are you serious ? The tragedy din't end here , The appointment was at 8 , and the staff audaciously told it was 8:30am. The Doctor named something (will update) took extra Rs 500 (in cash) for no reason , I had to almost fight with the staff for getting a bill of it . I doubt How this center got such reviews on google . Not recommending for endoscopy. And not gonna visit it even any more

The ambulance picked up the patient from hospital ICU immediately , payment collection and testing was fast after that they abandoned for 4 hours , giving reasons that no ambulance , driver gone for lunch etc. Picking patient from icu and leaving for 4 hours is pathetic. If they cannot manage so many cases they should limit .the management should be aware and rectify.

I had a good experience with celara diagnostics good doctors and good staff.

Visited this diagnostic centre with prior appointment and had to wait for 2hours to get the scan done. The scan cost is not affordable by any poor or middle class people, the charges are 2 times higher than other diagnostic centres, on the call they will tell you some cost and when you visit the center it will be completely different, obviously it is higher not lower. Only reason to get the scan done here is because it is prescribed by the doctor (I believe they get a big cut).

My special thanks to Mary (Nurse). The Nurse also suggested that center facilitates with Covishield vaccination. Because I was bit skeptical about vaccination. She herself arranged appointment for all the four in our family members

The kind of cleanliness center has maintained you can safely go and take your vaccination. The place where vaccination given, you will not find more than 3 to 4 patients in the floor. Well maintained social distance . I strongly recommend patients to take vaccination without any hassle.

They don't know how to treat emergency patient vs normal, my friend was waiting for ultrasound more than one hour with severe pain(was having kidney stone), even though it was informed by Bharathi nursing home hospital multiple times. Because we came here hospital referred us and it is disaster experience, after multiple reminders by us/ by hospital they were not acting as per situation. Please avoid this diagnostics if u r at emergency.
