Celera Diagnostics has been one place that does go above and beyond for it's customers. The Caring attitude of the Doctors, Technicians and Staff has always amazed me. The smiling nature is highly appreciated.

I went here for my MRI a couple of days ago. There was a waiting time of nearly a couple of hours but the wait was worth it because I had heard of the quality of reporting at Celara. The front office staff was very polite and courteous. All in all, a very fine experience.

Best diagnostic centre with world class & latest equipment.

I did master health check up here. It was pathetic experience with administration. Billing process was very poor and inadequate information. They are not cooperative with patients.

Lab technician asked to remove slippers at the front door. If you want patients to leave slippers outside please provide use and throw spare ones from your end. It is not recommended during this covid situation. It was disgusting. Not recommended

Good and quick service. Cost effective compared to other diagnostic centres

We had been referred for doing CT, MRI here. As soon as we came they collected payment without informing us about how much more time it will take . They took 4 hours do the scan and give results. This is on a week day. Even after insisting that the patient is diabetic there was no major change. If you plan to do MRI or CT don't do it here.

The attendance was great and highly attentive. The leading staff who helped us most were Pallavi and Chandan.

I highly recommend the place, the staff was professional and very good courteous. My scan was quick, timely and with minimum pain. A special thanks to Dr Murali, Nurse Lizzy and Chandan for taking such good care of me.

They make us wait for a long time just to tell doctors are not available, also same case just to collect the reports. Very poor response from the receptionist guys

Please don't waste money over here they are extremely money minded people, gave us horrible quality of pictures for ultrasound didn't even bother to understand my queries that any doctor will be unable to give any treatment or medical advcie based on such poor quality images....they are simply saying I don't know that is for you to decide
I m shocked to see such horrible attitude to patients. Fleecing money of sick people is the most down graded thing any one can do. All 3200/- totally wasted

I happened to visit this place for a CT scan to my father referred by one of the hospital .I reached there at around 8.40 in the morning in an ambulance. Though there were so many vacant chairs near reception I was asked to wait outside the center near the security. They had put some plastic chairs almost near the footpath. I understand the norms pertaining to social distancing , but sending out even if the chairs are empty is something inhuman when they are charging huge amount for the service they provide.

Diagnostic center is good, but the staff is totally inexperienced. My sister had a harrowing time with the nurses that were trying to take the blood sample. Idiot nurse poked my sister in multiple points in a wrong way resulting in lot of blood leakage. I will not recommend this clinic as the management didn't take any action on such staff.

Well equipped and tidy. Staffs here are very courteous. Had visited for MRI scan. Overall a good experience

High tech equipments....staff very supportive...the MRI scanner is one of the biggest in Bangalore... comfortable for obese people.... facilities are top class

Pathetic service. I checked my HbA1c here and result shown was 11.4%. I re-did the test there itself next day and result was 6.6%. When I asked, their management simply said its a human error and washed off their hands! Highly overpriced too.

Better, faster scan results are approved. And good faculty management people.

The staff were friendly. The reports were given on time.
