Not recommending for Endoscopy! - Even if the doctor suggest you to come here.

I took a prior appointment on phone call for "Endoscopy" here for my mother on 1st Dec. Reported the center half an hour ago and kept waiting and waiting. The doctor who performed the endoscopy came approximately 1hr 30 min later. And don't blame bangalore's traffic for it. It was a decent amount traffic on a Saturday morning in Jayangar. On phone call , the staff reported Rs 2500 for endoscopy , but took Rs 3000 at the center, Upon asked , they said we gave a ball park figure ! Say what ! Are you serious ? The tragedy din't end here , The appointment was at 8 , and the staff audaciously told it was 8:30am. The Doctor named something (will update) took extra Rs 500 (in cash) for no reason , I had to almost fight with the staff for getting a bill of it . I doubt How this center got such reviews on google . Not recommending for endoscopy. And not gonna visit it even any more
