Met a friend for lunch and enjoyed a great atmosphere and wonderful food!
Hotel was decently clean and presentable. The visit was pleasurable due to the welcoming staff. I would return again for other events.
The food in Copperleaf Bar & Terrace is exceptional. The Black and Bleau salad is a favorite of me friends who take me there. The Blackened Salmon sliders are also delicious. It's a bit pricey but delicious. They also have decent coffee. The servers are courteous and attentive. I am allergic to dairy products and the server knew what to leave off to avoid dairy. She also provided red chili peppers upon my request. I highly recommend it!
Breakfast was good, room facilities were good and everything was good
multi day business conferences. room was excellent. exercise room pretty good, can get crowded early. coffee is excellent, staff friendly professional. theater room for large group presentations can be a bit cold.
This is a highly recommended place to stay. Especially if you have an overnight at Sea-Tac Airport. Slightly expensive but the service is great and so are the rooms
Great comfy hotel very close to SeaTac Airport reminiscent of a Swiss hotel/Spa. Very bright inside, great breakfast. The rooms are modern, comfortable and bright as well. They have lounges with free water, ice cream, crisps and chocolate drops.
I felt like I was in a warm cozy cabin of the Pacific Northwest. The rooms were filled with all the amenities one could ask for. I was a little dissapointed that I didn't have a sitting area and fireplace in my room . However, the 24/7 outside hot tub made me quickly forget about that. The staff were super helpful, free shuttle to the airport, wake up call, and even shaving supplies I had forgotten. I ate dinner in the lounge, which was incredible and then free breakfast as well. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in Seattle.
So many amenities and such great service for the price. Will definitely stay here again.
This is a great place to go relax. Especially if you have an early flight from SEA the next morning. It's very close to the airport. It's a not so secret, best kept secret. They also have free ice cream which is a nice touch!
Good food. Decent service. About the best you can do on the Southend for something foodie-ish.
Amazing place, solitude and comfort in a bustling city without tht feeling of being in one... great food, great and unique drinks, service is great, rooms are comfortable and spacious
My daughter leave the hotel is an outstanding venue however the restaurant lacks the quality to match the prices. In particular avoid the holiday meals as they are overpriced and service is awful
Nice place but the staff is even better. Very friendly. Highly recommend.
Hidden gem in Seatac. Modern American cuisine using farm fresh ingredients.
Awesome location and the staff was super awesome, helpful and knowledgeable.
If you need to stay in the area, this is a good option. The restaurant is really good, the spa is delightful as well. The have a pillow menu in their guestroom... get the pillow that allows you to sleep at your best. The guestroom have giant bathtubs, and at the spa you can make your own bathtub sachet. Also, each building has a living room with 24 hour snacks, including all you can eat Haagen Dazs, and sparkling water.
My wife and I attended a seminar over the weekend and thought the venue was very nice. One requirement was the host had to pay for in house food,,, huge disappointment! The buffet looked nice but tasted terrible. I commented to my wife that it tasted like hospital food and she said that she's had enough hospital food to know hospital food is better, there was zero flavor and was lukewarm. The coffee urn was empty by the first break and not refilled. Having talked to other attendees, we were not alone. When we left the seminar we spotted the restaurant and commented to each other that it looked very nice and hoped the food was better in it.
The property is very pretty. The service was terrible. I have traveled around the world and it's the very worst customer service I have received! I am kind of in shock at the rudeness, and condescending tone. I am suggesting, go to the Four Seasons! You are always going to get a wonderful experience! This was a bummer. The snack room in this hotel was a good idea though, if I'm giving it 1 star that's what it's for.
Had a great one-night stay before an early flight. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, and every amenity you could need (including ice cream!). Living rooms and public areas are a great touch. Can't wait to stay here again.
Cedarbrook Lodge is a little secret oasis hidden the Kent area of Washington (though it does have a Seattle address). My husband and I enjoy a night in luxury away from the kids now and again: eating a delicious PNW meal at Copperleaf, an evening spent in a cozy bed in a beautiful room (with many great add on options), in the morning a great complimentary breakfast, and then the coup de grace, a massage at the spa. We book the "Sip and Savor" package, and enjoy free valet parking along with a generous $100 gift certificate to use towards dinner! It reminds me very much of Salish and is on par with service. It is the amazing little resort you never knew was there!
We enjoyed a lovely weekend here. Dining was also excellent.
Beautiful lodge cabin feeling and comfortable surroundings
Tucked away, but yet so close to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised and highly recommend this hotel. Beautifully designed, great rooms, snack bar and a quality breakfast, all inclusive. Great!
Very beautiful intertor/exterior, relaxing it made you feel at home with the fireplaces. The front desk was kind and helpful. There was a problem in communication about the shuttle times and pickups. Other then that Great.
Customer service good. Paid for a king but got a queen size bed.
Place was nice.. felt like an old apartment complex upgraded. Only reason I give a low rating is because being a young couple at your resort most of the other guests glared at me and my date. Staff was welcoming but the greybeards were rude
Very nice open spaces, well appointed rooms and spa resort like grounds. It was very easy to forget that we were right next to the airport. We didn t hear any air traffic noise or guest noise. There was a wedding going on all day that included a lot of people staying in the hotel. It was still peaceful enough to feel like we were the only guests.
The only drawbacks are 1) that guests have to pay $20 a day for parking and the parking filled up fast at the end of the day. They do have valet service which was helpful for family coming for dinner or to visit in one of the many comfortable common rooms similar to a comfortable living room. 2) the refrigerators aren t in the rooms so you have to put your food in a refrigerator that was shared with other guests. I felt really uncomfortable leaving my food vulnerable to people I didn t know as well as having to leave the room to get our food.
I was here for a corporate event and it was beautiful. Great restaurant, the breakfast is great with a lot of options. Really feels like you re away from it all when you re really just minutes from the airport.
Wonderful place. Very cozy and comfortable place in the city
Excellent food! Decent rooms abit small. Request one without parking lot view. Best luxury place near SEA. It's worth a stay just to dine there. Tasting menu was awesome
Beautiful lodge in Seattle but feels like you are miles away. Lush landscaped grounds, beautiful guest rooms and lobby makes it a true gentleman of the Pacific Northwest
Attended a wedding here and several fails happened. Champagne spilled onto the bridesmaid by a server right before the toast. Sprinklers were turned on while the bridal family was standing on the lawn taking pictures. And the buffet was served with food not chosen by the wedding couple. So so fail.
Beautiful westcoast style hotel surrounded by greenery with complementary snacks, drinks, breakfast, ice cream, and shuttle service to SeaTac.
Nothing but positive vibes! Inviting, warm, and relaxed atmosphere. Complimentary breakfast buffet is excellent fuel to start the day with smoked salmon, bacon, bagels, granola, fruit and much much more!!! Living/dining room late night snacks are a superb gesture. Grounds and facility are well maintained and the staff is knowledgeable and delivered a level of quality service I thought was forgotten. Best kept secret in Sea-Tac.
It's beautiful, the property is so well kept up on the inside and out when you go to this place it's like so serene I've stayed there many times it's pet friendly it's very clean the rooms are very clean wonderful food they treat their guest marvelous I just love everything about it
We love staying here before an early departure from Sea-Tac airport. The Copperleaf restaurant is always a treat of artistic and delicious local foods. We sleep like a baby in the big comfy beds and they hands-down have the best complimentary breakfast ever! It includes real eggs, quality bacon & sausage, smoked salmon and Lox with all the accompaniments, fruit & pastries.
This is a hidden oasis in the city
Great place. Pacific Northwest woodsy kind of vibe. Very wheelchair accessible. Free snacks. Doesn't feel like it is in SeaTac.
This happened as a result of a sudden change of plans and what a pleasant surprise. Our flight into Seattle was delayed by 5 hours! We landed at nearly 10 PM Seattle time, but we had been on the East Coast (3 hours added on) and faced a 3 hour drive home. So we opted to stay here and it was great. The room was very comfortable and the parking convenient. The overall ambience is very nice and the buffet breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have ever seen in a hotel. If you need to stay near the airport or just don't want to deal with downtown issues, we highly recommend this hotel!
Beautiful and great service. Definitely staying here again!
We ran a little training session here for a group of vip clients. Great overall experience!
Great place,no opinion on rooms as I wasn't a overnight guest.
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is fantastic and really engaging. The beds are really comfortable! There were some issues with the shower being a little funky, but we made it work! It's almost as if you're not in the city at all. It's really special!
A slice of perfection in a sea airport confusion! After setting with caring staff and comfortable rooms. The rooms look out onto a tranquil forest. A real gem and the food was great!
Great atmosphere and service, food was good but not as flavorful as I had hoped.
Beautiful place! Amazing service and very upscale but in a woodsy way.
I called Cedar brook to make a reservation with you and come to find out this is outsourced to another company. They tell me that they dont have any rooms available but can get me a good rate at the partner resort Hilton garden inn. I agree and we reserve. The day comes and Hilton garden inn charges me for rooms nothing was prepaid.
I check my credit card statements and sure enough I'm charged from both places and spend hours dealing with it. Hilton garden inn says I have to call them there is nothing they can do. I call and wait and wait , then hang up call back then they put me on hold for 30 minutes to tell me they straightened it out Hilton will refund your charge and we will charge you are 100 plus dollars more than what I paid to Hilton. I said no I paid for my rooms just refund my money I had already taken care of it. They refused I repeatedly over and over ask for a supervisor they refused over and over then hung up on me and sent me an email for customer care and escalations. We have had Christmas work dinners there and have stayed there as a company but this was a personal trip and I can tell you I have never had this type of treatment, unbelievably poor customer service . I can say I will let the owner of my company know the type of treatment I was given and to look for a place that treats there guest with a little more respect.
Great staff, very clean and felt safe, practiced mask wearing for everyone, which was appreciated considering we are in a pandemic!
Very cozy hotel, with large rooms, nice amenities and nice breakfast.
Great place to stay near the airport! Great amenities, with easy access to SeaTac!
Amazing hotel near the airport. We stayed here when we arrived for summer holiday and again when we left the US.
Rooms were decent sized and really nicely decorated and clean. The hotel is surrounded by a lot of green and didn't feel like there was a major airport nearby. We never heard any planes during our stay.
The hotel shuttle bus will pick you up and drop you off at the airport or the nearby train station where you can catch a train to the city center which takes about 30 mins.
Excellent hotel near SeaTac. Clean, nice sized rooms with free snacks in each building. Very good breakfast, better than most hotels. Would definitely stay again.
Great place. Would never have expected a place like this so close to the airport.
Very cozy and comfortable, great service and amenities! Very close to Seattle Tacoma airport as well.
Very nice Lodge! Close to the airport, friendly staff! I would definitely recommend this place!
An uncanny Oasis of Artful excellence in food and lodging. However two of the most incompetent bartenders I've ever run across also incredibly rude bartenders! Also our server in the restaurant looked like she may have been abused.
A really beautiful facility in a surprising location. Would definitely go back. Very festive at this time of year at the end of December.
Absolutely beautiful gorgeous a little Serene getaway in the middle of the city close to everything you want to see in Hidden when you get back to your room clean beautiful facility the rooms are kind of small and the breakfast is not quite the spread you would expect but still adequate. We greatly enjoyed our trip here and they had a beautifully decorated for Christmas the parking isn't too far of a walk to the room either
A beautiful venue with tranquil grounds tucked away in a residential area.
Excellent experience, great staff. Beautiful venue.
We celebrated the 21st birthday of a young woman who uses a wheelchair and speaks using a communication device. The staff were wonderful, kind, and flexible . The setting is beautiful, the lounge areas cozy , and we felt pampered and so well cared for. This was my favorite hotel experience EVER!
Great place hidden right next to the airport. Wifi is frustratingly dodgy, but the restaurant and rooms were very high standard. Service is great.
A gorgeous lodge tucked away in the greenery of SeaTac. Beautiful hidden gem.
Loved this place. Booked through a website and was surprised at the upscale resort amenities. Started with a pleasant check-in process. The common areas were stocked with chocolate and ice cream and you never go wrong with those choices on vacation. Comfortable rooms, great views and the excercise room is better than the 4 seasons or the Fairmont- any day hands down. More great machines , all choices from pilates to yoga balls as well as full range of weight machines. Best weight room apart from a fitness club, I have seen in a hotel or resort. Buffet breakfast with quality food such as salmon just make this an excellent experience. Will definitely go back and highly recommend this place. Parking is adequate.
Beautiful facility. Great staff. Very clean. Nice restaurant with good food but a bit pricey.
Beautiful views, great gym that's open 24/7, very clean, good food, and an overall great experience here. I will be back! Oh and front desk is beyond helpful and professional- which just made the cherry on top!
The hotel was fine and very pretty. Jordan checked us in and he was very helpful and very polite.
The restaurant however was the worst experience my family and i have ever had. Our food took over an hour to come out, we weren t checked on at all, she (i believe it was pepper) didn t come apologize and ask if we needed anything while we were waiting.. when our food finally came out it wasn t anything like we expected, and it was very cold. WAY overly priced for the customer service and the quality of the food.
Have stayed here a couple times for company conferences. This is a great place to stay and provides many amenities at no charge. Rooms are very nice and service is always great. Nice that it is close to the airport as well.
Beautiful landscape, stunning decor -- you would never know this gem is so close to the airport!
