Emmy is a master of color. She gets deep, rich and amazing tone which is key to matching skin tone and personal brand. Her sense of calm in unmatched (and a wonderful departure from the typical gossipy neurotic hairstylist). The space is light and clean and wonderfully welcoming.
Are you ready to LOVE your hair? I came in to Emmy's salon knowing her general style, but my number one concern was that I wanted to be able to air dry my hair with little to no product, and have it still look fabulous. Emmy was able to give me just that while bringing back my natural texture and curls, while still giving me "something different" from my previous styles. It's been 2 weeks and I either literally roll out of bed every morning with great hair, or shower and walk out the door with wet hair and it still looks great as it dries. I think I've found my girl!

Emmy is THE best hair stylist. Period. Exclamation point! Look no further. I can't even begin to share the number of "situations" I had with stylists horribly messing up my color - to the degree that the last horrific situation took 3 years to fix. I had serious PTSD every time I got in the chair (Emmy can attest to how much of a nervous Nelly I was at first). After my first appointment with her almost 10 years ago, I have followed her loyally, and would happily spring for a plane ticket to Kazakhstan, should she decide to move there. Aside from being a true artist in every sense of the word, she is one of the most warm, delightful, hilarious people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing - and her space reflects all of that beautifully. What more can I say - she's amazing and I adore her.

I moved here from NYC a few months ago and have been looking for a new hair stylist. I made an appointment with Emmy after seeing all her great reviews and I was not disappointed!! I love my new haircut and she gave me a beautiful blow out. So happy to have found my new go to! She is also super personable and has a great studio.
NOTE: If you are new to town, directions can be confusing. Her studio is in the Sola Salon Studios building , but you can't clearly see the building from the street. You need to drive into the shopping center (I came in by Sports Authority), then you veer right and can park in front of the salon bldg and head into suite 12!
