Came here for lunch and it was a pleasant experience. I got the black bean wrap and it was DELICIOUS. Got seated right away, and our server was so nice! I loved the chill atmosphere, and it looked like a great place to go in the evening as well. Lots of tables for groups, and a back patio for outdoor seating. I definitely want to come back!

Great place to stop for a craft beer and excellent food!

Their house-made Cookies and Cream Cheesecake was to die for! Make sure to save room for it. So creamy and delicious! Beers and brats were good too, great atmosphere. Wish we lived closer!

I love the way they made the place, where you have a panoramic view of the street corner. And in the summer all the doors can be opened wide. Interesting spirits and enjoyed the ale i had! French fries in the little basket were real good too.

Good beer. Been many times. Some nights the food is great and sometimes not . Don't know if the time of day or who's cooking.

We will return. Give it a try. There is a large German influence on the menu. Some really interesting sounding and looking food. Our favorite of the night was the chicken spring rolls. FANTASTIC! A close second was the Jagerschnitzel. We tried the Mac n Cheese. It was good. We enjoyed it but would not get it again. We love hometown restaurants & this place is rocking it!!

Oh my..what a great place! Had fantastic cold beer, yummo bread..the schnitzel to die for. Will be back for sure!

Driving through on a vacation, stopped in here. Amazing place, best brisket sandwhich ive ever had, hands down. Beer was great, service was excellent. Highly recommend

Great food and great brews. The nostalgia from having visited Germany several years ago definitely kicked in as you want into the ambiance of a Bier Hall. Great visit and will suggest to all family and friends heading that direction!

Good food, decent service. Love the flannel fries and the chocolate truffle.

Kids enjoyed the mac n cheese and the house fries. Fried chicken was oily and lacked flavor. Had a flight of beers and only enjoyed the IPA. Good service.

Being German, it was good to eat some authentic German food. Felt like being at home again. If you ever were in Germany and had the German beer you appreciate this place. Lots of German beer.

Food was decent but a bit pricey. I had their house cola, not bad but definitely not good enough to be worth $2.50 a glass.

For the most part it was good except the pop and watching people come in and waitresses were too busy talking to greet them

They have great German craft beer. The Fish and Flannels is hard to beat. Brussel sprouts are a marvelous side dish.

Ordered take out and a growler. There was a mistake with the order and they gave me the wrong item. They went out of their way to deliver the correct item to my house, and the food was fantastic. The beer is on point and unique from the rest of the breweries around. Top notch food and service. Love it.

The drinks are the best! The food and German atmosphere are awesome. Definitely a spot to check out if you like good craft beers. Highly recommended

The fried chicken is on point, as are the Brussels sprouts. A perfect place for a Sunday afternoon stop.

This was the most organized lunch I've been on with my senior group. Also great food.

Love the beer and the food, but the bartenders are EXTREMELY slow. Takes 15 minutes for a beer to be poured. For a brewery who's main attraction is beer, you'd think they would be more on the ball.

An impressively authentic experience of German bier and cuisine with friendly, personable staff.

So a friend of mine and myself went to this establishment this week to cat some lunch after a hectic day
As we entered the restaurant the bartender behind the counter asked if we had a mask. We stated that we did not and before we can even say that we'll go out to the car and get it.
She yelled loudly that I'm not going to serve you then.

She said it so loudly that it captures the attention of the other 10 people that were in the restaurant. As a matter of fact a couple of the other ladies said man what's her problem

So we go back out on the car come back into the restaurant and as soon as we walked in the door. She looks up Adas turns away and walks to the back somewhere and never came back out. So we sat for a. Of 10 to 15 minutes waiting on a hostess.

Another couple that was sitting nearby informed us that the hostess this do not come to your table you have to go to the counter. She's seen us go to the counter but still would not come back out. Finally another young lady and black hair come out and took our order

As a proud United States citizen and a former war veteran that just got back into the country 2 days prior. I was shocked at her lack of professionalism and she represented your establishment badly
After sharing this with a local veterans group that I am with. We will not visit your establishment again and I'm pretty sure you will not missed the 50 members that come in there on a regular basis.
I understand that the masks are a pain to everyone. But that does not excuse bad behavior in your establishment.
As of matter of fact a couple of the other patrons said that they're not coming back anymore. And a six-year-old girl told her mom that that lady behind the counter was rude.

Veterans of the Armed Forces stay away.....

We were very excited to have a new restaurant in Cedar Springs. We've tried it several times but for nowadays the menu and quality of food is lacking plus uncomfortable seating and bad acoustics making for very loud when busy, however the latter is the least of our concerns. Also if you're not into German beer, even that might be disappointing. We'll continue to go to Rockford and Grand Rapids for much better options.

100% unprofessional, poorly run establishment. If you write a bad review the owner will argue with you and degrade you. Saw him do it to a 12 year old kid that was trying to defend his father for their poor service, then the manager decided to further show his poor customer service skills by attacking other people on the post. I wouldn't give this business any of my money, already upset I have to spend time writing this review of how ignorant they are. Be forewarned if you disagree with them they will be petty and block you on their Facebook page, so this is me being petty since they can't handle constructive criticism. They are in the wrong job field and need to learn what "Customer Service" really means.

Enjoyed our food and beverage very much! Friendly welcome when we entered and great work by our server. Pictured is the fried chicken with brussels sprouts and potato fries. Really enjoyed the brussels sprouts, wonderful flavor and tender. No wait seating during this visit even though it was busy.

I am editing my review because I don't feel like I was fair the drinks were great the atmosphere was fantastic the Jasperschnitzel was super good the only thing I would not order would be the pasta because in my opinion it didn't have any flavor the fried Chicken was excellent it just needed a little bit more seasoning to my palate. I would like to come back and try some of the other things on the menu. I am a chef professionally and I do know to my opinion what tastes good and what doesn't and I do like to try new and different things and I love German food.
Hopefully my next trip will be fantastic but I'm sure it will be. This is my son's favorite place to come eat and he's eating a lot of good food so I know he has a very high recommendation for you. We will try it again sorry about the honesty.

We were there for their Starkbierfest and it was very nice. Could have used more tables and chairs in the tent as we had to stand a long time before getting a seat to listen to the bands. Food was good and they had some excellent German style beers!

The beer was ok. The atmosphere is very family oriented. Probably not the best place for a date. Came here because beerpassport. I had the CSIPA, it was good!

Drove in from Muskegon. 1st time here. My wife and l both liked our beer selection. I ordered the brisket sandwich and their signature flannel frys. My wife ordered the spring rolls and spinach salad. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Spring rolls were cooked to perfection (Yes, I had a couple). My brisket sandwich was fantastic. Flannel frys aren't anything special. My wife loved her salad. Our server Jamie did a great job! We will make the drive again.

Cedar Springs Brewing Company is amazing! I enjoy the authentic German cuisine. The beer is awesome and I enjoy their other drink options both alcoholic and non. The schnitzel is yummy, I highly recommend. They also have a Bier Garden.

What a fun place. Good beer and good food. They clearly put allot of effort into creating a great atmosphere. Worth a visit if your ever near.

The food is excellent! We love the soft pretzel (it is giant), brussel sprouts, fried chicken and fries. Always delicious.

What a great local brewery! Great tasting brews for all of your tastes. Everything we have tried here has been delicious. The brussels sprouts were awesome, the fried chicken was some of the most moist and tender I've ever had. Pulled pork was outstanding. The "worst" thing that i could say is that out of everything I've tried, the Texas Toast was just "pretty good". Give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!!

Food was good, service was very good even though they were pretty busy. I had a Pilsner beer that was good, even though I am not really a craft beer drinker.

Waited 2 hours for food and got a over 20% tip. Not good service

Wow! This place is great! I love the theme and the recreation of very popular European style beers. The menu is mostly Bavarian with some "American" dishes as well. The interior is spacious and comfortable. Would be a great place with a group and you can sit on the family style benches. We'll make the trip up here to try this place again

Wonderful fried chicken! I had the Eire. My husband had Tim the Enchanter. Both were delicious. So was the root beer my son had.

Love local brews. Being an IPA guy I like their CS IPA. And the pretzel... Have to try.
