Nice place fast unloading overnight parking yes lots of good things but careful with ur load locks there is another truck driver steel my new load locks except he took his broken one

was told by a representative that they will not carry our favorite beer anymore. natural light bottles. youngstown distributer still does. so i have to drive an hour there and back to get our beer.

Pack a lunch type place, 2.5hrs and still not finished

Deliver 2-3 loads a week here in and out very fast always gets me empty in an hour

Park wherever as long as you aren't blocking docks or pathways. Check in by door N1. start unloading at 0530. Once checked in they'll give you a door. Docks S1 through S4 are very tight. Open doors before lining up with dock otherwise you won't have room to open them. Slide tandems asap otherwise someone may block your space to slide them like what happened to me. Minus 1 star for tight docks but all around good place to deliver and has overnight parking if you run out of hours.

Easy to reach there from I-77 to Miller Rd or from I-80 to OH-21. Nothing about super fast unloading at all!!! Two and half hours to get unloaded.

I called asking for help with filling a 5# CO2 tank for use in a kegerator. Although filling CO2 tanks isn't a service they offer, the person answering the call was able to offer up a local business to help me out. It's not always about the sale! Service is a huge factor in choosing a business.

I feel compelled to leave this review because of the outstanding performance I received from two employees I spoke to today. I recently purchased a dual tap kegerator for my house and I had been shopping around for a keg distributor. After searching on the internet, I stumbled upon House of LaRose and decided to purchase my kegs there. Since I had never done this before, I had no idea what size kegs would fit in my kegerator. The lady at the keg sales desk was very polite, willing to help and even paged the warehouse for someone to help me. I walked over to the warehouse and was given lots of advice and information from a guy who worked back there who told me exactly what I needed. I then purchased the kegs from the lady at the front desk. The same guy who helped me before, told me to back my truck inside the shop and he loaded up the kegs with a forklift. Both employees completely exceeded my expectations for the House of LaRose. I wish I had both of their names so I could thank them. I live almost 45 minutes away, but after the experience I had today, I will continue to drive that distance because they earned my business. Thank you so much.

Outstanding people and place. Fast unloading. No gate, a lot off space where you can park before or after load/del.

Go to the Right , check at N1 to drop off paperwork , then drive around to other side ,slide tandems, break a seal, keep it for later, dock at any of the 4 docks and go inside to undo straps , wait for a green light, then drive back to other side to pick your paperwork and surrender a seal

Around 1hr unload.

Check in by door N1. North side of building. Unloaded in less than an hour first thing in the morning. Easy going.

Please like this you can have a great party all you want to drink

No gates, no guard shacks... just pull out of the way and park. Theres overnight parking too as long as your not blocking anything or anyone. Friendly and easy in and out place. Theres a main instrance if you look on the satellite view and 2 other ways in too. Near door N1 is receiving and shipping office. One side of the building is shipping docks and other side is receiving docks. Simple place to get unloaded at. Easy to find too...

Got unloaded really quickly here and employees were pretty friendly.
