CEBS is the best in the business. All I did was I approached them with an idea, and later they took care of it, all I wanted is regular updates and on-time delivery, which they did it delivering a productive app. I am glad about my decision.

I went there for an interview and they seems not professional one unprofessional guy took interview who is not ready to listen anyone he just remembered some programming questions from google and start asking if you apply some other logic then they will not try to understand he tells that root interface of collection framework is iterable and we can't apply str[1] == str[2] in simple string array where (String[] str = {.....};)
can explain 1st point also but don't want to go on that with your experience and talented team members and here is the proof of second point.

Comapred to My last Company.I am very Happy with the workload in CEBS. I can easily handle it.Some of the companies with similar projects take more work than the resources they have. As an employee I do not want to spoil the work-life balance with unnecessary load. I change my previous organization for this reason only and I am now very satisfied at CEBS. Good compensation and balnced work-Life.
