Comapred to My last Company.I am very Happy with the workload in CEBS. I can easily handle it.Some of the companies with similar projects take more work than the resources they have. As an employee I do not want to spoil the work-life balance with unnecessary load. I change my previous organization for this reason only and I am now very satisfied at CEBS. Good compensation and balnced work-Life.
