I once bought a laptop here. This was the first time for me to buy a laptop for gaming. Someone had advised me to go to CD ROM country. I had chosen a gaming laptop and I clearly stated that I have a good will. I ordered the laptop and a few weeks later I was able to pick it up. In the first few weeks, the laptop worked properly, but after that it started to get weirder. It started with small things. When I start it up it took at least 10 minutes before I could use it. A few weeks later, I had put the laptop to sleep one day, and when I turned it on again, all colors came into my picture. I had to turn the laptop off and on by doing a hard reset (long press the power button). A few months later I was gaming and the game suddenly started to stutter and the laptop fan made a very loud noise. The laptop was overheated. I went to the store with my laptop for the umpteenth time. They said the fan was broken. They sent the laptop and a few weeks later it was made again. In January of this year I went for an evening of gaming and then the laptop crashed. I wanted to restart it, but it wouldn't turn on anymore. I have had this laptop for about 2 years and it is already broken. At the time I saved a long time to buy it. I have now bought a PC from another company and it works perfectly. I think CD ROM land gives false information about the equipment and I think that CD ROM land offers a bad service. When you buy they say you have a 2 year warranty, but when it comes down to it, you have no warranty at all on some things. This is a bad store to purchase a gaming laptop or pc.

Well helped in this neat store. The name might suggest otherwise but here computers, laptops and all kinds of accessories are sold. Helpful employee with understanding of business and competitive prices.

I bought a motherboard there. That turned out to be defective after installation. I called the technical service. They said I could send it back. But that the costs were for me to check. When I politely maintained that I was still entitled to a guarantee, the receiver was thrown. I also had a PC built with them. The computer became super hot. I had to bring this back. And they have "checked" them and I had to pay for that. The computer was still bad. And I brought this to another computer store. They were surprised that cd romland didn't put a fan in it. That's why the computer got so hot. The staff is horribly arrogant and tries to put more expensive things on you. They are also very rude.

Maybe not as cheap as a web store, but staff know what they are talking about. Handy website has current store stock again.

Excellent PC store with staff who know their business. Prices are also ok and many things they have in stock. Parking in the area is free and even on Saturdays often no problem. Nice store to pick up your stuff that you first viewed / ordered through the site.

Delivery time adjusted several times and graphics card was delivered to the wrong address. On the other hand, the handling of the complaint was good and CD-ROM-LAND came up with an appropriate solution.

Have been coming to cdromland for over 10 years and have always been very satisfied.
The two stars are therefore about the technical service.
I build computers myself and repair them for friends and acquaintances.
1.5 bought a new computer with spare parts with them.
After six months, the computer stopped working.
With a quick measurement, I already found out that the motherboard had broken.
Anyway, I thought, I still have a warranty so I brought the entire computer away.
They would call me if they knew anything.
After a week I called myself what the status was.
They could not yet say with certainty what was going on but they would quickly let you know.
Called again a week later what is going on.
They thought of the motherboard and the HD disks also had a few errors.
Neatly told them that it all took a lot of country to find out where the problem was.
The next day I was called back that they had replaced the motherboard and that I could pick it up.
Run without problems for six months until the motherboard broke down again.
Brought the computer back and said it was the motherboard again and the hard drives had some bad sectors but they were just working fine.
He wrote everything down and they would call me if they knew more.
Called a week later to ask if they hadn't forgotten me.
No, the motherboard was indeed broken and replaced. They were now going to test the rest.
Hummm test the rest I ask, Yes we want to be sure that nothing else is broken she is the employee.
Again said that there are bad sectors on the HD disks, but that is not a problem for me.
They would let you know quickly.
5 days later I called again and made it clear that I was fine after more than 80 hours of work and then I am not ready yet.
The employee agreed and also with my comment about communicating back about the status of the computer if it all takes a little longer.
But they were not ready yet.
Well I did, I picked up the computer and made the rest up again.
So this was the last time, if the motherboard breaks again I will get a new one.
But never again bring anything for repair at cdromland.

Here I come for a while ... The first purchases were still in Roosendaal. Service is above average and the knowledge is always in good order at CD-ROM-LAND. It is also a nice order with a number system. Is it busy and you have to wait? No problem you can play on one of the demos or get a can of drink from the machine. A specialty store out there for a reason! The competitive offers are also not wrong. :)
