I once bought a laptop here. This was the first time for me to buy a laptop for gaming. Someone had advised me to go to CD ROM country. I had chosen a gaming laptop and I clearly stated that I have a good will. I ordered the laptop and a few weeks later I was able to pick it up. In the first few weeks, the laptop worked properly, but after that it started to get weirder. It started with small things. When I start it up it took at least 10 minutes before I could use it. A few weeks later, I had put the laptop to sleep one day, and when I turned it on again, all colors came into my picture. I had to turn the laptop off and on by doing a hard reset (long press the power button). A few months later I was gaming and the game suddenly started to stutter and the laptop fan made a very loud noise. The laptop was overheated. I went to the store with my laptop for the umpteenth time. They said the fan was broken. They sent the laptop and a few weeks later it was made again. In January of this year I went for an evening of gaming and then the laptop crashed. I wanted to restart it, but it wouldn't turn on anymore. I have had this laptop for about 2 years and it is already broken. At the time I saved a long time to buy it. I have now bought a PC from another company and it works perfectly. I think CD ROM land gives false information about the equipment and I think that CD ROM land offers a bad service. When you buy they say you have a 2 year warranty, but when it comes down to it, you have no warranty at all on some things. This is a bad store to purchase a gaming laptop or pc.
