The worst customer service the lady said its not her fault we dont have enough income coming in. My husband is out of work flr 2 knee surgerys and lost his disablity for his seziures

I called for help and for 15 minutes was rudely put on hold until finally someone answered. I told them my story, that I'm staying with someone, basically homeless, they tilde if I didn't put the case in his name they can't help me. So basically I was denied food because my boyfriend has to put it in his name. This isn't a permanent place for me. So thanks.

Told them my husband and I lost our jobs and need help. They Told us "sorry that's not a hardship we work with"

If I could give this corporation 0 stars I would. I just called for help due to being forced to leave my job due to heart failure. I was told I had to pay 550.00 of a 700.00 electricity bill for them to help me. Ummm if I could pay the 550.00 I wouldn't need help . They really make it hard for people who need help to get it.

Wouldnt even give them this star. Im single and pregnant and needed help with rent. I never ask for any help before in my life and im backed up by 1600$ and so i ask how can i get this help and the lady straight told me that they cant and wont help me until i have an evicition notice and am in the process of it. I wasnt even askin for the whole amount only half just to keep the eviction from happening. I work but i had to fix my old 91 car and pay for doc visits. Im sorry it took 900$ to fix the car alone. And sorry i dont have this beast a** system makin money for me.

Spoke with a very rude woman on the phone. I told her I was a single father of three and my youngest was just diagnosed with leukemia. She had the nerve to tell me ... so you want to use our money instead of your own!!!
