Spoke to the receptionist he was very helpful in full filling results at good measure. Jenny is my case handler and she was very polite and willing to help.

Prioritising money over patient care. Would not recommend based upon several mishaps when dealing with them; my doctor has described them as clinically unsafe .

Zero stars isn t there. CBT missed the appointment, could t get in touch with them due to extension not being able to take calls, left 3 voicemails for them with no contact back !!!!!

No email or voicemail even attempted by them!!!! Disgusting behaviour and disappointed dosnt even begin to describe.

Not a helpful bunch. Seems like a large yet disorganised business. Lord only knows how they have managed to win certain awards.

They don t pay on time. The deadline is a generous 90 days but they cannot even make that and have been out by more than 10 days at a time.

They gave my personal numbers out to a client rather than my private work direct line.

Allocated me referrals without my consent ie. sending me patient information for clients I did not agree to see. The e-mails went along the lines of: thank you for accepting this referral with all the details. Working for the NHS and being a lead for Information Governance I can safely say it s unnecessary to share excessive information. Especially when a referral has not been accepted. It appears to be run by students or those with psychology degrees.

Often I was seeing a client but received multiple requests in the same month from different co-ordinators for an update. Again, it s unnecessary when you have already provided the same information twice and it has been acknowledged.

I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone seeking private work. It will be deeply frustrating. Yes there are some good souls who know that there are problems and are good when communicating via email but you end up doing a lot more admin work because the majority are incompetent.

It s a dangerous organisation from the outside looking in. I bet a CQC inspector would have a field day. In fact I might just contact the CQC about these jokers. They need to get their house in order.
