Ask for Beth Summer when needing Quotes, she responds back in a timely manner follows up and sees if you need anything else and gets her team together on projects you need done.

CBT has been able to help me find many of the item...

CBT has been able to help me find many of the items I have needed for the various projects at our company. Particularly Jeannine L has gone above and beyond in helping me sort out a huge mess left for me by previous techs. She has also helped me in identifying parts needed for our air fittings and cylinders. She is a wealth of knowledge and a credit to her company.

CBT truly embraces the words, "Customer Service". Every associate within the organization understands that when a customer calls, they want to talk to person, not voice mail, and then have their questions fielded by experienced and knowledgeable associates who truly care about why you're calling. They approach business by understanding that the customer has needs and they meet those needs in every way. If every company thought of their customers as assets, like CBT does, then the service industry would change for the better.
