CBT truly embraces the words, "Customer Service". Every associate within the organization understands that when a customer calls, they want to talk to person, not voice mail, and then have their questions fielded by experienced and knowledgeable associates who truly care about why you're calling. They approach business by understanding that the customer has needs and they meet those needs in every way. If every company thought of their customers as assets, like CBT does, then the service industry would change for the better.
