A top notch arena in a city on it's way to becoming the showcase on the shores of Lake Erie

Newly remodeled field house was great. Flash seats was not. Had to wait together in because ticket scanners were down. Missed the opening tipoff waiting for ticket scanners to scan our phones for tickets. Don't care for flash seats. Get tickets on phone and they still print out a ticket after they scan your phone.

1st NBA game, had a ball, got to see LeBron play in person

Unfortunately, the company has not high standards as it states: They calculated the value of the house wrongly, so I believe that they do not use campuses and they cannot do simple math. Besides our high s credit scores they and verification they were dwelling on 200 dollars differences. Furthermore they charge one point not matter what your score is. After all the paperworks,they were telling me 3 different figures very different from the one we dealt with. Horrible loan company. They got a flag because there was no space for a " no flag".Before you give your credit and being impacted by it, please think twice.

Normally I would rate this higher but it was under construction (on the outside) at the time and they had removed some of the pedestrian bridges. The inside was fine.

Seats are stacked on top of each other and tied together. You end up feeling everytime anyone kicks the back of any of the chairs in your row. Becomes very distracting trying to watch anything.

Great place for sporting, family, and music events. The food and drinks are too notch as well.

Hadn't been to a Cavs game since Larry Nance Sr. played. It was a great experience.

Ultra modern and clean venue. Difficult to know how to get around though and many employees weren't helpful (find our section, food, best exit, etc).

Fun attending basketball games with the kids. We go a few times a season and have a great time.

Good experience and fan base is great watching the cavs. I always end up coming home with free things from the games

Good time at Monsters hockey game. Comfortable seats, decent selection of food and drink. Funny though, from our side of the ice, the big screen ran backwards from our perspective of play on the ice.

Saw game 4 of the Cavs Raptops 2018 series. Excellent environment, lots of energy. PA coverage kinda sucked (ala lacking intelligibility, or in other words, "Everything is loud but I can't hear anything") as did the halftime show. Other than that, great venue.

It's an arena it nice.
Security at the front door can be rude but in general it's like every other arena

The Q as it is called by some people is in the middle of being renovated. We had to enter through the South entrance which was marked by construction and a small entrance to slide through. we were able to park in the East garage which is only a five-minute walk to get inside the Q. The renovation should make for a first-hand glorious experience for all to see.

Always a nice time at The Q. I m looking forward to seeing the finished product on the renovations!

Spacious and creative place to hold a concert. Sound quality is usually great.

Was at a basketball game. Interesting organization is great

So with all this money coming in and all these fans why is the city subsidizing this place

Went to a Cavs game here and it was nice, I wish there were more clearly marked gluten free options.

Your standard arena with ok food/drink offerings and terribly overpriced nearby parking options.

We attended for Disney on Ice! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff! Program was AMAZING!

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the security at this stadium for what they did to Roman. They should be fired. Cannot believe that they made him guilty just by association.

Nice facility but everything is too expensive. And I forgot my souvenir cups to boot....

Monster Jam has been great for years for my son and I!

Drinks are way over priced but the Q is a great place for a game or show.

Went to a Monsters game, loved the atmosphere even tho we lost it was a good time and I will be back!!

It is a nice place to go watch the Cavs lose and over pay for cheep beer but hey, at least WE the tax payer payed too much for it.

We love our cavaliers!!! Constantly comong to the games

Went for a Cleveland Monster's Hockey Game and had an issue with the seats. Leo from guest services was able to adjust our seats and even came down later to make sure everything was better. So very thankful for compassionate employees!

First time here. Up in the stratosphere so no tee shirt toss winner and no lottery ticket drop .
The Word Church choir performance was awesome

It was a wonderful night, for the first time i watched live basketball match

Great atmosphere, extremely high prices of course, but what do you expect at sporting events!!!!

The atmosphere is electric for Cavs games (no surprise there). Cleveland has minor league hockey and arena football teams that are worth checking out at The Q as well. The venue is also great for concerts, and the food / drink choices are above average for a stadium of similar size.

Everyone from security to customer service are excellent.

Very entertaining show. Great arena. You can really feel the heat from the screen which breathes fire.

Incredible renovation! Can't wait to go to a game!

Make sure you go early it gets pretty crowded overall had a good time.

Suite host was wonderful and getting in went smooth.
