We hired the navigation to the lighthouse of the end of the world 3 weeks before going to Usuhaia.
When we arrived at the port they told us that they had changed the schedule, setting sail half an hour earlier.
In the hiring were my email and my cell phone and nobody told us or apologized.

It was the best decision to have chosen these catamarans for sailing. They are excellent. They are practically new. When I got to the pier and saw the others, I felt very comfortable with the decision made. The entire tour and the sighting of sea lions was the best !!! Too bad I didn't even penguins = (
The service was good, the tour didn't seem like much. We visited the lighthouse, an island with birds and another with wolves Then you can go down in another to walk a little along a very short demarcated path.
Be careful with the photos! Don't hire them
The catamaran trip is fine, the views are incredible and all the boats offer more or less the same. In Canoero they do not offer you a coffee on board and the passengers crowd to take photos since the stops are quite short. The bathrooms have a regrettable hygiene after a time on board (I don't know how they would be initially).
But what was but was that they offered me to hire a photography service where a flash drive with the photos is delivered at the end of the trip. In my family we are 6 and we paid the rate without problems until at the hotel we started to check and many photos were missing. To begin with there was none with the lighthouse, after making the corresponding claims they sent me some. But the photos that we took with my wife on the day of our wedding anniversary were missing. We complained again and they told me that they were very sorry but that the photos were missing. I demanded that they compensate me by returning the amount paid, since they were the only photos I had because I trusted a professional service to protect a planned moment for months and had not obtained what I had paid for. If you want to have nice photos make sure to take them yourself because the service is not professional, even if they charge it. Many photos moved, poorly framed and the worst is that the main ones are missing!
Do not fart go to the habir habon, boring and wasted total time. Any other service is the same
Very nice trip! You get to see different birds, sea lions and penguins and you sail through the Beagle Channel learning about its history. The round trip takes about 4 hours.
I did the short navigation in the VIP lounge. The guide was very clear and friendly as the whole crew. It is a nice walk to see the islands, the lighthouse and Ushuaia from the water.
New and latest technology catamaran, comfortable and well equipped. Two decks, exterior and catering very complete and of good quality. The walk is the same as everyone who offers it. It is a large boat with a lot of people capacity, it can be done on a smaller boat of 20 passengers paying 20% more. The views and routes are the same. The important thing is that it is certainly worth doing the tour especially on sunny days and in the afternoon to return with the sunset in front. The cost is approximately USD 40 (Aug-19).

One of my happiest boat experience ever! The guide speaks excellent english, telling us lots of zoologic/historic/geographic informations. Be ware of the strong winds, like in many other places of Patagonia. They sell foods, wine, coffee and beer in the boat.

We went for a 2.5hours tour in the Beagle channel on one of their catamarans. Excellent experience!! The tour guide spoke both Spanish, English especially for us and French with me. The bar service on board was excellent! If you are a bit cold (after being outside on deck) then try the hot chocolate with baileys My favourite! You can get a few gifts at very reasonable price compared to other souvenir shops. Definitely worth it!
There was a guide named Luz who had very bad ways, a trip of nature and to be at peace with the environment becomes something purely commercial. Loses the harmony that this trip should have.

The boat is really cool, inside heated, with bathrooms, cafeteria and souvenir shop. On the outside you can have a better view of the landscape, but notice that the wind is freezing. Be well wrapped in gloves, cap and a handkerchief to protect the face. The boat has two floors, with free access. The course is surreal, especially the Island of the Birds, Ilha dos Lobos (At the approach of the aroma is not the best, a sea corral, rsrs), Farol Les Eclaireurs (Postcard most famous of Ushuaia), until arriving on the Island Martillo, where are the penguins, target point of the walk. They are really lovely. The tour lasts an average of 4 hours. If you love the sea and nature, you will love it. Note: On the boat there is a professional photographer, which you can hire to make some nice clicks. The service cost 600 pesos at the time, for several images that were delivered on a pendrive at the end of the tour. Enjoy!
The boats are very modern and well equipped. The values to buy at the buffet are a bit high. It takes a long time between boarding and the time to set sail. The longest excursion to Hammer Island was quite boring. The personnel is very friendly. The voucher sent to you by email when you book online is quite scarce of information.

We did the navigation to the penguin and we really liked it. The catamaran is new and it shows, very good cleaning in general and glass that is essential to see the landscape well. The stops give enough time to appreciate the places well. The only criticism is the prices of the cafeteria that are ridiculously expensive, I think they would sell much more and people would leave happier if they check this point ... obviously I didn't buy anything, I advise to take mate or drinks and something to eat if they do the long navigation

We loved this excursion visiting Cormorant Islands, Isla de Lobos, the lighthouse and the penguin rookery ... the catamaran Francesco is very comfortable and fast ... the staff very friendly and attentive ... Canoero team have very dedicated and professional photographers in their boat. During the trip the photographer keep taking pictures for passengers, categorizing the pictures by each group and updating the pictures in TV as slide show. When the trip is going to finish, i didn't have any choice not to buy my photos. Because one picture was already printed and others were given in a USB memory stick with other common pictures of patagonian nature. Also shape of the USB is cute penguin!! What a nice skill to sell photos!!
Island of birds, wolves and lantern and penguin colony arrive, except for the Harbeton stay. Nice catamaran and good services. I just have to wait to reactivate tourism, be patient, tourism will return soon.

The truth was that it was a disappointment! Not because of the route, since Ushuaia is wonderful, but because of the people who treated us. They cheated us with the prices, at first they offered an excellent promotion, but then at the time of paying, everything changed. When we arrived at the port to board the catamaran, we were surprised that it was not the final price that they sold us, but that we had to pay the port taxes separately, when the woman who answered us explained that it was all included and it was the final price. .
After this, they tried to solve it, taking us to a VIP space. It was full of people, you could not be comfortable and it was not vip, but it was simply the only rate there was, that is, for the entire public.
A disaster and a disappointment. Stay tuned, there are many other agencies that sell the same and comply.
We bought the ticket with the Brazilians in Ushuaia, but you can buy the ticket on time with the agencies that are in front of the port. The catamaran is very comfortable, the girls (photographer and guide) are friendly and well-cared for (which is not so common here in Ushuaia). What left to be wanted was the strong wind and the rain, that somehow disturbed the walk. It's amazing to see the animals in their habitat and walk the islands. As it was very windy and cold, we stayed most of the time inside the catamaran.
