Kaspersky deactivated my virus protection without telling me that is what they were going to do, AFTER, I told them, TWICE, that I wanted to keep the software active. They have repeatedly refused to either reactivate the license, refund the money in full, or do anything to make things right, even after I warned that I would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and that they should get corporate involved. There was always problems with the software and their technical support, including the "escalation team", is basically, completely incompetent, in fact, once even saying that the glitch I'm experiencing is how the software is designed to function, when I know for a fact that it is a design flaw, one of several. None of these glitches were ever fixed. Do not do business with Kaspersky. They are not to be trusted. Windows 10 Home Edition Version 1903, Alienware 15R4.

I have been using KIS (Kaspersky Internet Security) for many years, an excellent product with a history and future, I believe ... This year I also started using it on the Mac even earlier and there were no problems with viruses and such things, but for a greater safety not prevent.

I have used Kaspersky Anti Virus for many years, however I think next time I will try something else. Since version 16 I have had to manually edit the registry (research and edit 15m minutes approx) on a paid version of antivirus to turn off an annoying "log in to m Kaspersky" spam nag, every time I reboot. The reason I chose Kaspersky at first (and last 10 years) is that it was hassle free, invisible protection. If you can not give your users the options to disable this time wasting nag, then you have lost the plot. Serve the customer. How difficult is that?

Class A office of the best antivirus company in the world. On the ground floor of 2 buildings there is a sculpture "The Triumphal Elephant" by Salvador Dali. Also there is a cafe "BarKas" and a museum of Kaspersky Lab with free access.

These guys are way overrated. There GUI looks great but they cant even stop hacks from college students in third world countries like India and Pakistan. Get their service becuase you dont have a choice the internet is the worst place you can be without any form of protection devastating things are happening and its going to get worse. The internet is now a den of thieves.
