First of all it was a matter of just 30 minutes for changing the battery of my wrist watch but as because of Covid situation, i agreed to deposit the watch and was told that the service center people will contact me, however i have not received any call whatsoever and it's been more than a week. And when i call the number given to me, NOBODY answers the call and if once answered, i was given a toll free number which is GOOD FOR NOTHING..! NOBODY answers that number and you end up wasting time on IVR..!

I NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM CASIO.. SERIOUSLY..!
