Very clean casino and the machines are spread out so there's lots of room. It took a little getting used to all the floor to ceiling mirrors that the walls are made of but enjoyed the atmosphere.

As a single woman with a walker I am very comfortable at the Fandango

This used to be a decent local casino! But it has gone hill fast. I never win here anymore, it doesnt matter what i am betting... the service is mediocre at best, no matter what time i have gone gambling i can never find a cocktail waitress... and if I do, i order a drink and it takes at least 20 minutes to get served and if you dont tip them good enough, they wont come around as often. I used to love the buffet here, the discount nights were usually the nights i would come, but the service is not that good... my family and i have been frequent customers to the buffet sense they opened about 15 or so years ago... i never had an issue until the last couple of months. I have always loved the pasta station and they used to have a couple options you could choose from, however that isnt the case anymore. The last three times i have came here, i have left disappointed. I would always ask the chef if they had regular noodles in the back (Fettuccini, linguine, spaghetti) and there has never been an issue, they would always look! Well, you can forget about that, Thomas who is now in charge of the pasta station will NOT go out of his way to even check! The last 3 times i have went up to his counter, there has only been one selection (beef tortellini) has a scowl on his face... and i asked if he had any noodles in the back and he shook his head and said no. Then went on to say, "that he has been trying to get them to buy noodles for the longest time, but they just wont" i wanted to call BS so bad, because like i mentioned earlier, i have been coming to this buffet sense the beginning and i have never had an issue, i remember when Meg worked the pasta station, she would always go back and at least check! The buffet also keeps going up in price they have now raised the discount nights to $12.99, which is not a big deal but still... the food seems to never have a different flavor, and tastes the exact same every time... Casino Fandango really has declined and even more now then ever:

The way i took it when i first saw the benefits.... the Casino cares more about the high rollers compared to everyone.

Duke's Steak House was great. Our waiter Alex was great.

Went there for the buffet but its closed Mondays and Tuesdays!!! Disappointing!!! So got seated for there restaurant menu sat there for over 15 minutes no one acknowledged my existence!!!! I got up and got out of there!!!! I will not be returning!!!!

This was the first time I had played at the Fandango... Really enjoyed it, fun dealers...

Stopped in for lunch at the Grill restaurant. Ordered the chicken fried steak. Fast, friendly service. Food was "OK". Didn't care for the gravy, it had an odd, sweet kind of flavor that is unusual for chicken fried steak.

I think this casino overclocked every slot machine , this casino is full of scammers . Chance to win is extremely low, 3 of us lost in matter of minutes.

Bring your oxygen tank. This place has more smoke than a BBQ Firehouse. Once you open the doors and push through the fog of smoke you will find a buffet in the back. The price on their web page for the buffet was different when I got to the register, and theres no way I was paying what they were asking. I opted to leave due to the dizziness and potential lung cancer I was developing from being in there for only 3 minutes.

Typical small casino. Slots and tables. A bit under staffed. The roulette table wasn't open while I was there.

Nice atmosphere, good food, diverse menu, excellence service (even with having a party of 50 in at the same time). Somewhat narrow, but satisfactory wine list, offering a wide range of price points. The menu his very broad, from steaks to pizza, again with a wide range of price points. We will visit them again, and I will recommend it to friends and family.

Love the buffet here its soooooo worth the drive and the ribs are cooked to perfection and I mean perfection. Since my first experience here it has become a family tradition oh and it does not smell of smoke which is great for a casino. A little weird compared to vegas casinos but you can tell the owners and employees really have pride in there stuff

Husband and I made a few trips to this casino. We enjoyed our time in this little gem. We found a couple of lucky slot machines, had some pretty decent food from a couple different establishments inside and overall had a great experience.

It was so good to eat breakfast out. They were very aware of what they were doing. Took pur temp when we walked in.

5 plus! Went to a bunch of casinos in Reno, lake Tahoe and Carson City. This was by far the best. Very friendly people, the food was great, Dawn was great, the machines were fun and ones I recognized.

Dukes is fabulous. Isaac and Alex are al ways superb.

Probably the best casino in carson city. Great table games and all. The only problem is they choose at 0200. They took a lot of money from me, but I had a great time, and that's the whole reason to go to a casino.

I'm only giving three stars due to the bottomless mimosas. The food is very lack luster and kinda disappointing. But bottomless mimosas!

Just one more place to lose your money. Slots are tight and I mean tight.

Took our entire family to the buffet for Thanksgiving dinner and, as always, the food was hot and delicious.... The only problem was, as we had a large group of people in our party, they added on a tip amount of over $40, and in the hour or so we were sitting and eating, we saw our server MAYBE 3 times... Empty plates were piling up and drink cups were empty... It was a little frustrating, and didn't feel that the $40 was really "earned" for lack of a better choice of words. And as my husband is a Vet, we felt a bit annoyed our Vets were not honored, as Thanksgiving is also a day to thank them for there service... But our family has made the Fandango Buffet a family tradition for Thanksgiving for several years now, and will continue to do so... I do certainly hope the "powers that be" we take into consideration regarding the unwarranted "tip" amount as well as honoring our vets.

This place never changes. Maybe its time to get and upgrade or do something different with the interior. Staff are somewhat uptight here, unless you eat in the restaurant. They are friendly and pleasant.

The buffet is great for holidays and family dinner...Prime Rib is cut thinly but you can go back until your full. Salad bar is typically fresh.

Ti Amo is the best Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at. I highly recommend it
