Loved the Asian Salad for lunch. Very nice people work hard to keep things clean.

Very Displeased at the Quality of their food for $22.00 per person. I had a hard time Chewing their Prime Rib, and their Selection of the Food's just weren't up to Standards.

Nice place to go hang out and play, have a few drinks. Some slots are hot and others not so much. They were on the drinks to. Will be back.

The Buffett and sit down Service are amazing with a very large selection. The casino is very large when compared to others in the Carson valley area. They have all sorts of slots and tables.

Very friendly staff, clean, doesn't stink like most casinos. Choices of restaurants.

Absolutely the "Best of the Best" Sushi Bars in north of Las Vegas. We also ate at their Italian Ristorante, which again the food was excellent. We heard the Steakhouse is great too... We'll have to try it next time in Carson City. We were definitely surprise to find great food in Carson City... especially in a casino setting too! Great Job my American friends

Food was great! Service wasn't that good. The supervisor on duty didn't acknowledge we were there. Then grabbed a busser to take us to our table, when I believe she could have. We had to ask our server for refills on our drinks.

Got $10.00 in Freeplay. Way cool. Cocktail waitress comes around quite often. Slots aren't too tight. The buffet is a pretty good bargain and not too bad at that. The place isn't so big that you can't find your way out. I .

Service can use some work. When your asked a question by a customer and your expecting a tip should probably respond. Getting a drink refill was a trick and Staff restaurant was rude and. For fresh made food at the buffet I would have expected it not to taste stale.

Like any other Casino there are a lot of smokers. There non-smoking area also smells like smoke. Not good

Smelt like sewer! Was going to eat at buffett but couldn't do it with fecal smell permeating the building even overpowering the cigarette smoke.

Buffets pretty good but if you go there just to eat not on the buffet it's not so good service was good and when I was playing the machines at least I got a bottle of water

This is a really great casino. It has most of my favorite games being dancing drums, kitty glitter, dragon emblem which I finally got to try and golden wolves which I sadly didn't get a chance to play. The choice of restaurants is also excellent and I recommend Ti Amo. We will definitely be back ^^

Great Buffet, best in Carson Valley. Great environment, clean fun to play

The casino has a weird layout, but there is a good variety of games. Lots of new and old stuff. Beverage service is okay, slot service is not. They seem pretty uninformed on promotions and how to earn free play. Games are pretty tight. Close to $1000 in coin in to earn $1 in free play. New card sign up feels misleading for the amount you can earn in free play. Go for variety, but you won't be there long.

Just simply awesome. The food is sooo good. Service excellent. I don't like casinos but I go for the food. All of their restaurants are excepable.

Rude security harassing people and accuse me of silver mining whatever that was. Looked it up and is very offensive dont go there save your money i spent 500 there and got offended by a fat breaded security guard. Never gonna spend a penny there again!!!

Staff was friendly . the wearing your mask during dinner was not nice . had a wonderful dinner and first date and wearing the mask during dinner was a negative but other tgen that and the rude announcement over head about if your caught not wearing your mask you will be asked to leave. I understand safety .i understand to stop the spread of this virus but there was only two tables and they was further apart then 6 feet that had people at the table eating the other tables was empty

Mon thur Thursday buffett is pretty cheap!! And pretty good. The weekend price is a little high

If you like buffets; Fandango has one of the best in Carson City. I've never had any problems with the way they prepare there food and of all the foods I've tried, there was nothing I disliked. Our server was extremely friendly and professional, thus making this a five star visit.

Buffet food. Well.... Nothing good to report. The price is ok for bottomless mimosas.

Drinks are really weak.. asked for a double when my first was nothing but water. It tasted the same. Bartender didnt understand simple drink orders. Definitely wont go back for awhile.

This buffet was great in past years. Tonight we came from California to enjoy the buffet and brought 4 extra people.... Sounds good right? Promoting their restaurant. We were charged and extra $36 bucks! For an 18 percent gratuity! After paying over $200 bucks. What is the gratuity for? A person literally drops drinks of on your table to sort out amongst yourselves. Wow. Won't be returning next time at this rate.

I like playing pai gow poker. This a great place in the neighborhood to play.

Tries to be a great place but is marred by so many issues with with upkeep. It's supposed to be a brand new Casino and it looks like its been around for 20 years and not in a good way. They have many restaurants that seem to be always understaffed. It's like they have a problem keeping employee's or getting good Technical staff. if you like to Fandango your better off at bodies down the street.

Gambling was not good, never saw one cocktail waitress (and not because they were busy). Actually I don't believe there was one employee that made eye contact with us the whole time we were there

This used to be my favorite place for dining and gaming. I always took my family whenever try were in town.
Since changing ownership I've noticed unhappy staff, never win anything jokes I've spent more money than I win and the dining has gone downhill.
The o ly reason I gave 2 stars is because of the staff that still work there who I love. Wake up Fandango! You are losing a lot of long standing customers. I know because I run into them at other casinos we frequent now.

Food selection was way better on the weekend then during the week. A lot more healthier selections. Great price and lots of ! Service was good as well.

Staff is friendly, clean, plenty of machines,restaurants. Temperature taken as you walk in,plenty of sanitizer dispensers and machines were constantly being sanitized.
