The Fandango no longer offers a Senior discount at any of their restaurants unless you gamble at least $500 in 6 months, as a Senior on fixed income this is not an option for me. Very disappointed with their disrespect for the senior population.

Always good food, whether at the buffet or cafe. I'd give it 5 stars except I'm particular about the smell of cigarettes. Just wish this nasty habit would finally go away.
I witnessed a young family with a baby be humiliated by a man who stated he was the owner. The man kept asking him to get away from him and the restaurant owner kept badgering him and refusing to leave. The family left without eating. I heard one of the family members ask him to stop harassing them and this man would not leave. I will never go there again!
Today we stopped it to kill some time. Had fun won some money. I wanted to give it 5 stars but the cigarette smoke was bad. Other than that the place was very nice. Filled with cigarette smoke in the casino need to offer a nonsmokers place. We are from Co. And we don't allow that. I was surprised that you could smoke in the casino.
I am completely baffled at how bad this place is. Casino Fandango used to be a pretty cool place to gamble, to eat, and to have a great time. Well man has that changed. I have so many negative things to say.... it upsets me so much. For starters, my entire family have alway enjoyed the Rum Jungle Buffet, we love the cheaper nights or well used to. Over the course of one month I have had nothing but horrible service. I always frequent the pasta station because they have always made anything the guest wanted but not anymore. In the past, every employee that has worked the pasta station has always attempted to look in the back, to try and appease the guest. Thomas however doesnt seem to care about his job, or customers in general. On three separate occasions I kept an open mind but each time I was left with disappointment. I went up to the pasta station and was greeted by Thomas, one of the line cooks in charge of the crepes and pasta. The only pasta on display was Tortellini, I asked Thomas if he had any other kind of noodles, and he immediately shuts me down and shakes his head... uhm okay? The second time I tried to keep an open mind yet again... Thomas was working that night and he was not busy, so I thought I'd try asking if there was any noodles in the back... yet again, he shot me down! I went ahead grabbed some pre made cheese tortellini to the right of the pasta station and returned to Thomas to get some cheese, this is where he tells me "sorry about the noodle thing, I have been begging them to buy noodles but they just wont!" I just couldnt believe it, I returned to my table and just couldnt enjoy myself.... three times in a row! And each time I got shot down by THOMAS!! I understand that sometimes the buffet wont have what you want, but heres my opinion, all three times Thomas was working, all three times there was only one choice of pasta: Tortellini, Thomas never smiled and when a customer would come up he would be very short and rude... One other major thing has changed at Fandango and let me just say the change does NOT benefit the Guest! The Club Fandango has completely "revamped" the players card program but it only seems to benefit the high rollers.... Below are the changes effective January 1st 2019 1. Club Fandango has changed EVERYTHING about the Players club: 1a. There is no longer the standard three levels of play. There is now 5 tiers and they are... Classic, Select, Premier, Elite and Ultimate. 2. The Senior Discount has been limited to players that have the 2nd thru 5th tiers. If you have the "Classic" card, (the card you recieve when you first sign up) you are NOT ELIGIBLE for the senior discount 3. Points are now called "club credits" and all club credits are based on a 6 month gaming period. 4. Club Credits: ($1 = 1 Club Credit ) The photo attached is from the Players Club and it lists what Benefits are available for each Player Account
We spent some time here on a recent trip . Fun evening at the steakhouse with top notch food . Then spending what little money we had left on machines. Great casino in the carson area. Very nice hotel connected with this casino.

It's the only place with a decent buffet, but it's not open 7 days a week. It's a decent (read: newest in town) casino. But otherwise nothing really amazing.
Nice casino, the slots aren t too tight so it s fun to play a little. Fantastic buffet (Rum Jungle) & very reasonably priced. I love the salad bar, it has lots of items to choose from, always clean & well stocked. They have great food choices & a decent dessert bar. I like that they ask you what you want to drink after you pay & before you are seated.
Staff is wonderful. Good air filters. Food not up to my standards, sorry to say. Salad was sad, brown edges, and sparce; with blue cheese dressing consting of miracle whip and some processed blue cheese flavored food crumbles. Slots very tight. Can't buy a win.
